• Claire (8/5): - This hotel was excellent. The staff in particular were fabulous. We had a coeliac with us, and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The facilities were great. The sports hall and jump jersey were not available to use at the end of our stay due to the schools going back- so that was a bit disappointing as it doesn’t leave much left to use that is part of the cost- just the outdoor swimming pool, small play area and an outdoor table tennis table. Not great if the weather turns.

• Mary (9/5): Great location clean apartment - Clean, great location, we was next to the pool and kids park which was perfect for us! Parking was good. Was equip apartment. With a washer drying stand, all you need in a house As we are the ground level (great for the kids) but upstairs the people sounded like elephants and was noisy!
• Jingjing (10/5): - Jump jersey one session a day per kids. While you book you need to read it's appartment or villa, not only the photos, the room are really nice clean and good size. Sports hall is just for fun, football, pingpang, pick ball, badminton ect. Proper Padel court, £20 per hour with free racket and ball, kids love it. Lots of Golf, but no drive practice, open to the public, lots of people from outside, but really safe. Hired bike and cycled a lot with kids, some road cycling, a bit hill, a bit challenging for kids but lots of fun. Our kids love it. Will come back again. If there is little supermarkets inside the site for some basic food supplies, that would be really helpful. The closed supermarkets is around 20 minutrs walk I think.

• Yvonne (10/5): Perfect. Came home totally relaxed - Loved the lodge we were allocated. So well equipped and even our dogs were welcomed. The hot tub was a bonus, something we were not expecting. Nothing. Great location albeit next to the airport but being Jersey, there were not that many flights and they did not start that early and finished at a reasonable hour early evening
• Chay (6/5): Was OK for a short break but with issues - Was clean that was about it ! Didn’t get what I booked simple ! And reservations used an excuse which was incorrect. Photos show. I booked a 1 bedroom APARTMENT but given a 1 bedroom LODGE. Reservations said quote “The listing you booked displays our general availability for 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments. However, it does not specify the exact type of unit (apartment, cottage, lodge, or Terrasse),”. The accommodation we received whilst semi private was noisy and warm beyond belief asked for a fan which we did receive which sort of helped. Hot tubs are far from private. All in all didn’t feel like a 5 star resort. Worth noting for those without a car it’s close to the airport but you would need a taxi/bus to get anywhere else including a nearby shop as that is quite a Trek on foot. With young children or a light sleeper be aware of aircraft noise and also day of our check out the gardeners were round our lodge early mowing the grassed area. Maybe be better doing this once people check out instead of waking them up

• Raymond (8/5): A lovely stay, but feel misled and cheated - We booked the two bedroom house on your website on the basis that it was as shown on the pictures shown. When we arrived we discovered that we were only going to be provided with inferior accommodation. We complained that we had been misled but were offered what we expected at a £250 surcharge for the four nights. My guest was highly disappointed, so , with disgust paid the extra charge. I am not impressed with the Resort or Booking. Com by being, I feel, cheated and misled by the presentation given when I booked. The accommodation was excellent but have been left with a sour taste, by being misled. What I have described above.

• Neil (9/5): Excellent would go there again - The apartment was immaculately clean and well fitted out, also quiet and peaceful with a very comfortable bed and ours was located almost next door to the bar/restaurant. The beach at St Brelades bay we thought was the best we visited and it is within easy reach of Les Ormes by car. We walked there and back, one night to a beachfront restaurant (Crab Shack, excellent!)but I must say It's not a walk for everyone, most of it is flat but it is very steep on the approach to and from the bay and you need to be aware of the location of the footpath, in some places it's whereabouts is not obvious but you can do the whole walk without walking on the road. the only negatives I could mention would be that the apartment does not seem to receive a great deal of sunshine on the balcony in early September which also means it appears a little dark inside. Also should mention it is situated on a golf course so there are golfers regularly passing by, we did not find this in any way intrusive though and the balcony's are covered by a net to protect from stray golf balls.

• Mcclelland (8/5): Loved les ormes kids want to return accommodation was perfect for us & staff also very polite & help - We made our own breakfast within the apartment. We had dinner 1 night and steak & burgers were off the menu due to apparently broken griddle We asked could burgers not be pan fried then we were told there was none in stock due to the broken griddle . So we decided to eat out after that meal .also felt the menu was a small selection.

The photo on booking.com is quite deceiving, our 3 bed apartment was just the bottom of one of the buildings pictured. It is quite compact and reasonably basic for the price.

• Christine (8/5): Clean accommodation with good facilities both in the apartment and around the complex - Cleanliness, dishwasher, washing machine & heating We were on the ground floor and a couple of foldable sun loungers on our patio would have been nice and more comfortable to sit on to read and relax than the upright chairs round the table, as it was always a bit cool and windy around the pool and with the patio being sheltered, it allows you to enjoy the sun whilst protecting you from the cool breeze.

It was the first time we had eaten polenta and parmesan chips they were delicious, Service was very friendly and prompt The noise from the airport . It wasn't too intrusive but when the planes were reving especially early morning. The double glazed windows did block this out . The weather was warm so had them open at tnight

Need to put aircon in t - It was very spacious and well appointed.Extremely clean and the hot tub was a bonus. It was extremely warm in the lodge even during the night.We were provided with fans which helped a bit but the lodges need aircon.Also the airport noise was a bit of a pain.

We hired bikes which was good too. That it was a cashless resort. We had mostly cash with us and couldn’t use it at the resort. There was no bar to sit in or at.

Was great for kids to have the Jump Jersey and Creepy Valley on site too. The outdoor pool was not open (although we might not have used it anyway as the lodges had their own hot tub).

• Laura (10/5): A really lovely holiday park, great facilities and it was the perfect location for what we needed - The lodges were beautiful! The beach towels were an excellent addition The hot tub felt like it had too much chlorine in it. There was a coffee machine there which needed pods, it would have been good to have had a small selection of coffee pods for when we arrived.
• Jane (5/5): Disappointing, definitely not luxury - The apartment was clean and had some dishwasher/washing machine tablets. As soon as we arrived the reception staff asked if we wanted a ‘special offer’ upgrade- for £250- the same cost as when we booked. This was quite dishonest as it wasn’t a special offer. Living space in 3 bed (6 person) apartment was limited - only 4 chairs inside and a small sofa which could sit 3 people. Restaurant is really poor- expensive food for a very disappointing meal. No shower gels or shampoos with the room - which felt mean for the price. Very early check out time - the opposite of ‘luxury’. Receiving a text message saying this was a ‘strict check out’ on the morning was also quite unpleasant. And the cleaning staff arrived at 0959 so no chance of over staying. We used the swimming pool 10 mins after it opened one morning- this experience was disappointing too as 5-6 cleaning staff were still there when we arrived which made it difficult to relax.

• Mike (6/5): Pleasant - Near airport and good and limited 3 bedroom accommodation on island. We only booked a couple of days before we were due to arrive but one of the party became ill and couldn’t travel and the other couldn’t travel with their relative seriously ill in hospital. We asked if we could move the date to another time but the the company refused. Whilst I understand that is was a non cancellation booking in view of the circumstances and the fact the booking has only been made a few days before and that we had stayed there on three occasions before I thought the company may have been more flexible.
