- Li Yu (7/5): - 位置不錯，距離機捷及車站都不會太遠，附件吃的也很方便，服務人員大部分態度都很不錯，清潔度也還行。 隔音太差，住725房，隔壁2間是洗衣房及健身房，只要有人進出或使用設備，都會有清楚的聲音，隔音不理想。 馬桶也很老舊，沖力不足。 床鋪舒適，但翻身時會稍微晃動，影響另一半。

- Van Hanh (10/5): Better than expected and deserve to stay again - In general, my experience with Hi-YES was quite far from my expectation. While looking at the hotel on website, I had thought that Hi-YES would be just a medium-qualitiy hotel, the room would be small with limited facilities. But what I saw in my room was quite different: The room was large and very clean. There were even TV, two tables and a fully facilitated wardrobe. And the most interesting part I found was the toilet with auto cleaning system. Things which could have been better were about receptionists' English and the breakfast. People there faced difficulties communicating in English. As for the food, breakfast there were included but there weren't many types of food and they were repeated from days to days.

- Bok Lan (8/5): Clean traditional hotel that is near A22. - It is a clean hotel although a dated hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's excellent that they provide washing and dry machines for free. The pillow is very low and soft.
- Charlie (9/5): A surprisingly nice hotel with good value for the money. - It was surprisingly nice with the amount of money I spent.. Breakfast is good, too. The location is excellent, 4-min walk to the MRT station (10 min ride to Taoyuan HSR station, and 30 min ride to the TPE airport.) It's also located in a central place in the city, walking distance to everything, including a night market. Hallway noises can easily come into the room.
