- Steve (5/5): It had clean sheets, hot water, amenities like a fridge and microwave - for the price, it was OK. - Did not eat there. Noisy
- thibodeau (4/5): - Staff was friendly Wasnt very clean, floors could see a vaccum
- Dale (7/5): - N/A N/A
- Ronald (10/5): -
- Neel (8/5): -
- Tanya (8/5): Good stay - N/A The hard beds and the small bathroom
- Shannon (2/5): It wasn’t a good location for going to other restaurants like Tim Hortons or KFC - we like the breakfast, but the restaurant was only open till the afternoon the staff at the front desk were very polite The room and the lobby were not clean. When we entered the room, I took a picture of the toilet and there was urine stains on the bottom of it. When I showed the staff they cleaned it. There was also a piece of toilet paper and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom when we entered the room, we left it there and it was still there when we left the hotel very poor cleaning. The railing going upstairs to the second floor was filthy. I think they must’ve overheard me. Say something about it because one time we came back the top of the bannister was clean, but nothing else I would not recommend staying there to anybody.
- Janice (8/5): -
- Kevin (3/5): It was the only place to stay - The TV didn't work and there was a smell to the room. They did fix the TV after I complained
The beds where hard as a rock.
- Kristen (4/5): Over priced basic motel like. Better off spending but extra for airbnb - Nothing Old dated, not clean. Pool was under construction. No breakfast. Basic. Mattresses were cheap. No plug to have a bath. Not enough towels. 2 sachets of shampoo for two night stay that cost $360

- J Maria (1/5): To sum up my stay, it lasted 5 mins. We went up the road to the Wyndham for $30 more and felt very safe and comfortabl - Nothing and we didn’t stay!!! Upon arrival there was a man sleeping in the lobby when my daughter and I walked in. People were coming out from a gaming room to get money from an ATM machine. Then When I was told where to park, closer to my room it would be easier to go around and park out back I was shocked and also felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable as I see a group of people digging through the dumpster, along side some of other people hanging out in lawn chairs smoking and being loud, a man sitting in his van staring at us with his window open and his feet hanging out them and then the last straw was when I got back into my car and heard someone whistle at me. I then went right back in and requested a refund right away. I was told I’d have to get a hold of booking. Com and they would send me a etransfer to refund me, that it was against the hotel policy. No refunds. Still trying to get my money back. A quick mother daughter getaway cost me twice as much and hope no one has to experience the same unnerving and unsettling experience that I had.

- Marina (8/5): Thanks - The beds The bathroom
- Kathy (6/5): It was okay for 1 night. - Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Hotel floors in bad shape. Loose boards and sinking in areas. Trip hazards. Entire hotel badly needs a makeover.
- Dan (7/5): Economical - I found this to be a reasonably priced room in. Province with very expensive motels. I just wanted a place to sleep and continue my travels. This met my needs.
- Mizuka (7/5): -
- Olha (5/5): -
- RONALD (10/5): excellent - It all was great. Very friendly staff. Nothing
- Flint Churchill (5/5): Mostly clean but definitely not quiet - It was mostly clean, but I found the bathroom small and I’m only 6’ 180 lbs, and the door into tub/shower/toilet are scrapped on the floor and should be laned down so as to swing freely, and when I closed that door, there was mold on the baseboard next to the tub. See above
- Campbell (4/5): Classic Bridgewater - Didn't see any sign of bed bugs. The furniture was worn out, and was a bit cluttered, mismatched lights (colours) throughout the room, and one morning, a crack head was passed out in the lobby after sneaking in through the night and rummaged through the front desk.

- Shelley (8/5): It served our purpose. The staff and food was incredible - The location was good. The staff and food were so good. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. It was well worth money The hallways were run down. The bathrooms are small and very low toilets. I was with someone who has disabilities but down hall was a washroom that was accessible for wheelchairs and walkers.
- Larry (6/5): Decent place to stay to access various sites in the area. Friendly courteous staff - Good location to access various amenities in the area. Pleasant staff through out our stay. I understand the Inn is in the process of upgrading the facilities thru out the property so this will be a welcome addition.
- Paula (8/5): Bathroom - Tiles in bathroom need a scrub
- Bonnie (10/5): -
- Ronald (10/5): -
- Karen (2/5): - Smelled, dirty. Went to room which was suppose to be in new section and it was a dirty room at the front. It was a filthy flop hour
Desk Kirk was dishonest about hotel
Pool has been under construction for 5 years but posted a picture of a beautiful poll . Refund my money. We did not stay at this dump
- Christian (6/5): -
- Gilbert (7/5): -
- Eva (10/5): - Clean and quiet.
- Randolph (8/5): - No breakfast
- Joseph (9/5): Personnel were excellent -
- Dave (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Would return again if visiting the area.
- Christy (2/5): - The property was dirty, my room smelled like a hamster cage. The walls were stained with water damage and had drips of something. When I arrived there were doors open with several men drinking and loud. When I arrived back later that night they were drunk. I can’t believe it was $150/night!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
- Sarina (2/5): - Bedbugs, language barriers, lack of service, staff lying about room conditions. Wouldn't stay here again for a gazillion dollars 👎👎👎👎
- Sonia (2/5): - Asked for a renovated room but if that was renovated wouldn’t have wanted to see the other rooms. There was mold on the walls and baseboards and the baseboards were very dirty the bedskirts were all black . The halls were dirty and had a foul smell. Never again!
- Daniel (2/5): - Staff was pleasant, hotel was in shambles, no pillow cases, smells of smoke. This place needs work. Should not be advertised on Expedia!
- stevendI6526KP (2/5): Stay away. Filthy and what i would concider a potential hazardous to your health - This is one of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The first room they gave me had visible water damage in the room and brown water streaks down the wall. The closet by the bathroom had a rusted nail on it and the shelf was filthy. To their credit, when I demanded a different room they gave it to me. It was in slightly better condition except for the disturbing amount of what seemed to be black mould in the bathroom. While this hotel is cheap, don't stay here. It's not worth it. I would rather sleep in my truck than spend another night in this hotel.
- Michelle (10/5): - The room was cleaned. The staffs were friendly and nice. I would stay again.
- Amanda (2/5): - This hotel was terrible. When we arrived the hallway and stairs were filthy and looked like they had never seen a vacuum in their life. The room itself had a smell about it. The baseboard and walls were filthy. There was marks in the walls and holes where things had been screwed in and never patched. The bed was beyond uncomfortable and had only two pillows and one blanket. One of the chairs at the desk was broken and the back had no wood in it. We went to look at the pool and discovered paper tacked up covering the windows to cover up an empty pool with tiles torn down everywhere. There was no mention of this at any time. We had no other option for the night but we could not wait to get up and get out of that place. Would never return.
- annerobcanada (2/5): Renovating but didn’t tell us - Sketchy place. Beds decent. TV poor as channel choice very limited. Pool was closed, restaurant was closed, and I was told breakfast was included (and I did ask) but when we got there we were told we could buy breakfast but wasn’t included.
- Quinn (4/5): The service was good, but the building needs work. - We had everything that we needed and our room was clean but the building is unwelcoming, old and very tired. It smells heavily of cigarette smoke while being promoted as a non-smoking facility. The heavy smell of cigarette smoke.
- Joanne (7/5): - The room was clean. The beds were very hard and found it difficult to get a good sleep
- Damir (8/5): - Very useful laundry.
- Carm (4/5): - We asked for missing items in our room. Was advised housekeeping would be up and they never arrived. The bathroom is old and moldy. Beds were clean as was the overall room. Floors were in disrepair with chips off the click flooring. Not very appealing accomodations.
- Neil (10/5): - Good staff clean room great location. Need More channels, especially tv
- Kim (7/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): - Everything
- George (7/5): -
- WAYNE (4/5): - Torn bedding, human hair in bathroom, dingy walls and carpets, no carpet in room, poor signage. No elevator. Common area looks more like a hostel. Manager however was very pleasant, helpful, and cordial. Not a people problem. The fact is this facility needs many major improvements before it could be recommended.
- Curtis (6/5): Short - It was quiet It was out dated, beds were lumpy floors uneven water stains and water damage in bathroom and bedroom. TV cable was nonexistent may as well had no tv in room.
- D. Bruce (8/5): -
- Kenneth (8/5): - The place is much nicer on the inside. The outside looks pretty bad/ curb appeal
Full bell tv/ wifi heat / ac. Bathroom nice
- Christopher (7/5): -
- Reigner (10/5): Good staging hotel - Very dated hotel, ice machine didn't work but staff was very kind to offer getting some from their kitchen.
Location was very good as walking distance to grocery stores and fast food restaurants.
Parking not as convenient but definitely enough spaces.
Good enough for what I pay for.
- Karandeep (10/5): - Good
- Belliveau (2/5): That was a waste of good money - It was in a good part of town All the people hanging around on the parking lot.
I warned my granddaughter not to sit on the toilet seat. There was a big dark dpot on the inside cover. The seat itself was in poor shape. There is no way they can properly clean or sanitize that seat. It wasn’t even fit to put in an outhouse. There was also a big X gouged in the was that was unsettling to my granddaughter. We didn’t sleep much and got out of there early
- Juergen (7/5): - Location Very run-down. Well past it's "best-before-date". Hopefully the revamp will.do the trick
- Alice (2/5): Yuck - 00000 Dirty rented by month or weekly
- Mark (5/5): Passable for one night - The hotel stored my bike conveniently. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Good shower. The hotel was overbooked and I had to wait 30 mins for my room. It was obviously not in regular use. There was no TV. It did the job for one night but the whole place was tired and in need of refurbishment.
- Yasmine (7/5): Good location, the room was a little old/run down, but comfortable enough - The location suited me on my drive down the coast from Halifax. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants, and plenty of parking available. My room was quiet and comfortable, although a little run down. I couldn't get the internet to work at all in my room, on my phone or laptop, which was a significant issue for an online meeting I needed to attend. The lovely staff at reception was able to set me up in the restaurant which was empty, and even offered to have me hot spot off her phone using her own data, but thankfully my internet worked on my phone in the restaurant. It just wasn't a great set up from a recording capacity and background noise.
For the amount I paid, I had expected a little more, but for one night it was fine.
- Mike (1/5): - The room was not clean. Hair in sink and tub, utensils in drains, coffee on the walls. That was when they said room was just cleaned. Bought own sheets and pillows so no need to touch anything.
- Steven (7/5): If you’re stuck and don’t want to be completely drained of your money this place was just a place to lay your head down - Centrally located…. A bit cheaper than the big named hotels/ motels…
They want big prices for a mediocre hotel…. If they upgrade then maybe my impression will change, but we were stuck trying to find something to stay in over night while visiting sick parents in the hospital…… The bathrooms need upgrading, toilets are way too low especially for older people ( very small bathrooms) …the floors in my room were missing flooring and not glued to the floor underneath…… and to get into my room there was a 10-12 inch step up …. Could easily cause a fall for older people or young children…..
$182. Ça ne mérite pas plus que $90. Cette endroit devrait être enlevé de booking. C'est honteux
- John (4/5): - I give it 2 out of 10
- Gillian (4/5): - Terrible beds, walls were filthy, floors were sticky
- 135jillz (4/5): A bed. - Very very dated. And seems to be a go-to for local work crews. Beds seemed clean, front desk woman lovely. Overpriced imo.
- Paul and Andrea (6/5): - Needs some updating
- Jagwinder (4/5): - The facility was old, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell. The chairs in the room were dirty, and some garbage had been left behind. However, the bedsheets and towels were clean, and the front desk staff was helpful. Overall, the experience could have been better.
- Dorothy (6/5): -
- Naheeda (4/5): - I booked the property according to the photos on the site. Before entering the room, the hallways smelled of smoke and the carpets were never cleaned beyond just a vacuum. The pool was closed down with just some white paper at the windows. The room i was given was right at the very end of this long hallway and the key wasn’t the right one so walked all the way back and got the right key.
Getting into the room, the bathroom floors looked grimy as though it wasn’t cleaned properly between stays. I brought and used my own towels and then thinking, I just needed a little towel to dry my hands, the face towel i picked up had a bug in it!
I go camping and I’m used to bugs, but in my supposedly clean face towel is still gross.
I was hoping to use the washer/dryer but they have one set for the entire building.
Honestly, i wish i just camped out, it’s literally cleaner and cheaper. They said they’ll look into a refund but let’s see if they actually do.
- David (6/5): - Price was right for a quick stopover.
Fairly clean but in rough shape.
Pool wasn't available.
- Berry (1/5): -
- Herrington (3/5): Do Not Recommend - Location Very poor low quality.website stated onsite restaurant and pool but provided neither. Required to pay before stay and will not re-imburse if you need to leave early. Rooms smelled. Had to hit door with shoulder to get in. Drug addicts wandering parking lot. Not impressed at all.
- Duong (8/5): -
- Kaiwen (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice - We only stayed one night on our way from Peggy’s cove to port Mouton. The check in was easy. The hotel is a bit of a maze with how big it is. Overall it was a nice hotel.
- Cook House (8/5): - Close to activities. Easy to find. Clean and friendly staff. the pool was closed. There was no notice prior to arriving. it was a big part of why we picked this as our place to stay. But a great place either way.
- Charlotte (6/5): My stay served it’s purpose but I didn’t feel 100% safe - Very efficient The location. A bit sketchy and the property was not well identified
- Jon (4/5): - It is quaint. Next to KFC and McDonald's. Locked myself out of the hotel while loading my luggage. No way to swipe the room key to get back in. Staff only comes in and unlocked the door at 8am.
- john (10/5): brilent - the staff where good. room cleaned regular. location i liked everything
- Grace (8/5): - Nothing to add
- Alexey (7/5): -
- Sperling (3/5): -
- Andrew (1/5): Worst experience in my 35 years of staying at motels - Terrible experience!!
When we arrived in our room it was dirty and when when the sheets were pulled back there was blood splattered on them. We left the room after only being there 15 minutes total, the corridors were filthy as well. There is monthly rentals that stay there as well and drinking and doing drugs right outside the back doors we needed to take to room
Went to the lobby to tell them and they wouldn’t do anything about it
Didn’t get any money back and left the property and went and booked somewhere else.
This motel shouldn’t be shown on booking.com
It cost me $360 dollars that I was out of
Worse motel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many throughout the world
Terrible experience Terrible experience
- EMILY (6/5): - Rooms need decorated. Bed was very uncomfortable
