• YOU LAN (10/5): - The view was stunning, the room was so cool. It is just the same as advertised. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Anything you need, they will get it for you. The shower water pressure was very weak. It'll be nice if it was stronger. Chairs on the balcony was not very comfortable. It would be nice if there's Tea & milk (coffee mate) in the room. They only had coffee. More hooks in the bathroom will also be nice. The toilet seat is for tall people. I'm 5'3 and could barely touch the floor. lol These are all minor issues. I would stay there for a month if I have the time. lol

Timmy made himself available during our stay, his communication was top notch, and he was so helpful with recommendations on places to eat and helped us make a reservation for dinner. The view from this property was like nothing we have experienced before. We already talk about coming back here. Location in Oia was perfect to walk to everything and explore the area and have a beautiful room to come back to.

• Prashant (10/5): Dream vacation! - Dream come true. Beautiful location right by the bus stand. Very central and has an excellent caldera view. Five minutes walk to the blue domes. Around 10 minutes walk to the old castle. Can actually view the sunset from below rather than going all the way to the castle. Excellent staff. Breakfast is limited but of very good quality. We went in the winter when everything was pretty much closed. Hungry donkey and Lotza are the only food restaurants open, both are very decent quality. There is also a bakery, which is open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Finally, there is a general store behind the bus stand, which is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Room service is excellent and done without you even noticing. Hot tub has an excellent view of the Caldera and the sea. Overall, we are very glad which was this hotel.
• RAKESH (10/5): - Location is excellent and for sunset viewing you do not even have to step out of the apartment. Has a well stocked kitchenette and a great hot tub. The traditional Greek breakfast options are amazing as well. With the no hassle check in and check out there isn’t anything you could ask for. The hostess Joanna is ready with information if you need it. Absolutely great stay! The blue domes are literally 2 mts walk.

• Jennifer (10/5): - This is a unique property, the cave suite we had was 2 story with a private spa tub on the balcony overlooking the caldera. The hostess met us on arrival and was available by text during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was ordered the night before and was delicious each morning. The property was perfectly situated, we'll maintained and clean. We would recommend this property for romantic getaways.

• Aaron (10/5): - What a perfect stay! The host, Jo, was fantastic! Very easy to communicate with and helped us book restaurant reservations and shuttles to and from the airport. We stayed in the suite with the sea view and jet tub and it was amazing! The best view on the property, in our opinion, with a private balcony and private jet tub. Having access to that tub in the morning and evening was a great way to start and end the day. Breakfast in the morning was top notch and provided options to choose from, which was nice and have variety. The property is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to take you around the island, and is surrounded by all kinds of shopping and dining options. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Breakfast for very tasty, more than sufficient, and served with care. Rooms were well kept. Joanna at the reception was very helpful with booking reservations for airport transfers, car rental, and local recommendations. We were family of 4, and were sad to leave the place at the end of our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Oia, look no further!

The place is 10 min away from the spot where you can watch the sunsets every evening. There are taxis and car/bike rentals 2 min away from the property and 5 min walk to the bus station where we can board the bus to Fira and other places. Have some very nice restaurant options.

Our view while using the hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a breathtaking view. They helped arrange pick up and drop off at the airport. Joanna also helped answer any questions, gave great recommendations, helped book rides for us when we went to Fira. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants, nearby grocery store and ATM. Very eco friendly, did not require extra heating in November when we kept the screens open to warm the room with sunlight. Lots of space and Mini fridge was a bonus! Great service, accessible through WhatsApp message, especially with luggage which was helpful across the steep stairs up & down. Bathroom was very humid, significant moisture collected on the ceiling. likely due to the cave construction and as we were unable to vent the window open in the winter.

We booked at Kaleidoscope and it was absolutely incredible!!! They upgraded us, and were so incredibly accommodating, kind, and the suite was out of this world. Plus, a beautiful complimentary breakfast and the staff were so wonderful and helpful. If you are remotely on the fence or between this hotel and another; 12/10 recommend. • Jessie (10/5): - Breathtaking view. The host was amazing and treated us so well
• Shane (10/5): - The property was immaculate and a very welcome experience after days of travel. Katerina did a fantastic job helping us enjoy the island. She went way out of her way to help make our crazy plans happen and we really appreciate it :)
• Shimeng (10/5): - Great oceanfront view from the caldera, tasty breakfast and very nice host, who offered us help in carrying luggage from the off-site parking, two minutes walk uphill.
• Chris (4/5): Horrible! - The cave had an amazing view, however there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and spray frequently so I would not throw up. Within a few short hours of checkin the electricity started to flicker and finally went out for the remainder of the night. It was freezing. Around 8am I made my way upstairs and found several men working who assisted me with contacting my host and Hotels.com. Needless to say I checked out that same day and to my surprise I was denied a refund. This was the worst accommodations I ever experienced. I had to carry my luggage up and down these stairs which are extremely slippery.
• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful 10/10 - Amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had great recommendations! The room was very clean and well equipped. The jacuzzi was clean as well and had a beautiful view! Would definitely stay again!
• Iba (10/5): Def a must stay! - Wonderful stay in Santorini! Katarina met us upon arrival and took care of us during our entire stay. She even managed to get us on a last minute ad hoc Sunday cruise, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The breakfast was filling and more than enough for the 5 of us. The cave hotel was an experience to remember! And the iconic blue domed church is a 4 minute walk. Def a must stay!
• Qijun (8/5): Nice owner/staff, bad facility - the owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful. the terrace view is awesome... But the room was full of flies, I killed at least 15 flies over the night!. The bathroom smelled really really bad.
• Murad (10/5): - The hostess is extremely pleasant and helpful. Chrysa, the hostess helped us for everything we need. Great location, no need to go anywhere to watch the beautiful sunset. Will come back!
• Trung (8/5): - Hotel has great locations for sunset. I can watch the sunset from the hot tub. The only thing I don’t like is the rain leaking into the room through the door and windows
• Anna (10/5): - Christos our host was excellent. He went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.
• Prateek (10/5): Great Host and located at the best place - We enjoyed our two day stay. Host Chris was superb and we had a good time in OIA. Everything was easily accessible . Chris made our stay memorable . Also guided us with excursions.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A man named Christos :-) - Whilst the accommodation is very nice and unique (cave houses!), the main difference is the people you met. Christos, the main caretaker of the villas, was very friendly and gave us excellent advices and recommendations for places to visit (especially the local restaurants). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santorini. Thank you for your hospitality!
• Yann (10/5): Great location, great hotel - Great view., cosy room. Christos is very kind and helpful about planning the stay, whichever activity, his advice is great. Superb location, close to everything. And nice Jacuzzi !!

• Alyssa (10/5): - The communication from the host was set before our stay and we were very prepared on arrival. Christos was such a big help and an excellent service man. He made our stay almost worry free as we knew we had help one call away. Could not recommend anyone better to help us than him. The room was always cleaned well and prepared for us once we returned to the suite by the ladies and breakfast was very nice. The location was perfect for anyone wanting to explore Oia with many activities and restauratunts/shops surrounding the villa. The cave house itself was beautiful and the perfect stay for our 3 days in Santorini. I would not recommend unless you choose to stay more than 1 night as it is quite a walk with luggage. We will visit again in the future when we return to Santorini. 10/10
