No hay suplemento por mascotas ni parking cosa que en otros hoteles sube la factura. La dirección del hotel está replanteándose sus políticas sobre mascotas, es un cambio necesario.

I had a single room and one of the doors didn’t close properly and they fixed it immediately and offered me another room if I wanted to change - which I didn’t. The bed was very comfy also. . The pools are gorgeous and the tennis courts are excellent. Walking distance to a little beach and a 30 min walk to a great town or taxis are cheap Highly recommend and would go back . There were no tea / coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice to have

Sehr ruhig, nur ab und zu am Abend Musik vom Nachbarhotel zwei Strassen weiter. Wir hatten Jugendsportgruppen auf unserer Etage, ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage bekommen. Top. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendbuffet abwechslungsreich. Am Anfang die Lage des Zimmers, Problem wurde aber umgehend gelöst. Top.

- Rita (4/5): Zag er veelbelovend uit op voorhand maar het verblijf stelde teleur, gedateerde acommodatie. - Op zich een ruime kamer en badkamer met een terrasje, het ontbijtbuffet was goed en gevarieerd De hygiëne op de kamer was ondermaats, het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. De handdoeken waren versleten, de kamer was vochtig en er was kalk op de kranen en schimmel in de badkamer. De kamer rook niet fris en het was er vochtig. Er zaten zelfs mieren in de kamer. Ons hondje was mee en op zich is het fijn dat het kan maar we mochten in het hotel nergens met de hond gaan, zelfs niet op het terras. Daardoor hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van de faciliteiten en waren we verplicht om apart te gaan ontbijten. Mallorca is nochtans heel hondvriendelijk, we mochten in de meeste restaurants en bars wel binnen met de hond. De plaatsen voor het parkeren aan het hotel zijn beperkt, gelukkig kondenwe wel in de straat parkeren.

- MMH (5/5): Niet het juiste hotel voor ons. - Voor sporters een mooie locatie, gezien de voorzieningen. Het hotel ligt te ver van het centrum verwijderd, ligt in een stille hoek. Een vroege check-in was niet mogelijk, wel om gevraagd. Kamer zeer gehorig met buren. Zwembadwater niet verwarmd.

All staff pleasant and good at their jobs .The standard of food was excellent.The outside eating area and upgraded pool at the sports centre.In general it has an individuality that some of the chain hotels do not have. Internet could be better . For English speakers tv Chanel’s could be better .

Language barriers with the staff at the reception desk at night. During the day it’s excellent, but the lady at night did not speak anything beyond fast Spanish.

Atendimento desrespeitoso, houve até uma situação onde a atendente tirou nosso prato de comida (ainda estávamos comendo) da mesa falando que o horario do café da manha já tinha terminado. O quarto de nos deram foi um quarto que tinha que parecia um labirinto para chegar. As camas nao sao confortáveis.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind begrenzt, jedoch hatten wir nie ein Problem damit, einen zu finden. Insgesamt haben wir nichts auszusetzen und sind sehr zufrieden.
- Irene (6/5): Agradable pero necesita una renovación - La ubicación y la piscina (grande y muy limpia). El personal en general amable. Tiene parking privado gratuito, pero casi nunca había sitio. El precio era excesivo para lo que ofrecía. Las habitaciones y el baño eran bastante viejas y descuidadas. El desayuno muy abundante pero llenísimo de gente y la calidad dejaba bastante que desear. Ascensores también viejos y mucho tiempo de espera porque eran sólo para 3 personas.
- Sergi (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - Las zonas comunes eran bonitas y estaban limpias. El personal es muy amable. El cocinero que prepara huevos a la plancha, revueltos y pancakes lo unico bueno del desayuno. La comida del desayuno era regular, nada fresco, la fruta pasada, el café es malo y si quieres una opción mejor hay que pagar un precio adicional al igual que con el zumo de naranja. El segundo día encontramos la leche semidesnatada cortada. El gimnasio que se enseña está fuera del hotel en un callejón al cruzar la calle de abajo. Las toallas estaban muy usadas y amarillas. Y el jabon de baño era muy malo y tuvimos que comprar jabon de baño.

- James (10/5): - The quality of accommodation at Hotel Na Taconera is superb. I cannot fault it. I attended with my family (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The we all enjoyed the main pool plus the pool at the sports club as well as the facilities of the sports club. The rooms are newly decorated to a very high standard and our sea view was just that...lovely. The rooms also had much needed air con. The rooms were also incredibly clean. We must also mention the food - the daily breakfast was delicious.

- Erico (7/5): Great food, poor rooms… good value for money all in all - The pool are is good, as well as the eat- area terrace. The entrance and man hall are also fine. The food quality and variety is amazing and great value for money. The staff is also extremely kind and attentive. Special mention to the kitchen and bar/ restaurant staff. The room! The rooms don’t match the rest of the hotel. There’s bathroom is the worst part, with a fabric curtain for the showers and a leak in the ceiling. Theres not even shampoo provided. Theres no way to control the airco, or a kettle to heat water. It’s barely a 3* hotel room, if even so.

Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und stets mit guter Laune begleitet. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war für uns jedoch das Restaurant-Team. Das Essen war nicht nur abwechslungsreich und frisch, sondern wurde auch mit viel Herzlichkeit serviert. Vor allem Ana möchten wir hervorheben: Sie hat uns jeden Tag mit ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität begeistert. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen machen den Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich! Alles in allem: ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente, super Service und einem Restaurant, das wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
- José (8/5): - Variedad y calidad en el buffet. Buenas instalaciones. Excelente ubicación para relajarse. El hotel realmente no tiene parking solo tiene enfrente espacio para 5 o 6 coche. Tienes que aparcar por los alrededores. Televisión en alemán sin posibilidad de cambiarla al español.
