• Rajesh (9/5): - I stayed at Kaner Bagh A Heritage Boutique Hotel for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the property itself has a beautiful Haveli-style charm that adds a unique touch to the stay. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, which made our mornings even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

• Avik (7/5): Good - The breakfast was freshly prepared and passably tasty. Not too gastronomically appealing but good enough to please the palate. The hotel manager was not a nice person and for some reason kept talking my friend down just because she is a woman. The staff otherwise were prompt, helpful, and very courteous. It's just that the manager (Madanlal) knocked the hospitability aspect down several notches. The manager could have been better, honest, and more courteous to a paying customer. He didn't like it when a lady, my friend, asked him to refund our money because he wouldn't allow her on the hotel premises after checking her in on account of an obscure policy that they don't allow locals. After raising attention to their folly of the fact that they were responsible to ensure this during check in, the manager talked down to my friend and police her morally.

I would give 20 stars iut of 10!!!! Not even one single thing i wouldn't like!!!

• Syed (4/5): Disappointing - nice location The staff, especially at night, is extremely rude. They have issues when we buy food from outside since they call us on an extension and ask us to deliver it to other rooms. When I asked the reception the same guy who called me to clean the room or get the plates for the food we ordered from the hotel, he didn't respond for an hour, so we had to clean our room and put the plates outside so that when they arrived, they could take them from outside. The morning crew was helpful.

Washrooms were pretty old and not seemed very clean. Late night parties in the hotel were disturbing. My room was next to reception counter that was pathetic.
• Ashit (6/5): Okay but nothing special to say - The property is a bit contradictory, some parts are really fine while others leave a lot to be desired. Common spaces are generally good but the rooms are pretty basic. Rooms are not that great but good enough if you can get it for cheap.
• Kaushalya (7/5): Beautiful hotel but small rooms - We stayed for three nights. The hotel has a very nice decor. The lobby and the lounge are spacious and beautiful. The hotel is also clean. It’s a pure veg hotel ( no eggs either) and the breakfast has lots of options. It’s very close to Saheliyon ki Bari and decently close to Fatehsagar Lake. It’s in the new part of Udaipur so a lot of the main attractions are very far away from the hotel; but on the plus side, it’s quieter. The rooms are small. Our room was supposed to have a ‘view’ but all we had was a building next to us. Their payment policy on Booking does not reflect that they expect 50% payment in advance. But they do and they contact you for the same.

• Melinda (9/5): Superb - This hotel is a bijou. It’s a family run place. It’s been their home for generations. They are a most charming and interesting family who are bladesmiths. ( arms makers) Their house is full of lovely objects and every floor is of marble.The family are around for chats, travel or outing arrangements or ideas about what to eat. It’s a very warm atmosphere and I chose it because it was in the smart suburbs of udaipur, within walking distance of the lake which is lovely to walk around early in the morning with other walkers. They have a very smart pool . It’s very reasonable so you could come here for all the winter -your own marigold hotel arrangement. ( I’m an oldie in case you hadn’t guessed….. ) rather pay the family than heating bills in Europe. Rooms were interestingly decorated large and come with tea/ coffee making paraphernalia . Udaipur is charming and a soft introduction to India for first timers.There’s a palace everywhere you look and of course the old town and lake where the locals don’t hassle you as In other places in rajasthan. Staff need to learn some English

• Anil (3/5): Not Value for money. - Location and havelli type look Poor room service, took 1 hour for morning tea after the order. no focus on daily room cleaning, bathroom flush was not proper, geyser size was small. No toilet kit in bathroom, towels were not good. TV was not working. Late night party noise from restaurant coming to room. Not value for money
• Govind (10/5): Best restaurant, cosy rooms and great location - The property was previously named as Dream Palace and now they have changed it to Kaner Bagh. I must say the property is a combination of heritage and modern both. The rooms and reception area will give you the heritage feel and restaurant will give you modern feel. They have made a whole new restaurant and swimming pool. Just have at least one meal at their restaurant I am 100% sure you will love the ambiance and food both. Bhatti ka paneer and laccha paratha were out of the world. Location of the property is just awesome as you will get everything on 3 to 4 mins walk. Amazing experience.

• Tushar (10/5): A heritage boutique hotel !! Perfect line to describe - This is one of the best experiences of ours at any hotel . The hotel is build in heritage look and looks like a old beautiful haveli . Rooms are spacious with a jharokha . Neat and clean washroom . Staff is polite and humble and ready to serve with a smilin face . The main showstopper was there courtyard , pool , bar and restaurant. New additions to the property are totally worth it . We had our best time at there courtyard, enjoying our coffee and desserts . Food is also great . Overall value for money property and a must visit place .
• Shipra (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Udaipur - Hotel is located in one of the best locations of Udaipur and have a heritage look to it. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. We just stayed here for one night and it was a memorable one. Hotel staff is very well trained and know Udaipur really well. I think they have recently renovated the space as few common areas including restaurant. Good option to stay in the city centre.
