- Michaela (8/5): Lage top, Service sehr bemüht - Zimmer hätten mehr Bedarf an Einrichtung - Die Lage des Hotels ist top, der Parkplatz in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kulinarisch hat das Hotel viel zu bieten - das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl, liebevoll angerichtet und sehr lecker. Am Abend gibt es im Bistro bzw im Restaurant viel Auswahl, sehr lecker. Top Service, tolles Ambiente. Das Zimmer war sehr sporadisch und einfach eingerichtet. Grundlegend sauber, aber Bad zu einfach gehalten, absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sehr kleines Doppelzimmer im Nebengebäude, absolut kein Stauraum. Wenig Wohlfühlfaktor, sehr Basic.

- Loren (10/5): A beautiful relaxing few days in this gorgeous boutique hotel. - The building is absolutely beautiful, and really tastefully decorated. The view from the terrace was stunning. I spent hours sat on the terrace just taking the view in. My room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby. Breakfast was amazing, something to suit everyone’s taste. Was lovely sitting outside on the street in the morning and watching the world go by. Super central location so everything is a short walk away. The staff were also super accommodating and helpful. I had a really wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

- Roman (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft im Herzen von Artà war super und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Auch der Mitarbeiter Adrian war sehr freundlich. Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Zimmer hier bei Booking nicht der Realität: Das Superior-Doppelzimmer, das uns vor Ort gezeigt wurde, war klein und dunkel anstatt groß und hell. Wir wiesen auf den deutlichen Unterschied hin, woraufhin uns ein Upgrade für 15€/Nacht bzw. ein Zimmer aus einer niedrigeren Basic Kategorie angeboten wurde. Wir entschieden uns gegen den Aufpreis und fanden in dem Zimmer dann eine tote Motte im Waschbecken, schmutzige Wände und einen nicht funktionierenden Safe vor. In der Dusche war zur Benutzung nur Handseife. Der Standard entsprach auf keinem Fall einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Unserer Meinung nach hätte die Situation mit dem Zimmer vom Besitzer, mit dem wir telefonierten und danach auch noch persönlich das Gespräch suchten, respektvoller und gastfreundlicher ablaufen müssen.

En el medio del casco antiguo y el parking (fuera del pueblo) a 5 minutos caminando. Cenamos en la terraza del restaurante. El servicio muy amable y la cena muy rica. Todo el personal fue muy servicial y de gran ayuda (excepto la señora del bufé del desayuno, que no fue muy amable). Tuvimos un problema en nuestra habitación. Pero se solucionó a plena satisfacción. La señora del bufé del desayuno podría ser más amable.

- Nicolas (9/5): Hôtel à la décoration authentique et charmante - La décoration de l'hôtel est sobre, authentique, et chaleureuse. Le personnel aussi! Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'est de Majorque. Au centre du village d'Arta qui est agréable à découvrir à pied. Rooftop avec vue panoramique 360°. Petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales (dont ensaimadas et oranges de Majorque), différent tous les jours, délicieux !

A destacar, el confort de las camas y almohadas, la ubicación dentro del municipio, cerca de mucha oferta de restauración y tiendas. El desayuno es correcto, un buffet normal, pero suficiente y con productos de calidad. A nivel personal, no me gusta que las puertas de los baños de la habitación sean de vidrio, pero es manía propia y a otra persona puede no importarle. También hay una piscina interior climatizada, y no nos enteramos hasta el momento de la salida. Nos hubiese gustado saberlo antes para poder utilizarla.

Le lit est très confortable et la chambre que nous occupions plutôt grande avec un coin "salon" agréable quand on doit rester au chaud et que la météo est pluvieuse. - Emmanuel (4/5): Décevant, cet hôtel n'est pas un 4 étoiles - L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel sur la recommandation d'Anna Herrmann et nous avons été malheureusement déçus. Nous avons commencé par demander à changer de chambre car celle proposée était très sombre et humide. Nous avons donc payé pour la catégorie supérieure. La chambre suivante était de belle taille et bien plus lumineuse. Nous remarquons cependant vite que la chambre mériterait un coup de neuf : tâches sur le tissus du canapé, porte de douche en verre abîmée, joints verdâtre etc. La vraie mauvaise surprise arrive lors de la première nuit. Le passage à la douche est laborieux : il n'y a pas de pression et surtout la température de l'eau est tiède. Nous sommes en mars et il fait très frais sur l'île pendant la nuit donc nous activons le chauffage pour la nuit. Nous nous réveillons le lendemain avec 15 degrés dans la chambre parce qu'une temporisation arrête automatiquement le chauffage de 23h à 8h du matin. Nous signalons notre mésaventure au personnel. Ils sont réactifs mais nous disent que c'est une problème général à tout l'hôtel. Cela n'ira pas plus loin. Nous avons donc dormi 3 jours bien emmitouflés et le dernier soir, l'eau sera tout bonnement froide... En soi, ce n'est pas un drame et nous n'en sommes pas morts mais lorsqu'on affiche 4 étoiles sur sa devanture, cela ne devrait pas arriver. Si vous cherchez un 2 étoiles supérieure, vous êtes au bon endroit, sinon passez votre chemin. Le restaurant en revanche vaut le détour.

Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders charmant ist das Restaurant im Untergeschoss mit der riesigen Außenfläche mitten in der Stadt. Das Personal war unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr nett und einladend gestaltet, obwohl wir sie bei unserem Urlaub im März noch nicht nutzen konnten. Die gesamte Mannschaft ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eher unkomfortabel. Für ein 4**** Hotel nicht adäquat. Wir haben uns aber trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte wohlgefühlt.
- Laetitia (8/5): Chouette hôtel de ville - Hôtel joliment aménagé et décoré, emplacement central, petit-déjeuner délicieux et varié, et restaurant très bon également! Au niveau de l’entretien et du nettoyage, il pourrait y avoir quelques améliorations (calcaire dans la sdb, infiltration d’eau autour de la douche pluie, linge de bain élimé,…). Variations d’eau et de température importantes dans la douche. Par ailleurs, le personnel semblait plus à l’aise avec les clients germanophones que lorsqu’il fallait parler anglais.
- Maria del Carmen (10/5): Puente en Artà - La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del parking gratuito a las afueras del pueblo y a 2 minutos de la plaza más transitada. El desayuno muy bueno y con un ambiente muy familiar gracias al personal. Todo muy cuidado y con buen gusto, seguro repetimos!

Fuimos a desayunar a las 10:10 (el desayuno acaba a las 11) y nos quedaba casi nada en el buffet y nos dijeron que no iban a reponer más. Al final acabaron reponiendo. El desayuno fue una gran decepción en comparación con las fotos que salen.
- Santiago (10/5): Perfecto! - Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos. Todo estaba precioso, muy cuidado y con una decoración encantadora que hacía que el ambiente fuera aún más especial. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Y el desayuno… ¡espectacular! Muy variado, delicioso y con productos de gran calidad. Sin duda, uno de los mejores desayunos que hemos disfrutado en un hotel. Nos fuimos encantados y con ganas de volver. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

- Manuel (10/5): Una atención impecable - La atención recibida por el personal del hotel fue excelente, tuve un pequeño problema mi llegada y fueron amables en su atención, me proporcionaron varias soluciones y al final quedé muy satisfecho. Repetiré en mis próximas visitas a la zona.

- JAVIER (9/5): Hemos genial, y ha sido una gran experiencia. - Ambiente entrañable, sofisticado y tranquilo. Y el personal excelente, muy amable. La habitación tenía una ventana algo pequeña.
- David (9/5): - The local boutique aesthetic was fabulous. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The navigating the town in a hire car is not that easy as you have to park outside of town. There is a town policy only allowing residents to drive in the center so nothing the hotel can do but it would be useful to have some directions to aid in finding the car parks and how to get to them as google maps was not very accurate.
- Tania (10/5): - El trato recibido por parte del personal ha sido excelente. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa, con especial mención a Isabel. No se trata de una queja, simplemente hubiéramos preferido que el desayuno fuera buffet, pero al tratarse de temporada baja se ofrece más individualizado y a la carta. Cabe a destacar que estaba buenísimo, con productos frescos y de calidad.

- Ursula (10/5): - Das schön eingerichtete Hotel erstreckt sich auf mehrere Gebäude. Die absoluten Highlights waren der Dachgarten, das Restaurant und der charmante und gastfreundliche Chef! Man kann sich schon aufs Wiederkommen und das neue Spa freuen. Unbedingt das fantastische Frühstück buchen! Das wir wieder fahren mussten.

- Antoine (4/5): Un mauvais rapport qualité prix - Not much Salle de bain de mauvaises qualités, la douche qui fuit et qui inonde la chambre. Pas de réduction malgré une chambre clairement dis fonctionnel.
