• Grace (7/5): - Great location, great staff, good food. The hot spring was excellent - my skin felt so great after a soak. Love the fact that dinner (along with breakfast) is included as it’s difficult to get dinner after 6. I would highly recommend this hotel to people staying in Wulai especially there are not a lot of selection in the area. Good value for money. Wifi did not reach the room. Night light would be good as the room could get really dark without any lights on. The existing lights are too bright to be left on (need light for my elderly and disabled mother all night so she can see her way to the toilet).

• Veronika (9/5): Great stay at the spa - The spa was awesome. The hotpot for dinner was great. The room was comfortable. One thing, I will be a bit picky about is the breakfest. I am a picky eater. I preffer my breakfest to be sweet, so having more options would be great (you have 2 options: western or chinese).

• 雅琳 (9/5): 適合放鬆的地方 - 辦理入住晚班工作人員很貼心的說明獨自入住的我可以怎麼選擇泡湯比較安全，食物也是給兩人份量的量，很棒的服務。 使用早餐的時候某工作人員的態度就差很多，面對外國遊客更用心會主動詢問關心，換成國旅的我態度馬上變成只會看著我不講話，要我自己跟她說我是要吃早餐的，美好的體驗唯一的遺憾就被這位工作人員破壞了，其他工作人員都很棒。

The hot pot for dinner was delicious. The breakfast available offered mostly savoury options and we missed having some sweet food on offer. The location of the hotel was a bit difficult to find as it was listed under a different name.

• Aimee (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing and really peaceful town - Hot pot as part of dinner and stay deal was excellent and convenient because nothing much was open in Wulai. The bath was great and the water came immediately when asked, view was epic but felt private. While you could hear the water go on in other rooms, otherwise pretty quiet and peaceful. Public baths available but didn’t use None

• Chiu Ping (7/5): 地理位置跟餐點都很棒，但房間舒適度不行 - 地點位置很方便，離停車場大概3分鐘 下樓走幾步就是老街，旁邊也有便利商店 早餐跟晚餐都很好吃，份量也很足 一通電話就會幫忙放房間溫泉水 房間設備太老舊，除濕機跟冷氣機的聲音都太大，整潔度也不好，我明白在山上的木屋都會有些大自然生物，但屋內的清潔還是可以再好一點，床旁邊木板都是灰塵看就知道都沒清潔，天花板還會一直掉螞蟻下來，晚上一直在床上抓螞蟻，睡到一半螞蟻還掉在臉上，睡得很心驚膽顫根本睡不好

• Dany (9/5): - 明月溫泉 and 日月溫泉 are the same place. It was confusing on the Booking com map. As soon as you cross the bridge to the old town, it is located on the left side. You can enjoy the hot spring in the room.

• Susanne (9/5): Great location and great get away for the weekend - We had a great time in this lovely place. It had friendly staff and a good location to walk around in Wulai. We didn't use the Spa area so I cannot say anything about that, but you have your own bath in your room which was enough for us. Nothing. Was a bit hard to find the entrance but as I cannot read Chinese this probably was on me too.

• 顏 (9/5): 對於著重在泡湯與放鬆的人來說，非常適合~ - 我買的是一泊二食方案，入住時就可以選喜歡的晚餐品項和早餐風格(如果有正在飲控的人很推薦在飯店用餐，相對在外面老街上賣的餐點，吃入的食物比較可控XD)，個人湯屋則可由櫃檯控制放水，節省放水調水的時間。 房間的窗戶只有湯屋的對外窗，泡湯後要關起來玻璃窗避免水氣散到房間內，再加上採用中央空調，所以空氣流動會比較不良；另外化妝台上方沒有照明，使用起來比較困難。 再來是因為旅店本身就建築在山坡上，所以如果是不方便or無法走階梯的人，務必要請櫃檯安排無階梯的房型。

• Radek (9/5): A pleasant hotel in a forest area near Taipei - A beautiful place with hot springs. The hotel has its own hot springs spa, where you can choose the water temperature you want. Our room also had a large bathtub filled with water from the mountain springs. The resort is located just a few minutes by bus from Taipei. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The price of accommodation included an excellent dinner, which we could choose ourselves, and a good breakfast. The bathroom was spacious, and the room was a little smaller but sufficient for two people.

• Cassandra (9/5): Great view from restaurant, and great personal hot tub bath in the room! - Great location, located near the old street and a short walk to the main attraction of mini train, to travel to the waterfall areas. The stay is a short walk from the bus stop, which makes it easy to travel from Taipei. I really enjoyed the personal tub in the room, and the delicious breakfast & dinner. The views from the accommodation are very nice, I enjoyed the views when having my meals. Value for money, especially if you are not a solo traveler. Great place for rest & relax, as there is nothing much to do in Wulai, but a very rejuvenating break. None, I enjoyed my stay there.

• Sophie (8/5): Prachtig gelegen hotel voor goede prijs. - Hotelkamer omvat een stevig ontbijt, stevige avondmaal, toegang tot de publieke baden, en een kamer met een privé hot spring bad. Vanuit de kamer had ik een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier en de bergen. Ontbijten op het terras is ook echt prachtig! De kamer is aan de kleine kant en niet zo modern. Ook zijn de kamers best rumoerig. Geen stopcontact in de badkamer.
