Ekaterina (10/5): Just a great hotel to stay! - The stuff is super friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect, right in the city centre, close to everything you might want. Breakfast is awesome, good mix of western and local things. Rooms are clean and well maintained, with all these little things making your stay very comfortable.

Tatiana D (10/5): - Мы жили в этом отеле с 9 по 13 марта. Занимали 2 номера: 705 и 709. В одном жила я, в другом дочери. Я разместила фото номера 705. В 709 номере всё, как на фото на сайте отеля и на сайте Booking. Отель очень понравился. На ресепшн быстро откликались на все просьбы и шли навстречу пожеланиям (поселили по нашей просьбе в номерах рядом друг с другом, выдали халаты, научили, как звонить из номера в номер). В номерах было чисто, всё новое. Убирались каждый день в наше отсутствие. Пополняли воду каждый день. Шума не было. Ну когда в коридоре идут люди и разговаривают- слышно, конечно. Ночью никто не шумел. В ванной комнате хорошие гель для душа и шампунь. Есть бальзам для волос, но я им не пользовалась. Дети сказали, что бальзам тоже хороший. В ванной еще есть жидкое мыло в диспенсере, который на мой взгляд расположен далековато от раковины. Он закреплён практически в углу столешницы раковины, надеюсь на моём фото это видно (на белом фоне тёмный флакон). Есть зубные щетки, зубная паста, ватные шарики, ватные палочки. Есть увеличивающее зеркало, которое можно придвинуть, отодвинуть и наклонять. Освещение в ванной на мой взгляд достаточное для того, чтобы краситься. Есть розетка около раковины. Был фен в чехле под раковиной. Когда сушишь волосы, палец нужно держать на кнопке фена, чтобы он не выключался. Нам очень понравились завтраки и часы завтраков: с 7 до 11 утра. Питание очень разнообразное. Столиков не много- 10. Каждый столик расчитан на четверо человек. Грязную посуду убирают быстро. Расположение отеля очень хорошее. До Национальной галереи мы шли пешком 7 минут, до Каскада минут 20. Для нас была большим плюсом возможность оплатить проживание российской картой платёжной системы Мир, только нужно предупредить об этом на ресепшн. Ещё понравилось то, что при подтверждении брони на Booking, мне пришло уведомление о том, что трансфер в отель из аэропорта будет бесплатным. Не знаю, у всех ли так?.. Водитель Мгер вёз очень аккуратно. Что не понравилось: в прихожей нет ни полки, ни крючка. Приходится после улицы куртку нести через всю комнату в шкаф или на кресло. Не понравилась стеклянная дверь в ванную комнату. При проживании в номере одного человека это не важно, а вдвоем это неудобно. На мой взгляд вечером недостаточно освещения для чтения книги. Верхнего света нет совсем, есть 3 светильника. Но мои дочери считают, что освещения было достаточно.

Nadza (9/5): Fantastic option if you're seeking a quiet and peaceful stay - Anna at reception was kind and welcoming. We were upgraded which was wonderful. Everything was clean and we really loved the fact that there was a water gun in the bathroom. Our special requests were honoured which enhanced our stay. We didn't eat any food but we ordered coffee which was pricey but excellent in taste and size Nothing important.

Qing (10/5): recommended - 1. Great location The hotel is right at the Public Square, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and most landmarks are within walking distance. It’s a great place to stay if you like walking around the city. The square is especially nice in the evening with all the lights. Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet, which was important for me as a light sleeper. 2. Friendly and helpful staff All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, including reception, restaurant staff, and those helping with luggage and airport transport. We asked the hotel to arrange some day tours, and everything was well organized, so we didn’t need to worry about coordination. Booking through the hotel was more expensive than street tours, but it felt more reliable. Special thanks to Anna and Meri at the reception for helping us book tours, check restaurant availability, and make calls to confirm holiday opening hours. We had a small issue with the heating in our room, and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. A nice small detail was that the lady at breakfast remembered how I like my fried eggs. 3. Breakfast Breakfast was decent, with freshly cooked food. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and were pleasantly surprised to see a whole turkey served on New Year’s Day, which was a nice touch. 4. Room The room was clean, with good size and the large sofa gave extra space for sitting and for our things. maybe the only small thing is, the coffee from the coffee machine was kind of "mild warm", not "hot" (I tried both coffee machine, both are the same)

Unfortunately, my memory does not allow me to recall all their names, but honestly, everyone was extremely respectful. I remember Simon, I believe—my apologies if I have mentioned the name incorrectly—and I would especially like to mention the daytime female staff, who overwhelmed us with their kindness, warmth, and courteous manner. Despite the hotel management’s clear commitment to ensuring complete quiet and guest comfort, which we personally experienced and witnessed. I did not like the behaviour of some guests, as there was chaos, frequent noise, and constant slamming of doors.

The weather was warm and the room stuffy despite running the AC at low temperatures. Complaint at Reception was responded by the hotel as “it is autumn and hence cooling of AC was centrally switched off. There was a pillar(column) in the middle of the room (most inconvenient). Location, service and food were good. We won’t stay here again because of lack of AC.

2012sunilmumbai (6/5): Great location but its 3 star quality - We actually stayed THREE nights - 2 booked by our travel agent (3 & 4 Oct ) and once tour over, we stayed an extra night (5 Oct) . 1) location excellent. 2) staff very helpful; especially thise working at Reception. 3) breakfast was very good. the negatives are: 1) Room lights not adequate enough. Definitely need more lighting in the room. 2) Bathroom door is made of sliding glass !! Stupid idea as there is no lock, there is a small gap as it does not shut fully. Most important, at night, if toilet is used, the light and toilet flushing disturbs the other person. 3) ALL toilet noises are heard in the bedroom !! 4) Table lamp is for decoration. Very low wattage. No useable light. 5) laundry list - the text requires a magnifying gflass - very faint and font size absurdly small. 6) laundry does not fold the clothes, despite request. 7) Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. With a light above you on the pot, it makes it stuffy and hot. 8) Toilet seat is cramped - between sink and glass partition of shower. 9) NO adapter available on loan. I had to go and pourchase one! 10) bellboy starts duty at 10.00 am, Nobody to help. BUT Anna, the receptionist very kindly sent someone to help us.

Sunil S (5/5): Great location but its a 3 star place. - 1) location excellent. 2) staff helpful; especially thise working at Reception. 3) breakfast was very good. We actually stayed THREE nights - 2 booked by our travel agent (3 & 4 Oct ) and once tour over, we stayed an extra night (5 Oct) . 1) Room lights not adequate enough. Definitely need more lighting in the room. 2) Bathroom door is made of sliding glass !! Stupid idea as there is no lock, there is a small gap as it does not shut fully. Most important, at night, if toilet is used, the light and toilet flushing disturbs the other person. 3) ALL toilet noises are heard in the bedroom !! 4) Table lamp is for decoration. Very low wattage. No useable light. 5) laundry list - the text requires a magnifying gflass - very faint and font size absurdly small. 6) laundry does not fold the clothes, despite request. 7) Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. With a light above you on the pot, it makes it stuffy and hot. 8) Toilet seat is cramped - between sink and glass partition of shower. 9) NO adapter available on loan. I had to go and pourchase one! 10) bellboy starts duty at 10.00 am, Nobody to help. BUT Anna, the receptionist very kindly sent someone to help us.
