- Angelika (6/5): - Lage am Hbf. Keine Möglichkeit, sich einen Tee zu trinken. Kein Trinkwasser in ausreichender Menge für mehrere Tage, die ich gebucht hatte. Nachkauf an der Theke einfach viel zu teuer. Diese Bewertungsmöglichkeiten mit 4 Möglichkeiten in Form von 4 Icons sind unzureichend.

- Jean-Robert (9/5): - L’emplacement près de tous les transports ,le comfort du lit, la propreté La c à l’hôtel, j’ai marqué seule point négatif c’est que la climatisation était vraiment bruyante parce que on l’a fermait pour ouvrir la porte parce que c’était trop bruyant. Moi j’aurais trouver ça très long passer la nuit avec la clim.

- Gerhard (1/5): - Als wir um ca. 22:30 einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir durch eine überbuchung kein Zimmer bekommen
- Stephanie (1/5): Husband was called a c*cksucker for asking for a glass of water at the bar - The check-in was smooth and pleasant by two professionals (Christian and Nicole I believe their names were) However an unacceptable incident occurred on the 15th of May at approximately 20:30. While at your hotel bar, my husband politely asked for a glass of water. The bartender, who identified himself as Henry, responded by calling him a “mamahuevo.” As a Spanish speaker, he fully understood the meaning of this expression. It is vulgar, offensive, and completely inappropriate language to direct toward a guest under any circumstances and completely uncalled for, for being asked a simple glass of water. He confronted Henry directly in Spanish regarding what he had said, and his reaction made it clear that he understood that he had embarrassed himself to the fullest. What happened afterward only reinforced the disappointment. During check-out the following morning on 16th May at approximately 08:30, there was no interest shown in our experience, no question about our stay, and no sign of basic guest care. I am not writing this review to request compensation, explanations, or follow-up. I am writing so that management will be fully aware of the behavior displayed by a member of your staff and the standard of service we experienced as a family travelling together with a small child.

- Annette (8/5): Overall we had a good stay, close to transportation to get us around and eventually leave to Graz - The breakfast selections were very good for me however my daughter got sick after breakfast since she is allergic to nuts and sesame seeds.( She is very aware of her body’s reaction) There may have been cross contamination with the breads or if almond milk was present we don’t know since the milk selections for coffee were unlabeled. so she’s unsure if she used almond milk or if it was the bread issue. She had diarrhea & vomiting and had to take 2 Benadryl. Thankfully it wasn’t worse. Habibi was very gracious & changed our room for the light issue( see below) On arrival we weren’t informed that the key card for the door also controlled lighting, so we thought the lights did not work. We reported it to the front desk when we came in later that evening and Habibi, changed our room, but also explained it to us, and although he was gracious enough to change our room and gave us complementary water, we really didn’t have to change the room so we never did since we now understood the issue. Breakfast issue with my daughter explained above.
- Walter (8/5): - Super Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof; von dort aus mit der U-Bahn alles schnell zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof war es ruhig, so dass ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Hat sich gelohnt. Ich sah den Stephansdom und die Karlskirche etc. vom Zimmer aus. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und es war auch sauber. Beim Frühstück haben an 5 von 8Tagen Komponenten gefehlt. Angeblich Lieferprobleme. WLAN kaum zu gebrauchen.

- Nicole (6/5): - Die Zimmer sind knapp zweckmässig. Die Lage ist ÖV technisch gut, die Gegend ist aber nicht wirklich schön. Das Personal ist soweit freundlich. Ist halt eher eine Massenabfertigung.

- Zoran (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in Wien vor allem für Bahnreisende - Das Zimmer war saueber mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Die Möbel in Zimmer sind neu und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Für Bahnreisende ist Motel One eine sehr gute Adresse. Das Personal an der Bar war sehr freundlich. Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Man erreicht Wien Hauptbahnhof in 2 Minuten. In der Nähe vom Hotel befinden sich mehrere gute Restaurants.

- Cornelia (9/5): Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage. 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof. Betten sehr bequem. Fenster kann man öffnen zum lüften. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, besonders Abends an der Bar. In einem vier Sterne Hotel hätte ich Kaffezubehör bzw. eine Minibar erwartet. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Taxis direkt vor der Tür). Mit U1 direkt ins Zentrum. Frühstück: War großteils ok. Auswahl an Gemüse etwas dürftig. An- Abreise: Kofferaufbewahrung vor u. nach Zimmerbelegung unkompliziert - großes Plus wenn man nach dem Auschecken noch was besichtigen will. Zimmer: Ablagemöglichkeiten/Stauraum hat sehr gefehlt. Koffer nur am Boden od. auf Couchsessel. Keine sichere Aufbewahrung von Wertgegenständen (Zimmersave) möglich. Frühstück: Einzelne Bestecksteile hatten Schmierspuren. Frühstücksbuffet im Verhältnis zur Hotelgröße hat noch "Luft nach oben".

- Tracarr (7/5): - It was a very beautiful hotel with very close proximity to the main train station. The staff, especially in the afternoon and evening, were extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast was amazing and the beds were quite comfortable. Since Vienna was having a bit of a cold spell, they shut off the air conditioning. Our room was extremely hot and stuffy.Being on the seventeenth floor they suggested we open the balcony door, which we did, but it was extremely difficult to sleep with the noise from the trains, sirens and whatnot.So having about four hours of sleep, each night was not pleasant. I don't know if we would stay here again unless we called in advance and received a truthful answer on the heating and cooling systems in the rooms.

- Bianca (9/5): - Perfect location across the street from the central station. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I missed some extra space for luggage. I don't know why the sofa bed was made although our room was for 2 people so we had to close it to open space. Paying extra for the breakfast was a bit expensive. The shower was very good but it didn't close so it wets outside and I had to clean the tips that were clogged.

Mit der U-Bahn zum Stephansplatz innert 10min (+5min Fussweg zur Station). Nettes Personal, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr sauber. Gehobener 3 Sterne-Standard zu sehr fairen Preisen. -
