• IVANA (10/5): Siamo stati bene e ben serviti ringrazio i proprietari per la loro disponibilità. - Posizione ottima: in mezzo al verde, panorama bellissimo, a pochi chilometri da tutti i Paesi più turistici. Colazione buona in cestini da consumare nei propri appartamenti, completa di tutto. La comunicazione prima de soggiorno è stata un po" complessa però è migliorata una volta in loco.

La stradina per arrivare è un po' sconnessa ma la pace circostante merita davvero! Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi. Solo qualche piccolo particolare di poca rilevanza, l'asciugacapelli ha la presa tedesca, manca un adattatore senza il quale non è utilizzabile..

• Nina (3/5): - The apartment was clean and the pool was pleasant. The main issue we had is that another family had keys to our room and came into our apartment while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. Apparently the host had trouble getting them to check out and they thought they were still able to use our room. The host responded quickly despite it being past midnight and resolved it. However, it left us feeling especially uncomfortable because we had left all our things in that room during the day, which we never would have done if the host told us that another family still had keys to that room. We were very disappointed they didn’t share this info with us beforehand. To be frank, it was pretty stressful and scary when the family walked in because they were being loud and woke us up. As I’m pregnant, I was particularly nervous afterwards. The host never offered a refund for that night or any other solution. A few other notes for guests: they do have an iron but no ironing board; there are extra pillows and a comforter but they did not have covers.

• Thanh (10/5): Lovely farmhouse with amazing views for family with kids - I chose this agriturismo for the beautiful view of Tuscany, and it did not disappoint! The house is even more stunning in person than in the photos, with a lovely yard overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. The home is spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which comfortably accommodated our family of seven. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and they even provided the most delicious homemade croissants for breakfast. If you want to experience a true Tuscan agriturismo stay, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend! A few small things could be improved, the kitchen tools, pots, pans, and knives are a bit limited and quite old. The small shower in the first bedroom only has a curtain, which makes it easy to splash water, and the showerhead holder is broken, so you have to hold it while showering. That said, these are minor details and pretty normal for a farmhouse stay. They didn’t affect our experience much. We still absolutely loved the place!

• Laura (8/5): - Our stay in Tuscany was wonderful! The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, and offered an amazing view over the hills. The only downside was the internet — the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the mobile signal was quite weak. Other than that, everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway in the countryside.

• Pamela (4/5): Having been to Italy several times this was not in the top ten of places to stay. - We never met the host. So, no explanations on how any thing worked. Never did find the laundry. No list of local restaurants or things to do or wineries to visit.

• ELENA (9/5): Bonito Agroturismo - El alojamiento tiene una excelente relación calidad precio. La casa es muy bonita y esta ubicada en un sitio tranquilo y precioso. Ideal para descansar y conocer los pueblos cercanos. La atención de la persona que nos atendio fue extraordinaria. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Tanto el colchón como la almohada deben ser renovados.

• Frausing (10/5): Wonderful spacious apartment in beautiful Umbria near Tuscany - Fantastic view from the house over the beautiful landscape in Umbria near Tuscany. Very spacious and nice apartment with 3 separate bathrooms. Breakfast was included and could be ordered by an app and delivered each morning, which worked perfectly. Very good value for money and we would definetely book again. Our "chef" needed a bit more kitchen gear, for being able to do his magic stuff in the kitchen ;-). Everything else was perfect.

We loved sitting out in the evenings looking at the stunning views and enjoying the peace and quiet. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, clean and perfect for our stay. The hosts were also very responsive. We will definitely be recommending to others!

• Agnieszka (6/5): I wouldn't mind to pay a bit more and get nice breakfast and pool being open - Nice localization with no neighbours around and nice view. There is nice space with grass around. The swimming pool was closed at the end of may which was 23-25 C. , so we couldnt enjoy it (and we dont mind a bit colder water). They open the pool in June and there was no such an information on booking, so be aware of that. That was really annoying as we especially want to book accommodation with pool. There was also no matterss on garden deckchairs. The ac was turning on by it self in the middle of the night or AM. You can hear everything from your next room neighbour which waked us up several times, hearing smth like knocing on the wall, talking etc. Unfortunately Breakfast was just a bucket from supermarket. There is also no options of fruits or eggs like on the picture You can see. We also preferred to buy real Italian Ham and cheese on our own, as they gave us the cheapest they could get.

• Gábor (10/5): Ideal with family and dogs. - If you like peace and quite, this is your location. From here you can easily visit the lovely places of Umbria and also some part of Tuscany. After a long day, the cold house and the nice pool give you comfort. We were very satisfied.

• Hanson (7/5): Good - Great location very quiet and peaceful Broken fly shutters lots of cobwebs. In the bed you could feel.the springs had to turn the mattress and use the quilt as a bed topper. Lots of small flies couldn't get rid of and the plastic flowers covered in mold and dust not needed. A little bit dated with a small.amout of money spent on the rooms this could have been a fantastic stay.
• Lee (6/5): Aircon is a must in this old farmhouse - We had a 4 Bed apt that was ample big enough for 5 adults. The apt was very limited & had no aircon making it extremely hot. This building felt like someone still lived here & rent it out for the summer, decor was old & horrendous. As the building was basically in a field, you could not open the windows during the night as the insects would enter (flying kind) Wifi was very limited in the apt, but strangely worked very well outside & by the pool. The pool was very clean although shallow as only 1m deep. The apt was far away from any amenities & a 20 minute drive is needed to the nearest supermarket. Apt did have a 19" TV but never used it. Breakfast was available to order & we collected each morning from a communal room - adequate but nothing to remember. Despite a 6 night stay, the rooms were never cleaned, nor was the linen changed. We had to carry our rubbish to a small bin by the pool. The staff that we did see were very friendly & no complaints at all about them, This is a nice apt to stay, but the aircon was a killer, & for the lack of this, we would never return
