• Daniella (10/5): Excelente! Localização excepcional. - A acomodação tem uma excelente localização. Próximo a Praça Dom Pedro IV, Praça do Comércio, Rua Augusta.. tem vários estabelecimentos comerciais perto, você consegue comer e beber a poucos passos. Apesar de não ter recepção no local, os colaboradores são bem solicitos e respondem o whatsapp bem rapidamente. A cozinha é bem completa, com café e chá de cortesia. O quarto é muito confortável. Recomendo a estadia. A única observação é para caso alguém que tenha problema com mobilidade, pois para acessar os quartos precisa subir um andar de escadas. Nada a reclamar.

You need to be sure that taxi knows you have to stop twice - once to pick up key before apartment. Although we booked pickup from airport with this information, driver was angry about 2 stops! Be warned, there are 2 lots of steep stairs to apartment. Not easy for older visitors!!

• Joni (9/5): Uitstekend - De locatie was echt top, midden in het centrum maar toch ook rustig. Verder een mooie ruime schone kamer en fijn contact met de host die ons opwachtte bij het appartement. De douche werd niet echt warm.

Excelente ubicación para llegar a todo el centro de Lisboa caminando. Pero también hay metro y carris (autobuses) muy cerca. Todo ok

• Femke (7/5): Prima verblijf! - Het appartement zelf was schoon en netjes! Bedden waren prima en de locatie was ook prima. Meeste bezienswaardigheden en eettentjes waren op loopafstand. De hal beneden en de gezamenlijke ruimte voor de appartementen stonken beide heel erg. De gehele periode dat wij hier verbleven. Daarnaast was de communicatie bij aankomt niet duidelijk. Bij aankomst was ons niet duidelijk wat te doen en hoe wij binnen moesten komen.

Not much insulation for rooms facing the square. Noise from the square and nearby at night was not good for light sleepers. Garbage trucks, vehicles, karaoke, etc from 9:30pm through at least 3:30am.

• Sharon (9/5): - It was a perfectly comfortable small apartment for two people. It has air conditioning, and a small kitchenette where you can make coffee, tea and cook more if you want to. Getting to the property is super easy and central, the location is actually pretty perfect. The beds were comfortable, and it was quite soundproofed because even though it’s close to a busy area we didn’t hear anything in the room. Only pointers for improvement: the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together to make one bed. This can be uncomfortable if you roll in your sleep and end up sleeping in between the beds.

• Rachel (10/5): I loved this stay!!! - I took a while deliberating on booking.com where to book in Lisbon reading reviews steered me off a few places due to noise, smells etc etc so my expectations were really managed. We checked in late evening which was quick and smooth and I was so impressed with the apartment it is gorgeous it’s so cosy but spacious, it’s really quiet for such a central location I only heard some bins being cleaned once for a very short period of time. The shower omg it has redefined the term power shower for me it’s the best shower I’ve ever had. I enjoyed this stay so much it’s the perfect location and facilities we will be back and we will be staying here only!! I also thought the same as other reviews about having another mirror outside the bathroom loads of wall space for it and would mean no eye liner mishaps or removing steam after a shower to get ready

• Alison (9/5): Centrally located apartment with everything you need - Everything about the apartment and service was exceptional. Comfortable beds, great water pressure from the shower, and good kitchen facilities. Laundry on site too! And a balcony that opened up on the square! We chose this apartment because it was on Rossio Square and so it was convenient to move around the city. However, this also means it was a popular spot. Every night, some buskers/musicians had a 2 hour performance on a side square. It was charming at first but by the third night of the same playlist of pop songs I had had enough!

There were no mirrors outside the bathroom The kitchen area is too cramped with even two chairs in use for an apartment that accommodates 4 people.

• Roberta (10/5): - La posizione è davvero perfetta, in pieno centro. Vicinissima alla metro e alla stazione di Rossio, a pochi passi da Rua Augusta, con tutto a portata di mano. Il monolocale è dotato di tutto il necessario, per la colazione e pasti veloci. Cambio biancheria e pulizie ogni giorno. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni. Ottima soluzione per avere la comodità di essere in pieno centro ad un prezzo non elevato.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, siamo arrivate in mattinata e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in anticipato perché la camera era pronta, molto apprezzato. • Cristiano (10/5): Gran bel soggiorno a Lisbona - posizione perfetta a letteralmente 50 metri da Rua Augusta, casa bella comoda e pulita, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, consigliatissima per un soggiorno comodo a Lisbona la struttura è molto buona, migliorerei solamente una piccola cosa ossia installerei delle tapparelle o delle tende che fanno filtrare meno la luce che filtra un po’ troppo nelle prime ore del mattino

• Adriana (7/5): Excelente localização e anfitriã simpática e prestável. - A localização era excelente e a cama muito confortável. Compreendo que o prédio é antigo, no entanto cheirava bastante a esgoto na entrada, e um pouco no quarto por conta da casa de banho. Para além disso, consideramos que a cabeça de chuveiro deve ser substituída, pois já apresenta bastantes sinais de uso. O extrator na casa de banho não funcionava. O que achámos mais desconfortável foi alguém ter entrado no quarto para colocar os filtros do exaustor na kitchenette. Reparámos que eles não estavam colocados quando chegámos, mas como não íamos utilizar o equipamento não sentimos necessidade de os pedir. Saímos antes de jantar para um concerto, e quando chegámos os filtros tinham sido colocados — não fomos avisadas, o que significa que entraram no quarto quando tínhamos o sinal de 'não incomodar' na porta.

• Belén (10/5): Apartamento fantástico ¡pero no tiene ascensor! - Excelente ubicación. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y bonito. La cocina es práctica y el baño grande con una ducha estupenda. No tiene ascensor y para llegar al apartamento hay que subir cuatro tramos de escaleras muy empinadas con la maleta a cuestas. Las ventanas dan a patios interiores y tiene poca luz natural. No tiene toallas de manos, ni para la salida de la ducha.

• FL (7/5): Vrij centrale locatie met goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, echter wel gehorig en niet welluidend - Locatie vrij centraal, in de buurt veel winkels en restaurants. Echter we troffen meerdere keren zittende mensen op de trap bij de voordeur aan: een keer een groep blowers. Die gingen weliswaar weg en verontschuldigden zich, maar het voelt niet veilig. Contactpersoon was goed via whatsapp te bereiken, waren ook snel ter plaatse. Wifi was snel en ongestoord. Veel lawaai buiten omdat containers aanwezig zijn en huis gehorig. Ook geen frisse geur in de gangen, rioollucht.

• Ivan (7/5): - Overall it is quite comfortable apartment. There is everything for cooking. The location is great - just in the heart of the city. I was here in the beginning of March. It was cold in the room and there was no heating. Also there was high humidity but this is overall problem of Lisbon, not the specific apartment.

• FELIX (8/5): Céntrico y cómodo - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y muy bien comunicado. El estudio era amplio, limpio y confortable. Al entrar en el edificio se percibe un olor como de alcantarilla, tal vez sea por estar en un barrio tan antiguo en pleno centro. El edificio es antiguo pero en la habitación no había mal olor. Tal vez necesita una reforma.

The steps up to the second floor are very steep. We were there for only one night, but I would not like to stay there when we have lots of luggage.

• Mariangels (9/5): - It's my 3rd time at this appartments, so, I think that means something... Just some little details that may need renovation,like WC brush which was completely useless. That gives you a slight feeling that appartments may not be often checked in depth.
