Maybe option for electric blanket so the bed can be warm and auto switches off. It's tiled so the room gets even colder in the evening.

The service from staff is excellent and the food from the restaurant is delectable. You feel right at home .This hotel ticks all the boxes .

Limpeza deixou a desejar, com ralo do chuveiro/banheira cheio de cabelo o que levou a entupimento no primeiro uso. Funcionários do café da manhã bem mal humorados, e os da recepção também. Com exceção de uma ou outra pessoa. Fica a impressão que são ou mal tratados ou mal remunerados, porque a maioria age dessa forma.

Das Frühstück hat uns im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften weniger überzeugt, was aber trotzdem ok, insbesondere die Kids haben die Pfannkuchen geliebt. Wir haben für unsere beiden Zimmer ein Verbindungstür bekommen, was nicht schlecht war. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder buchen.

The breakfasts at the restaurant on the hotel were excellent and a great way to start the day. The location was also perfect, very central with shops and everything you need within walking distance. - Hans (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Besuch von Tsitsikamma und Robberg - Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Hauptstraße, jedoch trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Frühstück und das zum Hotel gehörende Lokal waren sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it had a bar where you could have a drink of an evening. The room rooms were very large and the views were gorgeous. Es gibt auch ein gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Sehr schlechtes WLAN - ist in der heutigen Zeit in einer touristischen Umgebung eine klarer Nachteil.

Großes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Von Vorteil auch das Restaurant „Adi‘s Kitchen“ im Erdgeschoss wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken im Innenhof möglich. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - hätte dringend einige Renovierungen (Bad, Schrank) notwendig. Duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich.

- BKOTTAWA (10/5): Not to be missed if in Plettenberg Bay updated hotel. - Beautifully updated in the best location to walk to everything. And yes you can see the ocean from some of the rooms. Even though it is a partial view it is still worth it. The rooms are clean, spacious, with a large balcony for morning coffee and an evening drink. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. I cannot say anything wrong. Wish they had a pool we would have stayed a week.
