- DJLG (9/5): - We liked the location and view. The room was clean and were happy to have a complimentary bottle of their wine. Comfy bed and pillows. Would have liked a security bar for getting out of the tub. Senior knees make it unsafe without this bar. Missed TSN on TV.
- darrell (10/5): awesome place - loved all

- Samara (10/5): - I loved my experience at Magnetic Hill Winery! The house is beautiful, and my one-night stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed a quick tour, some wine, and relaxing on the deck, and the staff were always so friendly. I also had my dog with me, and they were wonderfully accommodating!
- Paul (10/5): Comfortable old world charm with excellent tasting room steps from our door. Quiet following closing for the day, very f - Just outside the city, beautiful hillside with distant scenic city view. Quiet, lovely well cared for private home guest house with amenities. Winery!!!

- Shepherd (10/5): This was a really sweet stay, it was charming, romantic and we’d definitely stay again! The winery had amazing wines and - The property is quaint, beautiful and historic! The quiet, how the house still has its original charm with the modern amenities.
- Bernice (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Leslie (8/5): Very good -
- Janneith (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (9/5): Great staying - Clean Minimal towel racks
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very pleasant and helpful, beautiful property. Great wine Front door to the guest house was very hard to open
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
- Randall (10/5): Magnetic moment - From the minute we arrived staff made us feel special. The manager Beth was very friendly and promptly set us up in our room with a cold bottle of white wine. The winery is beautiful, on a hill with great views of the city.
The wine tastings, flights and charcuterie boards were excellent.
We had the complete guest house to ourselves which was incredible! The guest house has been incredibly renovated with refurbished antiques, claw foot tub and group of 7 limited edition prints. We had a Tom Thompson in our room. Can't wait to come back with friends and have the house all to ourselves again! Nothing
- Hannah (9/5): Beautiful location, friendly staff. - The room and the property were beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the big tub! We were disappointed that the stay didn’t include breakfast, even though it is called a BnB.
- Jeremy (9/5): Superb - Location was great and the owner was very friendly. The wines were excellent and the location was close to attractions and not too far from shopping and restaurants. The only negative we had was the room got too hot and the AC couldn’t adequately cool it. We stayed during a heat wave so I didn’t take too much away from the ratings because that is out of anyone’s control.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - Felt like there could have been cheaper samples of wine
In small cups to taste test
- Wayne (8/5): Very good - This was a pleasant surprise. A wonderful find. A very peaceful sleep. It would have been nice to have had wifi.
- Lyra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, great room, fair price.
- Trent (7/5): Good -
- Gil (6/5): Disappointing - We enjoyed the antique atmosphere of the guest house. This is not a Bed & Breakfast. The advertising indicates it as such and therefore misleading.
There is no kitchen facilities offered.
Also, the claw tub would not hold water and a tap handle fell off.
The obvious focus is on the winery and not on the accommodations.
- Kimberly (3/5): Overall, would not recommend or book again for the price! - Room was clean Very unorganized check in . . . No one knew we were arriving? Finally, met the owner and his first and only comment was make sure you empty the portable A/C and don’t flood the room?
Coffeemaker available but no coffee or cream?
Given a bottle of wine at check in as per advertising but not permitted to drink it on patio in winery even though we ordered a charcuterie board. . . Which was mediocre. (Stale crackers)
Little to no customer service or attention to guests staying in rooms . . . Only focused on guests in winery! Should stick to just running the winery!
- Bj (10/5): It was the most relaxed I’ve been able to get in a while! - The view is amazing! The people are soo nice! It’s clean, and they make you feel so welcome!
- Len (4/5): Disappointing stay - Bathroom amenities were good, bed was comfortable No personal touch, did not meet the owners or see them. No tour of the winery or vineyard. Only sampling was at the store side of the business and little expensive for the size and choices. Room did not have a working heat pump, but they put in a portable air conditioner. Only problem is it drained into a bucket it sat upon. Coffee downstairs, by the pot, water has to cone from your room upstairs.
- Kim (9/5): Superb - The staff were fabulous, and the winery next door took our stay to another level. The guest house is quaint and full of character. Spotless for a very old building. The complimentary wine in the rooms was a really nice touch. Highly recommend The stairs were a bit of a challenge, but not to be helped as the building was built in the 1800s.
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional - the room was beautiful and comfortable. we loved the view. A bottle of their wine was a nice added touch to our room. it was a perfect stopping point on our way home from Nova Scotia to Ontario. We would stay again. there was no breakfast offered and no onsite restaurant but many restaurants were only minutes away up the highway.
- Medcalf (7/5): Good -
- Scott (8/5): there wine is awesome - quiet and relaxing the only thing was not a lot of food choices at the winery, but the wine made up for that short fall
- Jeffery (10/5): A great value with a great view - OMG, what a wonderful place. The B&B has two rooms, and for one night it was just us in the house. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well decorated and brought out the character of the old house. It has been lovingly reserved.
The owners are very friendly and the view is magnificent. They also provide a great breakfast and will give you lots of tips for things to do in the area.
- Ken (10/5): - Wonderful location overlooking Moncton area. We enjoyed a wine tasting and and wonderful breakfasts and conversation during our two night stay.
- Robert (10/5): - The whole experience at the B&B was excellent. The hosts are friendly and wanting to make your stay excellent. And the wines we purchased were also excellent. Highly recommended.
- Lorraine (10/5): - This was our first time in a B&B and was a fabulous experience. Beautiful setting and our hosts were great!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Our own personal wine tasting. Then enjoying a purchased bottle of their unique wine along with one of their cheese plates on the deck overlooking the valley. Life is good there! Our room was also comfortable. Would recommend them to our friends.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The owners are lovely and welcoming people. The property is beautiful and the historical B&B has all the old charm you’d want while still feeling modern. The wine is delicious, with fruit varieties made with local crops. A definite must-stay if you’re in the Moncton area!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We were charmed upon the first minutes we were there. Jeff was really welcoming and showed us to our room immediately. The room we chose was lovely. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (especially towels!). The bed was rather long and we were very, very happy with that, knowing we are both fairly tall people. In the morning, Janet had made us waffles and we had the opportunity to chat away with other guests. Very nice morning! Also, we had booked the winery tour, the tasting and the picnic on the patio, where we had a delightful experience. The other building was under construction, but it didn't bother the tour. We had the chance to taste delightful wines (had to swap with someone else in order to taste two wines offered), a very nice plate of cheese and view very nice sceneries. It was definitely a plus to our first holidays in New Brunswick. We got back home with 3 bottles!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful, accommodating to our late night arrival
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent B and B in restored house. Quiet, clean, great views. Excellent hostess and breakfast.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was wonderful...love the whole concept of their construction. The use of NB's natural products is so appealing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - great view from top of the hill!...gracious hosts... B&B is old...floors creek...view from room mostly big white tent on site for weddings...winery was nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely restored nineteenth century home attached to an award winning winery! Janet and Jeff are welcoming accommodating host. Wonderful stay.
- Mathieu (10/5): Great wine - Wonderful views, hospitality was great, beautiful winery and most important delicious wines...hope to return next year when the new winery is completed...
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The view from the house is great, lots of great wines to choose from. A real gem.
- William (10/5): A Ten Star Moncton B&B - This B&B was fantastic. The winery is excellent as well at city view from the hilltop.
The hosts, Janet and Jeff, were very friendly and made us feel as one of their family members. They have done so much work to convert this 1867 farm house into a winery and B&B.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome view of Moncton! - This is a lovely place. Janet and Jeff were gracious hosts and very knowledgeable about the history of their home and the area. Hopewell Rocks are not to be missed! Their wine is also quite good!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Alrhough we did not get to do the wine tour, Janet & Jeff were great hosts and even though they were prepping for a wedding, bus tour and the next day B&B guests, they took the time to show us around and then taking maple butter out of their cupboard for me to take home. Cant wait to share with family back home and think abkut the Magnet Hill Winery and B&B

- Verified traveler (10/5): - It is a real winery with much to see. The breakfast is personal; with the owners and its quality is five-star.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved this place the moment we drove up! Beautiful restored property. Spotless, roomy, super comfortable and quiet. The owners made us feel at home from the start. Lots of things to do near by. Breakfast was wonderful.
- Scott (10/5): A great location and a unique experience. - A winery tour and wine tasting introduced us to beautifully renovated old farmhouse B&B. The room and public space was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. New winery is under construction, so grounds are a little cluttered, but didn't affect the quality or comfort. Nice location in Moncton.
- Gretchen (10/5): - Convenient location for Hopewell Rocks and Bay of Fundy National Park
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friendly and shared great stories. Lovely breakfast.
- Rhiannon (10/5): Quaint B&B with a Fantastic Breakfast - Excellent stay at this historic B&B - it was lovely to hear about the renovation of the property and to taste the wines and other produce made there. We especially enjoyed breakfast - the food was great and the company and conversation with the owners and other guests was excellent. Best breakfast on our whole trip so far. Lovely views. We didn't venture into Moncton so can't comment on the area but we found a good sushi restaurant only a 5 minute drive away. Very close to Magnetic Hill.
- Wayne (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing stay. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative. The property, the views, the breakfasts were all great. We met interesting fellow guests. This property was the highlight of our holiday
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had a wonderful time at this cute Bed and Breakfast! In no particular order I especially enjoyed the wine tasting, the gorgeous four piece bathroom, and the homey breakfast. Highly recommended!
- Sheena (10/5): - Great location, delightful host and hostess, interesting vineyard and restored home, and yummy homemade waffles with fresh fruit for breakfast !
- Linda (10/5): - Lovely bed and breakfast with wine tasting. Great fruit wines. Loved the blueberry and rhubarb. Nice breakfast of homemade waffles and fruit. Charming host and hostess. Some construction going on.
- Geri (10/5): - Wonderful B&B overlooking Moncton......with great wine as well !!! Owned & operated by a lovely couple. Highly recommend for couples spending a few days in the Moncton area. Beautiful old house, beautifully renovated & decorated!
- peter harding (8/5): - Great location. Will be excellent when renovations are completed wine was great
- Samuel (8/5): B and B with lovely views. - Very nice location. It seems that the emphasis is on the Winery since the B and B has only 2 rooms and the winery is expanding like topsy. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fine and the breakfast was exceptionally. We were especially pleased that the hosts ate with us, adding considerably to our pleasure and understanding of the area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent B&B and winery.
- Steve (10/5): Great hotel with Winery attached - Had a good time room excellent room and owner v. helpful. Home made waffles and fresh fruit. Highly recommended.
- Jon Firebaugh (10/5): loved it - We enjoyed the view, the sunrise, the room, the breakfast, and the owners. We will stop back by on our way home for some wine and such. I would recommend.
- Pam (8/5): Trip to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. - Beautiful old home that has been restored. Thank so much Janet and Jeff for sharing your home with us. Breakfast of fresh fruit, waffles and maple butter was delicious.
- Geoffrey (10/5): - This was a beautiful home and our room was charming with a great view. The hostess Janet was welcoming and provided an interesting history of their business. She also added to our knowledge of the area. The winery was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed sampling and selecting wine made right on site. The outdoor space was also very nice with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the views. This was a great B& B!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Rural setting with wonderful view over Moncton. Warm welcoming hosts with lots of historical info on area and their restored farmhouse
- B&D (6/5): Quaint setting overlooking city of Moncton - Our B&B hosts were very welcoming and shared some of the local area history. A nice stop over spot on our way to the Cabot trail in NS.

- D&H (10/5): Outstanding B&B - Great location overlooking city. Rooms are great and very comfortable. Owners very nice and make a great breakfast. Could not be better.
- Laura and Peter (10/5): Moncton - Perfect get-away. We were offered a wine tasting and proposed a picnic with wine and cheese on their beautiful panoramic deck. Spectacular! In the morning, we were served a delicious breakfast in their kitchen and had a great conversation with the hosts and other guests. There are only two rooms in this B and B and we felt very special! The winery has a great variety of many different wines that are very different and interestingly! Also has a great little gift shop.
- Murray (10/5): The place to stay when in Moncton - A very hospitable and warm B&B with Janet and Jeff as hosts. The room was as original as could be to the original 1867 structure but with the modern amenities. Had a great breakfast and discussion with the other guests. Highly recommended
- Retired Couple (8/5): Maritimes Roadtrip - My wife and I recently completed a 14 day “Taste of the Maritimes” roadtrip.
We stayed at Bed and Breakfast properties for most of our trip.
I can confirm that the accommodations at the Magnetic HIll Winery in Moncton were excellent.
The property was as described and our room and bed was very comfortable.
Our hosts made us feel like family and we were treated to the most
delicious breakfast. Trust me, when in Moncton, you won’t regret your decision
to stay at the Magnetic Hill Winery B & B.
- Judy (10/5): Great hospitality! - We loved this B and B! The best part is the hosts and making us feel like part of the family! We really liked that we ate in the kitchen and watched our hosts cook. Conversation around the table was definitely the highlight. Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the area and vineyard. We had such a good time learning about the area and the wine and would definitely highly recommend this B and B to friends and family.
- Jim and Pam (10/5): Lovely experience - Owners were very welcoming. We enjoyed a wine tasting session with locally produced wine. The B&B was in a charming old house built in 1867 and restored to its original condition located above the winery. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the other guests and our hosts .
- GL (10/5): Would Come Here Again Anytime. - What a terrific place! The lovely couple who run this charming B&B are so accommodating. They supplied excellent breakfasts and many helpful tips about local places to see. Also, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B - book it, you will not be disappointed.
- Mary (2/5): Does anyone read these - Thank you for your confirmation number but it is really quite useless.
You may as well have given me the lucky numbers from the Chinese horoscope. You have added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time. We had to go to another province for a medical procedure and thought that we had peace of mind that your confirmation number proved that we had a place to stay when we got there. How wrong we were to trust your company. Apparently "Magnetic Hill Winery B&B" emailed me late Thursday night to tell me that they were already booked up. But since we had to leave at 5:30 the next morning to drive the 6 hours to get there, we were already in bed when they sent the email. You should have a disclaimer with your confirmation number that says we still have to call and confirm with the B&B because you really can't confirm anything. The next place they suggested for us was booked up as well. The place that we ended up staying at said that they didn't deal with Hotels.com for specifically that reason.
How do you expect us to trust Hotels.com in the future? Please explain?

- J. Gideon (8/5): The best B & B hosts - Very genial and informative hosts. Will stay there again the next time I come to the neighbourhood.
