- Peter (1/5): Horrible. - Nothing. Sewage backed up into the shower. No staff on site to remedy the issue. Called after hours emergency number and received no response. Had to leave and get another hotel.

- Laura (5/5): - The location was fine, not on, but very close to, the beach and town. Parking was easy peasy. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool area looked nice but we did not utilize. We had a corner room with a locked door adjoining it to the next room. The walls were very thin and we were woken at 5 am to the sound of the family next to us and their cranky toddler and the mom trying to appease him. Additionally, Montauk gets chilly at night and there was no heat in this room. It was doable for the one night we were there but would have been an issue if we were staying longer. Lastly, the room was far from a studio with just a mini fridge and a small table with a coffee maker. Not as advertised in the photos when I made the reservation. Other rooms down the way appeared to have more of a kitchenette.

- Tatyana (3/5): Good location but not very pleasant in terms of cleanliness. - Location was impeccable and check-in process was seamless. The room was dirty with a clump of hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The drain in the shower also did not properly drain.

Well worth it! - Loved everything about this cute place! there wasn't one thing I didn't like, except they don't take pets. I wish they allowed pets to stay there. The kids were super loud. UGH...the pets will not be!! And they're cleaner. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Place was absolutely perfect.

- Sarah (1/5): Terrible stay, pictures are not what you actually get, air conditioner broken, dirty wadded up blankets in the closet. P - There was not one thing we liked about the place. The pictures are not what you actually get. The air conditioner was broken and replaced with a fan. There were dirty wadded up blankets in the cupboard. The bathroom was so small, when you sat on the toilet your knees hit the sink and cupboards in front of you. Totally not livable and nothing like the pictures. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and we checked out after one miserable nights sleep and moved to another hotel. Everything. The place was a disgrace. Buyer beware. The pictures make the place look nice but are not a true depiction of what you get.

- Julie (4/5): Pay alittle more for a quality stay SOMEWHERE ELSE. - The location. The AC in the unit had broke prior to us checking in so they put a temporary AC in the bedroom window. The AC wasn’t secured AT ALL. It was falling out of the window you could see completely out and its right next to the bed so I did NOT feel safe. I asked the front desk to accommodate us because I didn’t feel comfortable or safe and she didn’t believe me so she walked up to the room with me saw what I described and told me to put the curtains over it so nobody could see in. Funny because there is no curtains in the room. In the living room/kitchen area they put a FAN. So that room was always about 75-80 degrees.

- Annmarie (7/5): - location is best part of wave inn, although not ocean front, public beach across street and you can walk to everything in town except train. check in and out is done via text. nobody was at desk at check out time at 11 to ask to have receipt emailed. room was clean, updated, bathroom was new. ac worked. toiletries provided. pool was clean, tables were nice to be able to get meals out and come back to eat poolside. breakfast is not provided, correspondence all done via text/email(which i normally prefer) and text said to order what you want to refresh room such as towels, bedding... and no-one would be entering room which I'm fine with, but housekeeping did come in to freshen up room which is fine also but would have preferred that be known.. text is probably left over from covid and needs to be updated. you need to provide your own beach accessories such as towels, chairs, umbrellas. Stairs outside require painting/cleaning. too bad they didn't offer discounts at local places such as restaurant, mini golf, surf lessons etc..

The front desk staff was sympathetic. Unfortunately, we were on the ground floor and had 10-15 college students banging, screaming, and blasting music above us from 12 PM to 5 AM every night. Unbelievable considering we paid $600 a night for a beach motel. Unbelievable considering we paid $600 a night for a beach motel.

- Rose (1/5): - Location was great. I’ll preface this by saying I understand this is a motel and so my expectations weren’t extraordinarily high. I did, however, expect what I paid for/basic advertised amenities, at minimum. We stayed in room 16 from 8/2-8/4/25 (putting this in hopes that management will reach out and find some way to make this right, and so they know which room could use repairs). The room is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out couch that should comfortably sleep at least one person. The pull out couch was broken and elevated at the top of the mattress so one cannot comfortably sleep on it. I asked the girl at the front desk if someone could attempt to fix it and she sent up a gentleman who was unable to fix it. She never reached back out to assist us when he told her it was not fixable. They did have a sign stating no vacancies so I suppose there was not much she could do in terms of putting us in another room but the customer service was certainly lacking. On top of that the air conditioning units on the walls were broken. They put a floor A/C unit next to the couch which only kept the living area cool and not the bedroom even with the door open to try to let the air in. Also, this infringed on our privacy because you couldn’t close the shade due to the window AC unit so anyone could see in our room (we got creative and put a towel). We asked for more towels and were told by the front desk that housekeeping was gone for the night and we could come get them if we wanted them (rude and not very hospitable). We asked for pillows to attempt to make the broken pull out couch sleep-able and were told there were no pillows left. Again, crappy customer service. Our room did not have any extra toilet paper beyond the half roll we started with upon check in, so we had to run out and get our own in the morning from 7-11 upon discovering our room wasn’t stocked because the office actually doesn’t open until 10am so the motel is not truly “open” 24 hours.

- Viola (2/5): Old, thin walls, damp. Nothing for a great vacation. - Nothing besides the location close to the beach and shops. It was very clean, but that didn’t make up for everything else. It was an absolute horror for that price especially. Matresses are old and worn down, the whole “superior suite” was damp, noisy and very old, parts of the floor are completely uneven and the wooden floor needs a generel upgrade. Nothing felt superior. We couldn’t sleep in the two nights because of the noise from all guests (mostly young drunk people) and the old beds.

Not a good vibe with kids around. Room pics looked good, but there was lots of damage to the walls that just made the room feel dirty and trashy. There were not enough plates/cutlery and when asked for extra none were supplied.

- Guest (3/5): Never again staying here. - Good location $1200 for two nights for 2 couples was not worth the services we got there. The room was dirty you could hear through the walls the person next to us complete conversations. There was live tick found on our pillow. The front desk staff was very uninvolved and did not seem to care about the tick found and other concerns we had there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Floor not level and creaked in the bathroom. Went in to ask a question. Staff was rude! Shower dirty, bed blocked closet. You had to jump over the bed to get in. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
