• Jorge Arturo (10/5): - En sí, es en realidad un club de golf con algunas habitaciones que un hotel, pero aún así es un lugar acogedor y tranquilo para hospedarse, pero tomen en cuenta que los socios del club van a practicar sus deportes desde muy temprano en la mañana y ya hay bullicio en cualquier día de la semana. La piscina pudo haber estado un poco más limpia y a las habitaciones les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en general. Sin embargo, la atención del personal fue maravillosa y muy amable en todo momento, y gracias a este hotel pude llevar a cabo la pedida de matrimonio a mi novia, estoy eternamente agradecido por ello.
• Amanda (9/5): Highly recommended, especiallly for golfers! - The hotel is cute and comfortable, and the golf scene is really fun. The food in the restaurant is good. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds and linens were not super nice. It is not walkable from the downtown area.

Ya que iba con mi mascota de apoyo emocional y a pesar de que en su información de la propiedad en Expedia decía que no había un cargo, al llegar y antes de salir de la propiedad exigían este pago, que claramente negué.

• Alberto (2/5): - **Disappointing Discrepancy: Gorgeous Online Imagery, Disappointing Reality** I recently booked at Capital O La Huerta, enticed by the captivating images showcased online. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. I ended up NOT staying. The online portrayal of the hotel is a masterpiece of digital enhancement. The images promise a modern, vibrant establishment, yet the reality is a stark contrast. The building itself is aged, lacking the charm and vibrancy depicted in the photographs. The color scheme doesn't match, and the overall ambiance is tired and dated. Moreover, the pricing of the accommodations seems unjustified considering the actual state of the property. While I understand that appearances can sometimes be deceiving, the disparity between the online portrayal and the real-life experience is too vast to overlook. While the staff were polite and accommodating, the disappointment of the disparity between expectation and reality made me leave and not stay, therefore losing my money. I hope that in the future, the hotel will strive for more transparency in its advertising to avoid similar letdowns for other guests. In conclusion, if you're considering a stay at Capital O La Huerta Golf and Hotel, I urge you to temper your expectations based on the online imagery. While the reality may not match the digital fantasy. I am very disappointed.

• BRENDA (2/5): - Llegué de noche con la reservación y me negaron la habitación reservada ya que no estaba lista y no había cómo alistar, me ofrecían otra opción fuera de lo deseado y decidimos no tomarla adicional a que se argumentó que la habitación reservada era más cara a pesar que yo no tuve nada que ver con el descuento reflejado en la plataforma. Decidí irme.

We didn’t get any heads up about this event when we booked the room nor when we checked in. Impossible to sleep. Really unacceptable for a hotel.

Hablo con el hotel y me dicen que no me devuelven lo pagado con la tarjeta sino que me devuelven la cantidas que pagué en metálico y yo me pregunto, entonces dónde está la compensación por la falta de agua caliente etc.... bueno a todo esto ellos no volvieron a dar señales de vida, tuve que presentarse en el hotel para que finalmente me pagaran llo depositado en metálico. Asi que mal muy mal, pensando seriamente en denunciar. A todo esto la habitación fría, descuidada, vieja con humedades....
