Lage zum Zentrum ist ok!

- Peter (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt perfekt, das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Dom. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch,aber absolut ausreichend um gestärkt den Tag zu beginnen. Das Frühstück kann man auch auf der Dachterrasse genießen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist wird zwar eine teure Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe angeboten,aber Vorsicht die befindet sich im Innenstadtbereich wo man eine extra Einfuhr Genehmigung benötigt. Wir haben als tolle Alternative den Parkplatz Villa Constanza direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt der A1 benutzt, ist eingezäunt und Video überwacht, vom Parkplatz aus geht alle paar Minuten die Trambahn T1 direkt in die Innenstadt. Kosten Parkplatz für 24 Stunden 7€ Einfache Fahrt Tram. 1,70€

The Palazzo is fascinating: built in 1630. Lots of history, 17th century charm and public rooms to test and relax in. Roof terrace with amazing views of Duomo, just a few blocks away. Good breakfast. Not much to dislike.

Very clean- room cleaned every day. Lots of authentic character, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Duomo and surrounding area. Reception staff very helpful. Mattress on bed was a little too hard for our liking, but that’s ok for a few days. Room was a bit dark, but again not really a problem for a few days.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und die Dachterasse ist mega schön, man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Florenz. Man kann am Dachterasse nicht nur frühstücken sondern den ganzen Tag frei benutzen. Personal war auch toll, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder!!!

Loved the individual touches in the communal areas. Perhaps a bigger single bed but nothing really to complain about.

Le confort du matelas un peu discutable (trop mou mais conviendra à d’autres), l’insonorisation de la chambre qui peut être problématique lorsque certains voisins de chambre sont bruyants comme ce fut le cas pour nous.

- CPT (10/5): Both excellent and perfect.... it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. - As a family of three, we were located in rooms 11 and 11b which were absolutely perfect for our needs. The view from our rooms was incredible, showcasing the cathedral in all its glory (both day and night). The breakfast was varied and fresh and set us up every day for a full day of walking/adventure. Florence is not a huge city so the location was ideal to walk to all of the top sites within minutes (particularly the cathedral which was a 5 minute walk away). To summarise, i cannot say enough good things about the Palazzo Graziani B&B and we will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. There was a minor issue with the functionality of the room safe, but a satisfactory resolution was found for the duration of our stay.
