• Jim (3/5): No - No hot water in shower, big crack in plastic shower floor, water drained through crack to under shower. Was a handicap unit. Dirty top cover on bedding. Sheets and pillowcases were fine.same as above Same as above
• Ben (1/5): Very Dissapointed and disgusted way below standards unless you live on the street in a box. - There was nothing to like about this place! This place was filthy dirty and disgusting the entire bathroom was horrible the bathtub was gross the dirt ring inside the tub was unexceptable the dirt built up on the floor was bad the walls the doors the floors the entire place was far below standards this place could use a visit from the county health inspector the smell in the bathroom of mildew and urine was to strong it burned my eyes. I also felt unsafe and was afraid to leave my car there and go in the room because of all the homeless tweakers hanging around. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. If I could give minus stars I would.

• Gabriella (1/5): - The owner was cool I couldn't sleep or even to think to shut my eyes I turned off the lights to think to relax and I had seen a shiny shadow of a shell witch was a German roach 🪳🪳🪳🪳 crawling on the bed walls headboard desk and microwave I paid for dinner that had came fresh I took a shower left it on a table and came back to roaches eating my plate this is a low grade motel ran down infested with bugs carpets look like a crime scene sheets did have blood and other stains from last customers don't ever stay at this place not worth ur bucks to come out with roaches on our clothes and backpack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roaches are playing hide and seek

• Zelikovich (3/5): Cheep is worst - 11AM next day,time of my departure Dirty beds,not linen, bathroom door was off the hinge at the bottom,toilet leaked from the bottom as wax ring failed,loud noise outside at night,holes in the bathroom floor,when I checked out , I was asked to leave the property,even after I told the owner that am I trying to get money and get another night there. Response was, when you ready come back and it was raining. Rude and all they want is money. Maids even complained that they were underpaid.

• Thornton (1/5): Awful. Absolute nightmare. - Nothing at all. Everything. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. We walked into the room and walked right out because it reeked of cigarettes and bleach and it made me gag. There were cigarette burns in the comforter!!! The bathrooms were disgusting. Drawers were missing in the dresser. The lady at the front said she would give me a refund and they still haven’t refunded me to this day. Now they’re ignoring me. Absolutely terrible.

Olor fuerte a cigarrillo y las coladeras con olor a alcantarilla y el agua olía súper feo.

• Jackson (4/5): - The check in wasn’t anything special. We uncovered the sheets in our room and there were cigarette burn holes in one of them. We found a Bic lighter under the bed and the door seal didn’t close all the way. Wouldn’t reccomend. Go somewhere else and spend a little bit more for a comfortable stay!

• Traveler54687386204 (8/5): Budget friendly - Older establishment, nothing fancy, clean rooms, clean sheets and pillows no bugs, easy access off Highway 32 or Highway 99, very quiet and friendly owners. Budget friendly and would recommend to friends and family. Would definitely not have a problem staying again.

• Michael (2/5): - The room was very dirty , the beds and sheets unclean the bathroom unclean , we found two cockroaches, the tv without service and without cable connection.
• Jennifer (6/5): - This was a convenient place to stay for us. Walking distance to Sierra Nevada Brewery which was our destination. It was fine. The floor, walls, ceiling are not straight.Like the whole place is maybe sinking or moving in some way. The staff was super nice. We slept well. It was quiet. Plenty of ice. If you want to spend time at the brewery and not drive and are not particular its okay. If they drop the rate a bit I'm sure they could get more traffic.
• Morning (4/5): Funky Cheap Motel. - Pros- Convenient location in Chico. Area felt safe. Newish bedspreads. Clean white soft towels. No bedbugs. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Quiet location. Good price during Graduation weekend in Chico. Cons- Non smoking room between 2 smoking rooms, smoke smell pretty strong. Room worn out with funky mismatched flooring, Paint peeling in bathroom. One light over bed not functional. Furniture worn and missing drawers. No cups provided to drink tap water from. TV didn't work. Small cockroach found crawling next to bed, and hair ball on floor.

• Caro (2/5): If you have the opportunity to stay anywhere else, do that. - The attendant was friendly. The Hotel room was FILTHY! The towels were stained. There was hair in the tub. And hair on the toilet. EVERYTHING was broken. The carpet stained with what looked like oil.
• Devin (4/5): - Room was notably large, but the area that was clearly intended to be a lounge/living space was not usable as such. TV was about as far from the beds as was possible. Hot water wasn't hooked up to the sink, bathroom was filthy and the overall cleanliness and conditions of the room were poor. Staff was helpful and responsive in the little I interacted with them, but I wouldn't go back unless I had no other option.

• Meghan (2/5): So, so bad - Beyond awful. Beds were painful to sleep in. Deads gnats in the fridge. Dead something or other in the corners of the bathroom. Ants on the ground. Burnt holes and crunchy bits in the blankets. Front office said it was open but no one came to the desk after several minutes. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, I paid for a different hotel the second night and just took the hit financially because it was that bad. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

A staff member needed to come clean the wall where I found a liquid/gelatinous stain on the wall by the kitchen sink when I checked in.

The entire place looked like it had been repaired over and over so some of the repair work was already peeling! The towels were light brown! I mean our close smelled bad after we got home! VERY DISGUSTING

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible experience. I prepaid a couple of days before my stay. The room smelled bad as I opened the door. I started to walk around and look at everything. Parts of the flooring weren’t secure. The towel hanger and toilet paper hanger were ripped out of the wall. The white towels were stained gray. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom door. Pillowcases had stains. And there were drawings on the walls. I went to the front office and was told that nothing could be done by them since I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and they said they would contact the Inn. The representative came back and told me the Inn denied my refund. I spoke to the front desk again and was told they would not refund me. I gave him back the room key and told him I would not be staying in a filthy and unsanitary room.

• Glenn (7/5): other then disfunctual wifi . a decent value for the loction - For the price and location a decent value. the wifi is so weak the connection keeps dropping. If they woud provide a decent wifi connections i would stay there again. Until then, wifi is important to me and it has unacceptable slow speed to the point where the majority of the time it doesnt even work.
• Jacob (4/5): - Extremely dirty, bible in the nightstand was full of black mold, floor seemed like it had never been mopped, bathroom tub was horribly stained, the whole room was dirty. There was also bed bugs in the beds.
• Brittany (6/5): Quick, cheap and simple stay. Didn’t have high expectations. - Easy to access and close to where we were visiting. Staff didn’t appear to be onsite often, or maybe they were just not around. The room smelt very strongly of bleach which is better than some other smells but still seemed highly unnecessary. Had to air out the room for hours before sleeping.
• Alycia (3/5): We appreciated the price, location and that no one bothered us. I give it a 1 star, not the 3. - It was a great sign that helped us find the place. The price was right. The television was good and there were plenty of stations to choose from. The room was large and had a nice mirror and furniture. We didn't have a choice but to stay at that location. We did not complain about the place except amongst ourselves. Not clean. None of us wanted to take a shower as there was debris on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom fan did not work and there was no window in the bathroom to make up for it. We turned the pillows over and there was hair all over them but it was so late at night when we discovered this that we just removed the pillow cases. The floor felt dirty to walk on, No blackout curtains or blinds so the parking lot lights shined straight into the room. The gal who checked us in rolled her eyes when I told her we had children staying with us. The man who gave us extra towels was friendly and nice. It was annoying there were no hand towels or wash cloths or a coffee pot. There was about a cup of white powder that was spilled on the ground outside our door. We hope it was powdered laundry detergent and not left by the pest control guy that came by. We had 2 small children with us so we were concerned they might touch it, whatever it was.

Blanket on bed had cigarette holes in it despite being a smoke free room. Cable box was not properly programmed to connected tv.
