Zeer rijk en uitgebreid buffet met producten van goede kwaliteit en een ei-chef. Schoon, ruim, een zeer gunstig geprijsd (in het laagseizoen). Hoewel het personeel over het algemeen neutraal tot aardig was van karakter, liep er bij het ontbijtbuffet één brompot rond. Maar wat is het leven zonder een beetje contrast?

- Frank (10/5): Einfach Top - Man wurde sofort sehr freundlich empfangen.. Auch der Betreiber bzw. Hotel Direktor. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen war top und die Service die bei mir zuständig war, sehr freundlich. Und mein Platz was der Direktor mir Reserviert hat, war mit beste Blick zu Pool. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen und war immer sehr sauber, die Reinigung Frau war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung sehr gut. Überhaupt das ganze Hotel, sowas habe ich noch nirgendwo gehabt. Wenn ich nächste Jahr wieder in Tirol bin, dann nehme ich wieder das Hotel und werde es weiter empfehlen. Auch die Gäste sehr freundlich, jeder grüßte jeden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles und schöne Grüße vom schönen Niederrhein in Kleve. Ich war 6 Tage da bis gestern. Mit die Kopfkissen das die so klein und dünn sind, ist leider überall, auch in Deutschland.

Obwohl ein 4Sterne Betrieb wurde man nicht überheblich sondern freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Der Besitzer des Betriebes kann sehr dankbar sein für so ein herzliches, kompetentes und professionelles Personal beschäftigen zu dürfen. Obwohl ich in der Nachsaison dort war war das Angebot an Wanderungen, Beauty und Wellness Angebote top Ich komme gerne wieder

Das Antipasti- und Salatbuffet am Abend war unschlagbar! Getränke (ohne Alkohol) sind inklusiv. Auch hat es ein Kinderbuffet mit allem was ein Kind gerne hat, auch für Babys hat es eine grosse Auswahl an Babygläschennahrung. Für Familien mit Kinder sehr schöne Spielmöglichkeiten, indoor und outdoor. Grosse Zimmer. Schöne Badelandschaft. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Vielleicht wären Badeschlappen noch etwas zum Ergänzen. Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat es leider nicht.

- Gabriele (10/5): Rund um perfekt - Es war alles perfekt, gefrühstückt haben wir allerdings nicht im Hotel. Wunderschön ist der SPA Bereich und vor allem das wahnsinnig schöne große Außenschwimmbecken👍
- Mathilde (9/5): Superbe - C’est notre 2e séjours à l’Alpenpark car nous avions adoré. L’emplacement et les environs sont formidables (la ville et les alentours). Gros coup de cœur pour l’immense piscine extérieure, idéale quand on aime nager. Comme lors de notre premier séjour on aurait souhaité prolonger notre séjour d’une nuit mais cette année, personnel peu arrangeant et commerçant, ne veut pas s’aligner sur le prix de Booking, nous propose de réserver via l’application et de changer de chambre.
- Mariya (9/5): Wonderful but with a slightly bitter “aftertaste“ - The dinner was always delicious - chapeau to the chef! Our son at 8 loved the kids' club. We all appreciated the availability of the various indoor and outdoor facilities both for kids and adults. The only thing that spoiled our stay at the hotel was a group of Italian elderly ladies, who used to systematically throw their hotel towels and baskets on a number of front-line sun beds around the outdoor pool without appearing until after lunchtime, approximately around 14 hrs. Until then the sun beds remained "reserved" and nobody else could use them especially families with young children, who needed to be observed while in the pool. When those ladies appeared in the afternoon they were chatting and playing radio very loud. In order to avoid this inconvenience we were forced to move our sun beds across the football lawn, next to the pine trees. What we really found genuinely irritating was that the hotel staff turned a blind eye to this behaviour to the detriment of the other guests of the hotel instead of solving the issue delicately but promptly.

- Bogdan (10/5): Beautiful Alpine Resort With Excellent Facilities and Thoughtful Service - I had a wonderful stay at Alpenpark Resort Superior. The location is fantastic — quiet, safe, and only about a 5-minute walk to the charming town center. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Alpine charm with modern comfort. My room was sparkling clean, with an incredible view of the mountains — a truly peaceful setting. The resort offers excellent facilities. The spa area is spacious and well thought out, with indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, and a clear separation between adult-only and family areas, which makes it relaxing for all types of guests. There’s also a games room, multiple bars with snack menus, and a huge restaurant that’s very well run. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet — not only was it delicious and varied, but many of the options were locally sourced, which I really appreciated. You could easily enjoy a different kind of breakfast every day. The staff were very welcoming and professional, adding to the warm atmosphere of the resort. Overall, Alpenpark Resort Superior offers a perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service in a beautiful Alpine setting. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! One small thing to keep in mind: some rooms may have thinner sound insulation, so if you're looking for total quiet, especially during busy family holiday periods, it might be worth requesting a room in a quieter part of the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and will likely be happy to help if asked in advance.

It caters to families and mine really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel provides many activities for young children. The breakfast offerings were fantastic and the hotel's attention to our comfort was first rate.

The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika.

- Debra (10/5): The best spa resort in the mountains - I absolutely loved my stay at Alpenpark and I would stay here again and again if I could (can I live here?) I fell in love with it as soon as I arrived, a beautiful resort nestled in the valley between all the beautiful mountain ranges and ski resorts. I was here in the summer so no snow in town but there was already some in the higher up mountains. It was like a postcard out my window. Such a beautiful and cozy hotel and with free access to the spa, you just can’t beat it! I spent an entire day in the adults spa; steam room, different levels of saunas, Himalayan salt room, two heated pools. There’s a bowling alley, arcade area, multiple bars, golf simulator. They really have it all for all ages! I would definitely return again. Easily walkable to town and easy to get to and from Innsbruck via train.
- 31mattiar (10/5): Alpenpark, relax guaranteed - We got to know the Alpenpark hotel since August 2024...niw it is our second time there! We found the food, the activities and the baby club wonderful! Our daughter (below 3 yo) was able to stay in the baby club and enjoy the enormous playground there. We could relax and take some hours alone in the spa. In the afternoon we enjoyed with our child the family spa with pool, slide and various games. The food at Alpenpark is the priority, we found the menu exceptional and of high quality. Cleanliness and service are top!

Unfortunately, the sauna+spa was not open in the evening when I arrived or the morning I left, so that I couldn’t experience. Anyway, I can recommend!
