- Eugene (4/5): A very dissatisfied customer - who stays at this property often - Noise from the kitchen - constant shouting and cutlery banging around - it was most uncomfortable. My coffee station had not been cleaned - this leading me to think what else had not been cleaned. Hot water in the shower suddenly stopped mid shower. Whilst changing - a cleaning lady tried to enter my room without knocking on the door. Lucky I had my key in the door or she would have barged in.

- Kenneth (10/5): Comfortable and well managed place to stay in Kathu - My stay at Kathu Inn Hotel was excellent. The environment was quiet and peaceful — perfect for rest after a long drive. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is convenient, close to shops and other amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which made it great for work purposes. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Kathu. Highly recommended! The only downside is a bit of outside noise from traffic, which might bother light sleepers, but it doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay

- Palesa (6/5): Fairly good stay. - In a good and safe location. Easy check-jn with friendly staff. The breakfast is horrible, definitely room for improvement in this area. Had to even for basics things that should be available when serving breakfast.

- Annelé Oosthuizen (7/5): Good for quick overnight accommodation while traveling - Comfortable clean room and safe parking and restaurant on site. Easy access to N14 that is good if you are traveling and looking for overnight accommodation. Staff were friendly and efficient. The food was a little bit expensive for the plate we received. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the food was not on par when considering the price of the food. Find this inn to be more suitable for people traveling for work. Would not recommend it for a breakaway weekend or if you traveling for pleasure/holiday.

- Sizwe (5/5): Our stay was just okay - Location Old shower heads, inconvenient location put a tv, lights not working. They put us above a residence with pets(dogs and cats) so sometimes you can hear them. Nonetheless, they should have told us and asked if we were okay to be placed there, otherwise, put us in another block. The dinning facilities were being used for training of sorts, so when we were there it felt like we were unconvincing them or rather felt unwelcome
