• erika (8/5): Un poco de desepcion. - El personal , la decoracion y el estillo del hotel es uno de mis hoteles favoritos, la comida y en general la locacion y el ambiente. Es pet friendly y niñez friendly eso es lo qhe mas nos gusta Las personas de la habitacion de alado practicamente tenian una fiesta hasta las 1am Yo embarazada de 8 meses, mi esposo y mi bebe de un año pasamos muy difícil poder dormir. El staff de hotel nos recibio la queja y les fue a decir una vez , pero no bajaron el volumen las personas, en la madrugada un transporte colectivo se estaciono muy cerca de las habitaciones no el los lugares asignados y dejo el motor prendido en lo que se subian todas las personas de ese transporte. Esto es tema de huéspedes sabiendo viajar y pensar en los demas pero el hotel también podria enforsar reglas de convivencia. Por ultimo alguien estaba fumando en los pasillos lo cual se metia humo nuestra habitación y simplemente hacia difícil reljarse. Creo que antes se mantenia un poco mejor el ambiente del hotel. Llevo toda la vida llendo a ese hotel cuando voy a tehuacan y es la primera vez que considero talvez no volver.

• Thibauld (4/5): - C'était atypique, on se serait cru au Maroc alors que nous étions au Mexique..,..personnel sympathique Des fêtes sont organisées jusqu'à 3 heures du matin ce qui empêche tout le monde de dormir.... Le buffet du petit déjeuner est juste horrible pour le prix, la mauvaise qualité des aliments... La qualité de la literie laisse à désirer.....

• Natalie (8/5): Good Value for the $ - Lovely hotel that was good quality/value for the price. It is in an odd location but as I was only staying for an overnight during a road trip back to Mexico City, that was ok. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Parking was easy and I could pull right up to the building.

Que la alberca estuviera fría, se antojaba entrar pero estaba helada. jajjaja y que al bañarse, no se pude usar al mismo tiempo el agua caliente del lavabo, si no, en la regadera dejaba de salir, y te deja enjabonado...eso si fue algo muy incómodo!!

• Tony (10/5): Should we return to Tehaucán, we would certainly stay there again. - Great and friendly staff, staff was very quick to help when the safe in the room could not be opened. Also, when I mentioned there was no hot water in the shower, the staff took immediate action to correct the issue. House keeping was great, there were 2 bottles of water in the room everyday. Air conditioning worked well, hot water in the shower with enough pressure and crispy clean towels every day. The onsite restaurant had a good and a tasty variety of food with reasonable prices. Nice big flat screen TV with HDMI ports, so we could watch our own programming from the laptop. All staff were professional yet friendly, and very helpful. Parking on site was very secure. Clean pool, which we didn't use. All in all, most certainly one of the better hotels we have stayed in so far in our travels through Mexico. Take note, this is a non-smoking property. Big stores, restaurants within walking distance. Great location, but not close to the zocalo as an FYI. Should we return to Tehaucán, we would certainly stay there again. A small section in a corner for smokers would be nice. Put some hangers in the rooms for clothing, we went to Walmart to buy a 10 pack. Not a big deal, just something the hotel should consider.
• María Teresa Minerva (8/5): Relax porque las sábanas de la cama huelen muy bien. - La ubicación buena, el desayuno bien, pero dicen que lo mejor es el buffette pero no hay porque no ha habido mucha gente. La habitación como es de luz cálida es oscura, les hace falta luz. No hay jabonera en el lavabo. En la ducha no hay donde poner el shampoo hace falta una repisa. La luz de la recámara, es muy oscura y al baño le hace falta una repisa donde colocar el shampoo porque se pone todo en el piso.

• Katerina (7/5): We had a great undisturbed stay, and managed to get around to the places where we wanted to hike - Location was far away from the city centre but ht enext day we located a colectivo to get us from and tot he place. Otherwise, taxis here are rather expensive. Pool was great. There was suppose to be a spa and fitness, but it was not open. Pool is too (very deep even for adults) deep for kids, but clean and nicely look upon, so bring the inflatables for kids to keep them safe.

• Eliza (9/5): Serene oasis with nice pool and green space - Lovely oasis in the city, a courtyard with green spaces and a nice pool and playground for kids. Secure parking. Fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant and good value for money. The entrance was hard to find. Breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey.

The rooms were very comfortable, beds great and the area was very quiet- slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very satisfied. Would highly recommend it

• Michael (4/5): Ok for a place to sleep for the night, not much more - The architecture of the property is beautiful. It is pet friendly for a $300 charge. It’s very close to some restaurants. Plenty of car parking. We were one of the only guests staying so there was no bar or restaurant service. They wanted to fumigate our rooms when we checked in. We asked for this not to be done as it is dangerous to breathe the fumes. There was a spa but it didn’t look very open.

La limpieza de la alberca es mala, tienen sus fiestas privadas y dejan todo sucio. Y hasta el otro día en horario de uso de alberca por parte de los huéspedes, se ponen a limpiar la alberca.

We also enjoyed the breakfast. The bar was very inviting. Staff were very responsive to our requests. WiFi was poor, the beds were uncomfortable. Facilities in the room were basic. The interior of our rooms were a bit run down.

Salimos a cenar y al regresar no había lugar para estacionar el auto. Había una fiesta y daban prioridad a estas personas. Las recamareras a las 7 am tocaban las puertas para entrar a limpiar la habitación. Un mini jabón para las manos y nada más. No volveremos a este hotel de pésima calidad. No vale lo que pagamos por una noche de habitación. Gracias

• Jose (2/5): Very Disappointed it . - To be honest. Since Checking in Didn't feel comfortable. After check in. They walked us out to the Room and it was all dark couldn't see clearly. Once we were into the Room I tried to turn the AC on and we couldn't. I went to front desk and told the situation and he told me that AC it was extra cost of $200.00 pesos per Night. I was surprised because I travel a lot and never been charged for AC use. So I ended it paying $400.00. But When I was ready to shower look around and noticed it was full of mold all over the bathroom walls wich is not safe for health. Very bad conditions. Decided not to shower and wait for next day. After paid for 2 nights we decided to leave the hotel and loose the money of Second night. Never coming back to that Hotel.. Definitely not Recommended it..

Desayunamos ahí la comida fresca y con sazón . Hotel muy cerca del museo de la evolución, recorrido a La Peñafiel( tours suspendidos x pandemia) , a unos kms del botánico y Zapotitlan Salinas . Recomendado.👍

• Ana Maria (2/5): Arrepentidos - Nos dieron una habitación muy maltratada, la puerta sin seguridad y muy guanga, los colchones muy muy incómodos y una TV de 5ª, nos daban otra habitación pero con un costo extra dejamos la habitación sin usarla, estamos muy arrepentidos de haber pagado tanto por tan espantosas habitaciones. Nada que ver con las fotos que presentan.
