David (8/5): The location and space was incredible, but they have cut corners with the decor - felt like cheap Walmart - The corner 2 bed apartment right on the beach you’re couldn’t fault The decor felt low-quality compared to the rest of the accommodation. The lighting was harsh, with very bright white bulbs that made the space uncomfortable. The curtains didn’t properly fit the patio door, and the blinds seemed very cheap. There was no headboard, which made the room feel unfinished. The duvet appeared worn and wasn’t covered with a proper duvet cover or sheets, which was off-putting.

ARTHUR (5/5): Recommended as a basic lodging and expensive, but so is everything in the area.could not imagine that the local Shell ga - Grounds were clean, well groomed and right on the Ocean. The room was clean, No air conditioning and not even a fan. Room was too warm, stuffy and I had difficulty sleeping. Room is very basic; old couch and generallly cheap dated furnishings. Not complaining but I anticipated something more up to date. More of a motel feel and quality for the price. Receptionist was polite, and helpful with questions . When I booked the room, they were gracious in allowing me early arrival check in which I appreciated.

ioanna (4/5): - The property boasts a truly unbeatable oceanfront location with direct beach access and excellent beach facilities — perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. However, the room itself was disappointing. It felt outdated and in need of maintenance, with several non-functional features. The bedroom lacked proper storage space, making it hard to settle in, and the kitchen was extremely small and not very practical for meal preparation. While the setting is fantastic, the interior could use some serious updating to match the quality of the surroundings.

The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.

Verified traveler (2/5): False advertising - We booked an ocean front room. We were facing the ocean… but there was a GIANT sand dune blocking our view. I called the office of the hotel and they said we could upgrade to an ocean view for $300 more. I called the office back and they were closed for the weekend. We could have gone anywhere if we knew we would NOT have the view we booked… if you book an “ocean front room”, confirm you can actually see the ocean

Jennifer (10/5): Perfect place to stay while visiting Montauk - I recently had a wonderful stay at this property, and I can't recommend it enough! Although it takes less than a 10-minute drive into Montauk, it's perfect. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious, providing all the comforts we needed. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and it's clear that the staff takes pride in their work. From the friendly service to the beautifully kept grounds, everything contributed to a very pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the short walk to the beach, which felt like our little slice of paradise. The beach was lovely, and we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets just steps away from our apartment. It truly felt like we had our own private oasis. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to Montauk. I can’t wait to return!

Hermes (10/5): while at the Hamptons....!!!! - smooth check in, very clean place, via text comunication extremely effective, we also loved the small kitchen in the room, ideal for some coffee making or warming ubp a bite we simply loved the place.
Franklin (10/5): - Lovely seaside accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The room was just a short walk from the beach. Just minutes away from downtown Montauk. Having a full kitchen is great.

Water was turned off for 2 days had to be fixed .. couldn’t use toilet or shower for hours .. we needed to go out and couldn’t use both .. staff said sorry …. For price paid need a refund .. horrible
