No hospitality and staff behaviour was like they are paying me money too stay in that hotel. Curtsy was missing. I am not sure if I m visiting them again.

- Cara (5/5): Passable - Some of the staff were helpful, and some of them didn't follow through on requests (example: we called to ask if they had an HDMI cable so we could watch TV, and they said they'd check, but we never heard back). The room was adequate, and the shower and bathroom were fine The room had a distinct sour mildew smell in the walls. My bed would shake throughout the night because of the elevator which was adjacent. Also the location was inconveniently far from the town. The staff was sometimes helpful but sometimes not . All in all, I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known

- Erin (8/5): Very good - I liked that it was near the airport and the staff were really friendly. Some of the plug sockets seemed quite loose, they still worked though. The light switches were confusing so I think they just need labels as I spent a fair while trying to figure out which of the 10 switches around the room turned off the table light.

They should give a baby cot as I booked a suite and was along with my family. I requested a baby cot but they gave me mattress, for 5 month baby how someone can use mattress. They should atleast provide a baby cot if someone requesting it.
- Erin (8/5): Good, especially for waiting for a flight - The staff were very kind and welcoming. I easily got food to the room and liked that it was close to the airport for my flight the next day. It was clean and tidy everywhere. The chocolate brownie was not tasty at all, it was a bit too noisy, though I expected that as the hotel is right next to the road near the airport so haven't really taken off a point for that. It says there is an ATM in the hotel online but there isn't, it's down the road and I couldn't find it. The light switches in the room are also really confusing. They need labels really.

- jay (10/5): - We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. This was one of the best stay we had. The hall mark of this stay was their food . I have no words to describe how tasty their food was. OMG they had so many items in breakfast that you name it and they had it. They must have an excellent cook who made every dishes so palatable and tasty. At least for the food they deserve 10 stars. If for no other reasons one must stay here for their food. You cannot go wrong for staying here. We are looking forward to staying again when we return to Kolkata

He apologized and asked me to give him one day to talk with higher authority and mentioned that he would give me a callback. It's been more than a week now. No response. Very poor customer service. Never ever recommend anyone to stay there.
- Mayank (1/5): Bad - Nothing, behaviour of the staffs was not good. They were not at all professional. I recently stayed at Ethnotel, and my experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, uncooperative, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic services. The manager was completely unprofessional. The employee of hotel didn't have any coordination among them. One person agreed about the visitor. When the time came, they didn't allow to allow the visitor. On top of that their behaviour was also very rude and unprofessional.

It ended with hot water in the bucket after paying more than 7k for just one night. The duty manager has no problem solving skills.. just keep saying the manager is not here, it's Sunday..etc etc... I'm highly disappointed and never recommend this place to anyone.
