• Jimena (10/5): Ambiente universitario dentro de la UPV - Es una excelente opción siempre, si vas por trabajo a la UPV. Para ir al centro está bien conectado. Me quedo con ellos desde el 2006, cuando empecé mi doctorado en la UPV. Todo me gusta. Hay que estar consciente que es ambiente de estudiantes jóvenes.

Right after arrival we received a message from security on reception that people above 30 years old can't stay here whie in direct message on Booking they previously confirmed our stay and we even pay extra for being above 30 years.
• Lilly Sophie (8/5): Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen - Sehr nettes Personal und sehr hohe Sicherheit. Das Wasser hat immer zwischen kalt und warm gewechselt ohne, dass man darauf Einfluss hatte.
• Vittorio (8/5): - Struttura ideale per studenti. E' a 25 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Nei giorni feriali ci sono diversi locali per mangiare vicinissimi. Se non si è studenti la struttura non è in una posizione comodissima. Nei giorni festivi non ci sono locali o negozi vicini.

• John (4/5): Budget stay in a good well connected area but a warzone at night and with almost zero catering. - Basic room facilities and bathroom were reasonable apart from a lack of soap. Location was close to very good public transport to make the coast and city easy to reach Advertised catering facilities were minimal, basically a range of microwaves but no cutlery, utensils crockery fridges or kettles. The area was also very dirty and full of rubbish at the weekend. The only provision was a set of vending machines, all the local cafes being closed or off limits to non students. However the worst aspect was the anti social behaviour at night with sleep impossible at times.

• Furnò (9/5): Una bella esperienza - Ambiente molto giovanile, personale super gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, super consigliato La posizione è un pochino scomoda per visitare il centro, ma comunque è ben servita dai mezzi (circa 40 per i luoghi da visitare) ottima se si noleggia un mezzo, e ottima posizione anche per chi punta al mare .

• Sergio José (7/5): - No es un alojamiento turístico. Hay que verlo desde ahí. Como residencia o albergue está bien. Nos alojamos en días festivos y no había mucha cosa cerca. Dependes del transporte publico para desplazarte al centro.

Box springs on the all beds were not comfortable and old.
• cdplol (10/5): Ottimo - Lo staff eccellente. Ambiente molto tranquillo soprattutto per ragazzi dato che è in un campus universitario. Da studentessa sono rimasta più che soddisfatta e ha addirittura superato le mie aspettative. Consiglio soprattutto se si viaggia da soli come me. Mi sono sentita al sicuro in tutta la struttura. Non è un albergo, ma un alloggio di studenti quindi non bisogna avere molte pretese. Forse aggiungere delle fontanelle d'acqua al posto delle macchinette.

• Sophie (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Valencia - Well equipped gym included and also a small shop downstairs to get some snacks. Close to the beach and well connected to the public transport. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with every matter. Floor was not very clean in my room.

It is unclear where reception is so we had to wander around a bit. Our main issue was the lady on reception on the first day. She was very slow and kept making mistakes and then when we couldn’t get into our room she had absolutely no idea what to do. We arrived at reception 3:50 for 4 o clock check in and we weren’t in the room until almost 3:30, which was when we actually needed to leave!

• Maja (8/5): Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Duży pokój z balkonem i łazienką, obiekt dobrze skomunikowany pod kątem plażowania i zwiedzania miasta. Ogólna charakterystyka Sprzątanie z wymianą ręczników i pościeli raz w tygodniu - nie zapominajmy, że to akademik i schronisko młodzieżowe a nie hotel (dlatego w pokoju nie ma też lodówki, ani czajnika) Śniadania za 5EUR (dla mnie wystarczające, żeby zacząć dzień) serwowane na stołówce: nielimitowana woda (można napełniać nią swoje bidony na wynos), nielimitowane napoje owocowe, nielimitowana kawa, nielimitowane mleko krowie lub roślinne (sojowe, owsiane, bez laktozy, chude, pełnotłuste), trzy rodzaje chleba tostowego, bagietki pszenne, mini croissanty, ciasto, ciastka z ciasta francuskiego, ciastka kruche i herbatniki, owoce (jabłka, gruszki, pomarańcze/banany), tarty pomidor, ser żółty lub biały, salami lub szynka konserwowa lub mortadela, kilka rodzajów płatków śniadaniowych, dwa rodzaje jogurtów danone w kubeczkach, masło i dżemy pakowane w monoporcje. Oprócz tartego pomidora do pan con tomate nie ma innych warzyw, bo Hiszpanie ich nie jedzą rano. (Ja sobie przynosiłam własna paprykę). Można korzystać z trzech opiekaczy do pieczywa. Na stołówce serwowane są również obiady i kolacje w niskiej cenie, ale nie korzystałam. Na terenie kampusu są trzy niedrogie restauracje i mały supermarket. Rezydenci mają do dyspozycji niewielką siłownię oraz pralnię (za dodatkową opłatą). Dobry dojazd z lotniska (metro 3 + tramwaj 4/6), przystanek autobusowy (93, 98) i tramwajowy (4, 6) bezpośrednio przed budynkiem. Można zostawić bagaż w bezpłatnej przechowalni zarówno przed, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Doba hotelowa od 16:0 do 12:00. - Na tym samym pietrze, co stołówka, jest duża wspólna kuchnia ze stołami i patio, wyposażona w piecyki, kuchenki i piekarniki ale sprzątana jest raz dziennie a dzieciaki robią w niej syf przez całą dobę - więc tylko dla zdeterminowanych :) Trzeba mieć też swoje przybory kuchenne, Przydała by się większa kontrola porządku w tym pomieszczeniu.

Pokój był duży i czysty, dodatkowo miał balkon z pięknym widokiem. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Duży plus za możliwość darmowego pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Polecam! <3

• Younes (5/5): - Es ist nicht weit vom Strand und zur Bahn. Es war an sich in Ordnung bis auf die vielen Mücken Es kommen Mücken aus der Lüftung und man kann so nicht schlafen. Ich habe in der ersten Nacht überall Mückenstiche bekommen und musste das Hotel wechseln.

Room could've had an electric kettle or even the common kitchen area - there were no cups for tea etc.

• Tetiana (1/5): - The staff did not return my passport on time. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and contacted the reception, reporting that there was a leak from the ceiling in my room. During this time, not a single staff member informed me that my passport was in their possession. As a result, I suffered financial losses. The hotel refuses to compensate these expenses, even though the situation occurred due to the fault of their employee. I consider this treatment of customers unacceptable.

• Cecilia (5/5): Para dormir 1 noche - La ubicación muy buena en frente estaba la estación de metro. Y el personal muy amable y limpio el sitio. En la misma estructura un supermarket pequeño. Las maquinas expendedoras dentro de la estructura para desayunar jijiji. La habitación estaba limpia pero carecía de agua caliente, no salia congelada pero no caliente para ducharse con gusto. Los colchones poco cómodos para mí gusto. 2 benditos mosquitos que molestaron mi sueño.

Hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang *Herr Rafael* Vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bus und eine Straßenbahn Station mit beiden kann man in die City fahren. Wer keinenLuxus braucht ist hier Richtig.In der Unterkunft gibt es auch eine Kantine. Der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer war in den Innenhof. Der gegenüberliegende Wohnblock ist sehr nahe. Wann man aus der Balkontür auf der Boden Im Innenhof schaut, so sieht es dort sehr unsauber aus.

• Francesco (8/5): - Alla reception sono tutti gentilissimi, sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi domanda. L’arredamento delle stanze è basico: letti, scrivania, scaffali e bagno. Davanti al residence c’è la fermata del bus e del tram.

• Alicia (5/5): No repetiría - La chica de recepción fue muy amable, eso sí, un punto positivo. Mucha zona para aparcar gratis en la puerta Llegamos al apartamento sobre las 22:00 y la entrada está bastante mal indicada. Es un portal en el que hay varios negocios (bares, óptica, autoescuela…), que a esas horas estaban todos cerrados, por lo que no había ninguna referencia clara para encontrar la recepción. Tuvimos que llamar para que nos indicaran. En cuanto a la habitación, era tal y como aparecía en las fotos, pero la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear: las sábanas tenían manchas que parecían no salir, la ducha tenía moho y, además, no tuvimos agua caliente en ningún momento durante las dos noches que estuvimos. Para el precio que tiene el alojamiento, la verdad es que deja bastante que desear. Por último, fuimos en Semana Santa y, al estar en una zona universitaria, no había prácticamente nada abierto alrededor: ni bares ni sitios donde poder desayunar.

• Óscar (4/5): Solo para estancias muy cortas. - Lo que más me gustó era que la habitación era doble y, por tanto, más espaciosa. Habitación luminosa. El WiFi funcionaba bien. No hay ningún problema para aparcar. Durante la noche hubo silencio y se pudo descansar. No me gustó la ducha, ya que el agua no sale caliente. Como mucho es templado y hay que esperar mucho tiempo hasta que sale templada. Además, al ducharte el sumidero no traga bien el agua y termina saliéndose de la ducha. En el lavabo no sale la suficiente cantidad de agua. Tampoco sale caliente. En medio del pasillo para acceder a mi habitación había un somier y un colchón. Estuvo dos días. Sensación de dejadez. La balda del baño estaba inclinada hacia abajo y se hacía difícil dejar algún objeto allí. El día de mi llegada se fue la luz en todo el edificio y no había ni luz ni wifi durante al menos una hora. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que iba a estar así, al menos una hora y media. No es un sitio para estar muchos días. Sirve para estar una noche o dos en Valencia.
