• Janet (9/5): While not luxurious, it was a nice and clean place to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee. - We had a room with a screen porch and a deck. It was clean. It had a nice pool too
• Diane (10/5): Very nice accommodations. Excellent staff - The grounds are gorgeous, all the tropical plants were very unexpected. Every staff member we met was very nice. Very genuine. I would definitely stay there again. That the property is dated but for the area it's kind of what you expect. So really not a negative.

Beautiful flowers. The location is also very convenience; it is right in the corner of weirs beach and the boardwalk. You can get all the restaurants, shopping and arcade there.

• Mary (8/5): - A really sweet, down to earth motel. The owner was cranky with me about an error in my booking and I was uncomfortable with how much he held onto it. The gardens are stunning. The place is clean though the carpeting is really old and the room smell bothered me a bit. I was hoping I could walk down to the beach but there is no sidewalk. We enjoyed the pool and the other guests were nice. We were there for a Neil Young concert. I would stay here again for visiting a concert.

• Bradley (10/5): A hidden gem - Beautiful gardens on the property, friendly staff who are the owners. The room was very clean with plenty of fresh towels and fresh linens. The beds were in great shape, firm yet soft. Complimentary Coffee by the office was quite good. There’s a nice view of Paugus Bay from the table and chairs in front of the room. There’s a lot of traffic on the road but it gets nice and quiet at night for peaceful sleeping. We’d love to stay here again

The owner welcomed us warmly checked in to offer recommendations for food or entertainment, check-in was easy straightforward. The room was clean and cozy with nice amenities. The gardens outside were stunning overall it was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views very close to Weirs Beach and the NH Bank Pavilion… such a gem! I have no suggestions for improvement, I think it was such a great find and am so grateful that Bay Top Motel had an opening the night I attended a concert- we'll definitely be back!

The grounds and flowers, while small, were absolutely gorgeous!! The gazebo with comfy chairs and surrounding scenery was exquisite. A very lovely, quiet setting with country charm. If you're looking for brand new and swanky, this might not be for you, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very satisfied...no complaints!

• Theresa (10/5): FANTASTIC - The beautiful landscape, the cute room #11 out door off the room, screened in porch, and an outdoor deck facing the woods, the room was very secluded, I am very quiet.The only thing missing was a two man jacuzzi on the deck. I will be going back and requesting this room... The only thing missing was a great water view. There was a little bit, but you have to sit outside in front of the hotel on the property.

All the windows opened. The place had beautiful landscaping with views of the lake. Would only have wished for a coffeemaker in the room but was provided with a whole coffee station in walkway accessible to us all. Overall a great place.

Nice for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean, although a bit small. Beautiful landscaping, lovely flowers.

• Gohavefun (10/5): My favorite motel on Weirs beach! - I am so happy I chose this hotel! I can't say enough about my experience! My room was large, clean, updated. It had comfortable beds, nice pillows. Beautiful linens, thick towels, great shower. Many towels provided. The room smelled clean not musty like many motels I've stayed at in the area. Beautiful perennial gardens throughout the property. Location is great on Paugus bay. Close to everything. They have a pool, hot tub, grill, morning coffee. There are chairs on the hill to sit and watch the world go by. A nice feature is that there are plenty of plugs in the room and they are easy to get at. Outstanding family owned place, and the owner is on the premises. Every detail is done for your enjoyment and ease of stay. I would definately stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like about this motel.

• Trisha (10/5): - Bay Top Motel looks like it is from another time and booking fairly last minute, I was afraid it might be very outdated or unkept. That could not be further from the truth! While it clearly is a motel from days gone by, it has been beautifully kept up, updated and has all the amenities needed for a quick stop over while in town for the concert. That being said, after seeing the landscaping and reading about all the care and attention to detail put into the gardens, I do intend to come back when I can see more in bloom. The owners clearly take great pride in provider travelers with a welcoming spot to rest their heads and it is done for a reasonable price. On top of that, our little room had a screen porch and outdoor deck not mentioned in the booking. I highky recommend Bay Top Motel if you are looking to spend time very close to Weirs Beach, going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion or just passing through New Hampshire.
