All the staff are very helpful, especially 池经理，she provided us with valuable information of how to take the proper metro exits to see various sights in the city. I already reserved room to come back a few weeks later. Recommended! Everything is good!

I believe this - Xana Lite Hotel was excellent — comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everyone greeted me warmly whenever they saw me. From the reception team to the cleaners, every staff member was polite and professional. In particular, the reception staff member Winson helped me book a car to the airport, and another staff member assisted me with arranging car parking. The cleaner, 阿莲, was also very kind and friendly. N/A
• Natalia (7/5): - От метро до отеля 10-15 минут пешком, в целом нормальный, безопасный район. В номере было все необходимое, в т.ч. вода, тапочки. Единственный отель за всю поездку по Китаю, где не было проблем с сантехникой. В отеле и номере пахло куревом. Номер уже достаточно устаревший. В соседних номерах очень сильно шумели.

Столовая очень маленькая, грязная, еда плохая. На стойке информации не очень вежливый персонал. Здороваться не умеют, очень громко разговаривают между собой и смеются очень громко.

• Branislav (7/5): Zodpovedajúce cene - Výhodná cena. Pomerne blízko metra. Ovocie na raňajky bolo fajn. Raňajky pomerne slabé hlavne pre európanov. Kava z instatnej zmesy. Internet nebol veľmi stabilny ale najviac nám vadil zápach vychádzajúci z odpadového potrubia na sprche, zrejme tam bolo poskodene tesnenie, ale nebolo to príjemné. Asi to bol len problém v našej izbe, lebo kolegovia v inej izbe taký zápach nemali.

• Uldal (10/5): - The rooms are big and ours was clean without any odors. The staff helped us with our luggage and gave us tea while we were waiting for a taxi. They offer a Chinese style breakfast with dumplings, rice, porridge, vegatables and more. We really liked it. No one spoke English, but once we downloaded an app that could translate speach it wasn't a problem.

• Roger (9/5): Fantastic Gem in Guangzhou - The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I grew to look forward to the breakfast and loved the vegetables so much. I mostly ate only one meal a day. I enjoyed my stay and can always come back to this hotel. For the price you pay it is way above the value you pay. I would manage a morning run around the neighborhood, it's a good neighbourhood At times a funny smell came out of the toilet. Hopefully it gets addressed

The only downside was that receptionists spoke poor English and were not doing that extra mile for you hence not 10 points. Breakfast was average and same every morning. They have laundry room for free to use. Metro is about 5 minutes walking distance. Generally happy and would return.

• Manoj (10/5): Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the Xana Lite Hotel. - Xana Lite Hotel, was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by lively streets bustling with people. I felt completely safe walking around, even in the middle of the night, which is a big plus for families. Having both Walmart and the Fangcun Metro station nearby was incredibly convenient. You can find everything you need for daily life within walking distance – it’s like living in a well-connected neighborhood! Even as a vegetarian, although the breakfast menu wasn’t quite for me, I had come prepared with my own food. For fellow vegetarians, I’d recommend bringing your own meals just in case.
