- Kristen (8/5): Decent stay - Spacious room with a good breakfast included. Good location and safe to walk even at night. No AC, and the bathroom had mold on the walls above the shower. The hot water also cut out very quickly with 3 of us taking showers back to back.

OTRA COSA que me gustó mucho = finalmente encuentro un hotel donde el baño está bien distribuido, con el espacio de la ducha realmente cómodo, espacioso, porque siempre son ultra estrechos y le pegan los brazos a uno contra todo, porque no queda espacio para jabonarse, aquí muy cómodo. Eso me gustó mucho. Tener que salir de ahí, porque estuve muy a gusto.

- Sanjay (7/5): 3 star hotel in a decent residential area of Bogota - Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good for our overnight stay. There was no hot water in the shower. The water was cold. Somebody tried to fix it but didn't work. The room we were given faced the main road and traffic noise was high. Windows did not open and it was stuffy without any ventilation. This cannot be called a 4-star hotel. Toiletries were mediocre. At best this is a 3 star hotel.

The rooms are quite nice. The Wifi is terrible, the gym is terrible and the sauna doesnt work. The people are friendly but the bar is never really open, and the food isnt very nice. As a place just to lay your head it is fine, but dont expect any of the other things that go along with a hotel to be great.

- Borisz (10/5): Great stay in a nice neighborhood - The location is great! The area is safe and secure. The hotel itself is easy to find and is located near restaurants and other establishments. It is close enough for walking but far enough from the noise. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and complete what we needed for the stay. The room was also spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a gym and sauna. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. It had variety and was tasty. The restaurant was kept clean by the staff. Also, the kitchen staff kept on refilling the buffet area. It was a nice experience here. Highly recommended!

- jaime (7/5): Great location, comfortable - Location, cleanness, good facilities, parking and personnel at front desk - On day one I notified the lightbulb in the shower was broken and it didn't get fixed. - The toilet paper hanger was hanging from just one of four screws from the wall, and the roll kept falling off - The breakfast service was bad ( the food was fine), but the attention below average.

Camera troppo troppo rumorosa, fredda non c’è possibilità di impostare la temperatura. Tappi e mascherina per dormire consigliati a chi ha il sonno leggero come me. Colazione da migliorare. La pesistica in palestra é inutilizzabile ha bisogno di manutenzione e la Sauna non serve a nulla temperatura di solo 30 C°.

The fridge did not work in my room. Window blinds in my room were damaged. Beds are also very hard and uncomfortable. Equipment in the gym was very old and broken.

- FranciscoGon (10/5): Local tranquilo e atendimento acolhedor - Estivemos mais uma vez no BS Rosales no final de nossa viagem a Colômbia. Como apreciamos a primeira estadia, regressamos e tudo continuou bom: do atendimento cordial na recepção (cito nominalmente o Carlos) ao pessoal que serve o café da manha e também o senhor que fica até mais tarde no restaurante. A sopa de tomate servida como item disponível numa das noites é deliciosa.

O quarto é grande e tem duas camas de casal confortáveis e que servem bem para alojar a família no mesmo ambiente. Vale uma nota especial aos funcionários. Impecáveis no atendimento e amabilidade no trato com.os hóspedes. Isso se aplica a Davi e Katarina na recepção e as duas senhoras q nos recebem no café.da manhã. Esperança, que está ali todas as manhãs, é atenciosa alem de ser muito simpática. O café da manhã tb eh variado (com itens da.culinaria colombia). Se preferes fugir do centro e quer mais tranquilidade o BS Rosales eh ótima opção.

El baño muy pequeño y la taza del WC estaba rota, los amenities tampoco eran buenos. El desayuno malo también, básico y no era de buena calidad. Cama pequeña. Muy ruidoso, el ruido de la calle hacia difícil dormir de noche.
