- Megan Cat (8/5): Lots of space and great location - Lots of room, all the facilities you could want, cooking utensils & pans, coffee pod machine (and pods), full laundry, big balcony, cast - TV, just round the corner from public transport and a choice of cafes and pubs (with discount for guests).
Proper soap, adjustable shower head, nice towels & linen Very noisy at night (don't think the sound-proofing is very good), hard bed (for me), aircon came on and off by itself! and the Samsung cast TV didn't work, even though I had a compatible phone. Could do with a lick of paint on the scuff-marks, the dryer handle is broken, as is the mirror in the loft lobby.

Large rooms. Large bathroom. Coffee provided which we thank them for.
Large fridge. Large balcony.
Clean. Couch comfy and chairs comfy. Appropriate comfy lounge seating for 4 people. The parking spot was extremely snug. We had spot 15 and on the ground it was printed as being for a small car. Ontop of it being for a small car you also couldn't drive all the way into it because they have a witcheshat with a sign saying no further as it'll obstruct the exit door. We have a Subaru outback so its definitely not a large car but we needed to get everyone out before reversing into the spot as far as we could go to that sign. Doable but spot 15 is for confident drivers and small cars.
Fantastic unit other then the parking scenario. We would absolutely stay again, however we would try and request a different park spot.

- Elaine (10/5): Absolute gem - Fantastic location next to Hutt St with all of the cafes and restaurants, but so quiet. Right next to the free bus route stops and a short walk to a great little IGA with a deli. Easy to walk into the city centre and also to the Haigh chocolate factory.
Nothing was too much trouble (we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious) and the apartment was serviced and everything replenished halfway through the week, which was really appreciated. Pod coffee maker and quality teabags, soap powder for the new washing machine etc provided. Really good dryer. Great view from the balcony.

- Fiona (8/5): A pleasant Hume stay - This is a good solid 3 star hotel apartment. A central position, the city has a grid system so once we got our bearings we were able to move easily between areas of the city. The free bus system which loops around the central city and which had stops within metres of Hume St was much appreciated as a means of navigating to our preferred places of interest. Saved the feet too! Quiet position in a narrow interconnecting street. Small IGA food store within 200 meters for basics and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good water pressure in shower. Only the very minimal tea, coffee sachets provided. Good size fridge, no oven, but microwave sufficed. Comfortable chairs in lounge area. Small balcony ( in our case overlooking next door building balconies).
As we were on the cusp of the hotel office closing (5pm)we organized an after hours check in and this was easily followed. Two key cards given. The initial experience on arrival was of a very strong air freshener smell in hallways. As we checked in after hours we needed to sign in the next morning. At this time we pointed out a couple of issues. (loose taps in both kitchen and bathroom and very badly cracked and brittle door on dryer.) The receptionist showed a lack of interest at the time. We did however find the kitchen tap had been tightened which we appreciated.
The bed was comfortable enough but with a fair bit of movement.

It was warm so sitting out on the balcony on a balmy evening was very pleasant. The staff are always very helpful. It is in an excellent location. We walked everywhere. Bed was a bit bouncy.

Perfect walking distance to the Adelaide Equestrian Festival. Close to great cafe's and pubs plus the IGA is across the road. It was excellent.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and gave us several time and energy saving tips for getting around. None of the doors were great. The wardrobe door was stuck, a kitchen cupboard door fell off (and they did fix it really quickly), and the shower door didn’t close so everything gets wet.

- Ping Fai (5/5): the facility inside is OK but the view disappointed us! - The location is good, and the staff are friendly. The room is located on the first floor of the building and has a view of the underground garbage collection area.
If you open the window, you might smell an unpleasant odor.

It is very clean & nothing is too much trouble upon any request. Car parking is great being attached to apartment but just remember when booking, phone to request a car park as it is shared with other apartments attached so you may miss out if not requested same time as booking. Nice view overlooking city as well & only short drive to City centre. Nothing at all other than make sure you request a car park when booking otherwise minimal parking in street out the front.

Location is excellent as buses going past all the time including free city connector.
Staff are all polite and friendly and helpful for anything you need.Very spacious apartments and very quiet.. Can't really fault anything except for one night there was doof doof music from The Havelock hotel nearby but it stopped at 12.30am, As it was Adelaide fringe festival probably to be expected...But not the fault of The Hume..

Staff were all great, very helpful. over all apartment was clean, did find a tissue under the lounge when I moved it. sink mixer tap was loose, not a problem but worried it could be damaged, forgot to report it.

- Samantha Snaith (10/5): Always a ģreat stay at Hume Serviced Apartments, our go to whenever we have a break in the city. - Great location, easy walk to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The area is quiet even though in the city and staff are always pleasant and helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. N/A
- Lucinda (9/5): A fantastic stay - spacious room, views, lots of natural light, balcony and comfy beds. - The size, spaciousness, view, lots of natural light, nice balcony, easy access and great location. Ease of checking in after hours and car park access. The two different air conditioners were tricky to work with only one remote.
