Any contact made was excellent prior.to arrival and room was ready early which was fantastic on such a busy day. Out of the control of motel however the neighbours banging on doors at night and telling to get in. Frustrating after 2200 when some people sleeping ready for an early start.

Amelia (3/5): Wouldn't recommend - The only good thing was the staff I paid for two adults through booking.com but was told I could stay just by myself and wasn't aloud to use the second bed in my room which didn't make sense, the charging port isn't situated next to the bed and also I could hear everyone next to my room and there was loud noises from the plumbing. The bedding was also stained.

Marcie (1/5): Nightmare experience avoid at all costs. - Nothing. This facility double booked me, and has been 100% non communicative with myself and Booking representatives since this problem arose. Nobody answers the phones or emails. And nobody is there to check you in afterhours or deal with safety situations should they arise. Unsafe especially for a solo female traveler. Zero communication response with myself or booking. Ever. Resulted in a safety incident at a last minute booking due to lack of confirmation. STAY AWAY. I have never had this experience and have traveled all over the world as a solo traveller.

The reception lady was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and made check-in very easy and efficient. The room was very clean and well presented. The shower had good water pressure Didn't use the pool but there was one available for use Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent customer service at reception, which really stood out. The shower itself was a small cavity and uncomfortable to shower in... no door, just a shower curtain ... not ideal... the water pressure was good, but taking a shower without using the curtain made a mess on the floor.... the 1ply toilet paper felt like it came straight from the Reject Shop, which was a bit disappointing given how clean the room was otherwise
