• Gustavo (6/5): A bit disappointing - The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The water pressure is terrible, constantly fluctuating from almost no water to full pressure every few seconds. Also, the breakfast is far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Alles in allem stimmt Preis- Leistung Verhältnis Die Kissen haben einen durchweg unangenehmen verschwitzten Geruch, war lagebedingt 3x dort, 3 verschiedene Zimmer, aber überall der selbe unangenehme Geruch, was nicht heißt, dass die Bezüge nicht sauber waren, sondern die Kissen selbst müssten wahrscheinlich gewaschen werden. Auch die Klimaanlage verströmt einen unangenehmen Geruch

Er was een klein probleem met de kamer die we geboekt hadden. Dit hebben we direct gemeld. They didn't have Mugs for Coffee if a guest would like to drink coffee in near the Bar. Staff gave it in disposable cups which is very bad as an 5 star hotel upon request of mug was told they don't have any only small cups.

Balcony was a nice add on but it would have been nice that there would have been couple of small chairs to sit on. There was also a nice pool but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to try it. From tourist point of view hotel is quite far from “touristic sites” but we used the sky train since the station was near to us. This location was not so touristic so we enjoyed the calmness. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
