- Laurie (4/5): A éviter... - Les chauffeurs de navette sont très gentils. 1) la piscine = arnaque. Elle n'est pas traitée et donc plein d'algues et de bactéries. Elle est jaune. Il est très dangereux de se baigner dans ce genre d'eau ! 2) les femmes à l'accueil ne disent jamais bonjour et sont très désagréables. 3) l'huile utilisée dans les plats du petit déjeuner est rance comme c'est le cas dans la plupart des restaurants à Guilin. C'est également dangereux pour la santé. Nous avons d'ailleurs été malades. 4) le système de navette pour sortir / entrer dans l'hôtel n'est pas forcément pratique car personne ne parle anglais. Des fois nous sommes restés 15 min à attendre. 5) il y a beaucoup de bruits dans l'hôtel et personne ne dit rien. Le premier soir, un groupe de 4 hommes chinois ont pris l'apéro dans la cours jusqu'à 02h du matin, ils étaient très bruyants. Le deuxième soir c'était les enfants dans la piscine jusqu'à 00h... Booking a été prévenu mais refuse de prendre sa part de responsabilité. L'hôtel refuse tout geste commercial. Pour résumer : ne mangez pas les plats chauds de l'hôtel et ne vous baignez pas dans la piscine. Je le rappelle : c'est très dangereux.
- carolina (8/5): - La struttura è bella, con piscina. Letti comodi. Camera spaziosa e con tutti i confort. Nota di merito ai signori che fanno da navetta tra l'hotel e l'ingresso del parco 24 ore al giorno . Sempre carini e disponibili. Il resort è immerso nel verde, ma in un parco decadente e in disuso. Un peccato. Ne risente un po' anche la struttura
- Marco (6/5): Struttura con potenziale ma non curata nei dettagli - Le camere sono grandi e gli autisti dello shuttle sono sempre celeri e molto disponibili. La zona per la colazione era decisamente sottodimensionata, nei corridori delle camere c'era costantemente puzza di fumo perché era consentito farlo a quanto pare. Le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate.
- Andrea (1/5): La peggior esperienza avuta in Cina - Niente. Struttura datata, colazione solo cinese, staff scortese e che non parla inglese. La nota più negativa è stata l’organizzazione del giro di una giornata alle risaie di Longji: ci siamo appoggiati all’agenzia interna all’hotel chiedendo supporto per l’organizzazione dell’escursione, nonostante avessimo concordato un itinerario, abbiamo scoperto a metà del viaggio verso le risaie che la realtà si sarebbe svolta diversamente con partecipazione ad uno spettacolo che non avevamo interesse a vedere (con supplemento), con conseguente perdita di circa 3 ore di tempo, e che per raggiungere effettivamente le risaie e non essere lasciati in mezzo alla strada a 4km di salita dall’ingresso avremmo dovuto pagare ulteriori 160 yuan all’autista, ovviamente costretti a farlo. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni, né l’autista né l’hotel hanno risposto. Pessima esperienza, non siamo mai stati trattati così in nessun altro posto in Cina.
- Jerry (7/5): Mooie locatie, maar hotel is aan een onknapbeurt toe. - Mooie rustige omgeving in een natuurpark in het centrum. Hotel is gedateerd, maar schoon. Ontbijt niet veel keuze als je geen Chinees wilt eten. Park wordt gerenoveerd.
- Yan (9/5): - De hotel is gelegen in een zeer mooi park in de natuur. Goed locatie. Zeer vriendelijke personeel. In sommige nachten, kunnen wij niet goed slapen door de geluid van kikkers.
- Brian (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic. The Hotel is set in a beautiful park surrounded by trees, giving the hotel a secluded feel even though it is a 10/15 min walk from the city center. The staff were very easy to contact via wechat re: shuttle bus from the park entrance to the hotel and were very responsive. The rooms are big and the facilities were great, its really good value for money. Overall a brilliant place to stay in Guilin. nothing.
- Barbara (8/5): Good location and facilities, great outdoor area with pools which are almost private - Location (in front of the river, close to the town, in the middle of reservoir) hotel tub, swimming pool, access to facilities such as laundry for free, shuttle bus. Staff does not speak English; shuttle bus didn't come for 20 minutes as some security guys refused to call reception, poor breakfast (some options for foreigners like more fruit and yogurt would really make a difference).

- Fabienne (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Guilin! - This Resort is a literal dream, especially if you want to relax but still be close to the city centre of Guilin. It is located in a lovely park and there is a shuttle provided to get you to the resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and the whirlpool are amazing. The room was also quite big and very comfortable.

- Lisa (10/5): Lovely hotel surrounded by greenery - It is a beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery and frog croaks! There is a shuttle bus through the park so you get dropped off at a park entrance which is easy to navigate but a bit of a surprise. There is no restaurant despite advertising there is one so make sure you don’t need to eat! The breakfast is basic and Chinese … would be nice if they had cereal at the least

- Robyn (4/5): Risk of hotel evacuation in rain! - Hotel is inside a park which is very tropical and scenic. 24 hour use of shuttle bus (via WeChat) is useful to get to and fro hotel/ticket office. Staff speak minimal English which can be slightly hard! Rooms are dated, bathrooms need renovating with old fashioned baths and tiles/grout need cleaning/updating. Outdoor pool was closed throughout our stay which was disappointing. Due to flooding, the hotel needed to be evacuated and we were informed on the day that we needed to change hotels and we would be refunded - this was incredibly stressful, but could not be helped!
- Winnie (8/5): Pleasant stay except the hiccup. - The hotel is located inside a park right in the middle of the city. Cars cannot go in and guests are transported by golf carts to the hotel site. It’s a tranquil place with lots of greens. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts provided are very simple and mostly Chinese basic food. The whole dining hall is not very clean. The property is right next to the river, so the hotel can be flooded when it rains heavily. We could not get our luggage back until the water subsided and we had to take a later train.

- Martín (9/5): Superb - Idillic place for a visit to rhe wonderful Guilin. A minor thing and temporal: workers were making noise the whole day with drills and other machines. A peaceful place like this should be for silent and birds singing, not for city noises. In my opinion, if there are works to do, the hotel should close those days.
- Lei (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in a park, where various kinds of trees provide perfect shade for the walking path. One can have a great view of the famous scene "Elephant Trunk Hill" from the park's observation deck. The staff is extremely friendly and is always there for guests. The hotel provides drinking water and fruits to guests. I would highly recommend it to visitors to Guilin. I can not think of any problem with the hotel. I noticed that the hotel is undergoing remodeling. I am sure it will be better in the future.
