- william (10/5): - Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.
- Francesca (2/5): Don’t Ever Recommend - Good options are limited, the service upon arrival and the entire stay was full of incredibly rude staff. We stayed in the apartments which are designed terribly with only one bathroom on the first floor. The walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbors yelling, laughing and partying all night long. The apartment came ill equipped with no dish or hand soap or any paper towels. We noticed my daughter’s bed sheets were completely dirty and covered in stains. Additionally, dust and dirt was all over the floor - clearly cleanliness is not maintained.

- sarah (10/5): Chamonix ski holiday - The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, well equipped kitchen, balcony, we were a family of 3. Although we didnt cook it was great to have those facilities should we have needed them. Having the use of everything the hotel had to offer was great, the superb spa, hamman and pool, bar area, reception, ski shop on site, complimentary water, coffee and juice and sweets for the children. close proximity to the bus services to the various ski areas. A very successful and enjoyable time had by all.

L’appartement en duplex était très propre, calme, spacieux et avait tout le nécessaire (machine à laver, cuisine équipée, etc). Le sauna privé était un plus. Les lits étaient très confortables. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au pied du téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi. Tout est à proximité (restaurants, supermarchés, remontés). Le spa de l’hôtel est très agréable, réservé aux adultes sauf dans la matinée. C’est très agréable de ne pas être dérangé par les bruits.

The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

However Google map is having difficulty acceasing the address of the aparthotel. ***Googling the Hotel Name will point you to the right location.*** The hotel and apartment are modern and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. One odd thing about our apartment, which is on the second floor, is that the toillette is by the entrance, while the sink and only hand soap is in the bed room. We had to cross the entire apartment to the bathroom in the bedroom to wash hands every time after using the loo. Likewise, we had to walk through the living room to use the loo in the middle of the night... Other than that, the experience is fantastic.

- Sunbeom (10/5): - 외부 자쿠지 있는 아파트먼트 호실에서 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다. 부모님이랑 같이 머물렀는데 취사도 가능하고 취사도구들도 다 완벽해서 스위스 음식에 지칠때 쯤 직접 취사해먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 특히 몽블랑 뷰 외부 자쿠지 대박입니다. 위치도 샤모니 도착-출발 하는 메인 버스정류장에서 걸어서 5분거리라 짐가방 들고 이동하기에도 매우 편했네요 샤모니 가시는 한국인 분들 있으시면 여기 강추입니다.

Two levels and nice outside dining space with views of Mont Blanc. Thw location to walk the town is lso excellent...along with the access to the L'Aguille di Midi tram - a MUST DO!

Acho que a parte do spa precisa rever algumas regras, tinha muitas famílias e logo muitas crianças hospedadas no hotel, e como o spa permite crianças, acho que a essência se perde um pouco. Muitas crianças na piscina, hidro e etc como se fosse um local para brincar. Isso não me agradou muito e acho que deveriam retirar o nome spa caso permaneça assim

- Thierry (10/5): Très bon appartement familial - Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet appartement, mais le séjour fut fort agréable. Il y avait un peu de poussière dans certains recoins (wc du rdc) Le jacuzzi et le sauna ont été très appréciés! Un excellent hôtel haut de gamme comme nous les aimons. Nous réserverons de nouveau si nous repassons dans le coin
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 이번 여행중 최악...숙박후기 첨 남겨봄. 난방을 틀었는데 소리가 인테리어 공사하는 수준. 애들 감기걸릴까봐 끄지도 못하고 밤새 한숨도 못잠. 욕실은 무슨 교도소같음. 애들도 인상 찌푸림. 로케이션만 좋음.
- Howard T (10/5): Lovely place in the heart of the French alps - Great location, right in front of auguille du midi gondola. Guides for vallee blanche skiing also right in the lobby as well as ski rentals and a cafe for quick food and drink options. They offered starbucks drinks in the cafe and didn't make them as good as in the states but still impressed they had such a wide range of options. The private jacuzzi with the apartment/condo was amazing. The hotel pool, hot tub, sauna, and fire place area was great. So many good things to say about this place. Loved it.
