gallaion (8/5): Great for a hotel room at beach so you can go out and enjoy your vacation - The hotel was great for the price and that reflected the age of the hotel . The room did have everything you would need to go and enjoy a beach vacay without having to worry with bugs , Not one was seen in 3 different rooms over a four day stay which is really great . The tv went out on our last day and didn't come back so the last day was staring at walls and going to bed early . The design done in past remodel could have been better such as the shower curtain rod was mounted in center of shower making the curtain hug you tighter than a high-school prom date among a few extra quirks but over not bad at all and I will be back

It was a fucking tr - Absolutely nothing other than the view from the balcony to the water It sounds like someone pissed on the floor in the hallways going into the room. There was pubic hairs all over the toilet over the sink all over the tub. It was absolutely disgusting. I hadn’t been dusted an ancient thick of dust. It smelled like cigarettes i bathroom was filthy. I tried to call the office to get a change or get something done about it and they told me that they were nobody’s gonna be there till the next step came on because they had to reset the computers so I called your company just by paying the call you on your website and end up calling another country. I have a International charges on my phone right now for $108 for four phone calls to you guys cause they kept hanging me up over and I guess you’re in Britain and I’ve sent you screenshots of everything cause I need to get this bill paid and I’ve not heard anything back from anybody until Now.

The pool has a lazy river that wasn’t working. The last night there were way too many vehicles and no place to park not necessarily the hotels fault.

Hallway carpet was in very bad shape.

Aaron (9/5): Good value, great area, but call ahead to ensure your wanted room is available - This property was VERY close to everything you needed. And had a clean beach. Close to restaurants. Close to shopping. Very, very sweet staff. Pool, lazy river & hot tub were all clean. Actual room was very clean. When I booked through booking- I requested a king bed with beachfront balcony. It was my honeymoon. Anyway, we got there & they told us they didn’t have any available. All they had was double bed rooms. So, my husband & I ended up in a different room than we wanted but we made it work.

Beasley (3/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor room conditions and missing essentials, despite friendly staff at check- - The ladies at check-in were great—very friendly and polite, and they made a good first impression. Unfortunately, my stay at the resort did not meet my expectations. The room had several issues that made it uncomfortable. The king-size bed had mismatched pillows—one large and one small—and they looked worn and in need of replacement. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and you could visibly see the springs through it. There were also cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including water bugs in the room, missing light bulbs, and a lack of basic necessities like towels. We ended up having to go out and purchase items that should have already been provided.

This place should be avoided at all cost. Very poorly maintained, the pictures in no way reflects an accurate description of the property, or the room. NASTY, NASTIEST, after checking in we drove to Walmart and purchased towels, washcloths, and bedding.

The bed was rock hard and although we were near the beach the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. We barely stayed in the room.
