Absolutely no reason to leave the property unless you want to go snorkeling, scuba diving, etc. Property has plenty of pools, hot springs, spa, and nice waterfront restaurant. Snorkeling trip was fantastic too! It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated our room beautifully and gave us a delicious cake. Really went above and beyond with kindness!

The room was beautiful! We had the villa with private pool and hot spring which was so special. The restaurant was great. Delicious food and sunset views were stunning. The tours to Menjagan Island were wonderful. We enjoyed a snorkel tour and saw deer on the Island Highly recommend 😊

- Tamara (10/5): sehr schöner Ort zum Relaxen - Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, aber auch weitläufig (je nach dem wo das Zimmer liegt, ist der Fussweg zum Restaurant ziemlich weit, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat). Es gibt nicht sehr viel in der Umgebung zu tun und die Aktivitäten durch das Resort sind eher teuer. Man kann sich aber gut auch im Resort aufhalten und erholen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, lediglich bei vielen Gästen im Restaurant dauerte der Service manchmal etwas länger. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und ruhig.
- Marc (8/5): - 5 stars for the restaurant (servers and food: baramundi, tuna steak and deep fried bananas), spa/massage (great prices, wonderful Balinese massage, tea and cookies come with all the massages), gym, and infinity pool with the view on the sea and mountains the room was not very modern and not very well lit the noise from the Mosq was not very pleasant because there was some at night (during ramadan period) Lastly, the yoga room was reserved for all our stay for a retreat, it is too bad since it was one of the reasons why we traveled so far
- Eugene (10/5): A very comfortable stay - The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel actually runs many activities for guests such as cooking classes, snorkel trips, and massages. We tried a bunch of the activities and they were highly entertaining. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, too. The property was clean and beautiful, and was located in a quiet but serene area with nice views of Java's mountains. A great launching point to enjoy Menjangan.
- Scott (10/5): Lovely Christmas - The Mimpi Resort was a great choice. The rooms and courtyards with hot tubs offered great comfort and privacy, peace, and quiet. The restaurant has excellent food. And the staff were truly exceptional in their efforts to make us as comfortable as possible. The only downside is mosquitos. Not in air-conditioned rooms, but outside. So bring bug spray and mosquito coils and have a wonderful holiday.
- TETSUYA (8/5): - This is the third time I've used it. Snorkel tours are highly reliable because you can be taken to the right point by looking at the condition of the sea. Every corner of the garden is clean. As a resort, the cost performance is very good.
- Lawrence (10/5): Lovely resort! - Comfortable room with private outdoor hot tub. Nice restaurant, massage service and snorkeling options. Grounds are lovely with several pools. We didn’t have great weather but sunset the last night was spectacular. We’d definitely stay here again.

- Jean-Pierre (10/5): Séjour de rêve - Se rapproche du paradis sur terre, si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous reposer et ressourcer c’est là qu’il faut être, personnel avenant et à votre écoute, si vous aimez les massages Balinais le spa et ces masseuses vous accueilleront avec un grand savoir faire, profiter également des sources chaudes et de plusieurs piscines . Nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuner et nous ne le regrettons pas, copieux et surtout de qualité. Seul petit bémol notre chambre était côté entrée du ressort, assez bruyant la nuit, à la réservation essayer d’avoir une chambre plutôt au milieu du complexe.

Our Villa was of more than 5 star quality,it was outstanding. It was a privilege to have a pool and a hot spring pool in our villa. Everything was of high quality and the grounds of the resort had immaculate lawns and landscaped gardens by the waters edge and mangroves. The view from the restaurant was breathing overlooking the water and boats with amazing sunsets to witness in the evenings. Its a place to go to if you want to experience tranquility among nature.

The resort even acknowledge our Wedding Anniversary with a delightful towel/flower arrangement on our bed, plus a cake.The drive to Mimpi from the airport is long, but well worth it for this perfect oasis.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 最悪なスタッフ、古い、レビューがいい意味わからない。 - 古くてフロントの対応が悪い。hotels.comで食事付き大人1人子供2人で予約していて、予約書にも書いてあるのにもかかわらず追加料金請求され、expediaからの予約だからと理由のわからないことを言われ、早朝に海沿いのレストランから1kmくらい遠いフロントまで予約書をもってこいと言われた。面倒なので食事をし、追加料金を支払おうとしたら請求されなかった。きっとホテルの間違いに気づいたのだと思うが、何の謝罪もなく、気分の悪い滞在になった。二度とここには泊りたくない。

- Dominika (8/5): Nice area close to the National Park - The hotel is quite nice and definitely the area is a great base for snorkeling and diving. We chose it because of the pools with hot thermal water inside the area and in that extend it fulfilled our expectations. It was magic to see the colorful birds flying during the day and bats at night. However, there are some things that should be improved. The rooms were spacious but very dark (with all the lights on, no way to read a book inside the room). Also, when we asked about the available activities, we were only informed by the staff about the most expensive ones (like snorkeling and diving) and they did not inform us about the possibility of renting a bike or canoe (we figured it out only by coincidence). Breakfast was not bad, however at other hotels it was better. They serve breakfast a'la carte and each time the staff forgot some part of the meal and we had to remind them (what was not pleasant at all when happened every single day). Also, not everybody from the staff spoke good enough English to understand us. Overall it has a great potential if improve

- Caroline (10/5): Mimpi Resort - the dream resort! - Beautiful resort, excellent spa treatments coupled with hot springs - great trip to relax. We had the opportunity to join the staff (with other resorts) to a beach clean up at Menjangan Island - was an eye opener for the kids!

Clean and comfortable room. This is not a perfect hotel, buffet could get get boring but food off the menu was good. Overall a really lovely stay here.

- ISAMU (10/5): バリの温泉 - 3年前にバニュウェダンに公衆温泉があると知り行きましたが工事中のため入浴出来ませんでした。その帰りにミンピリゾート＆スパがあることがわかり、次回ここに泊まりたいと思い、今回コートヤードビラに４泊しました。 温泉は硫黄の匂いが強く、日本の温泉と同じでとても気持ちが良かったです。ここのスパでミンピスプリングワッツとゆう水中で行うマッサージは初めての経験でとてもリラックス出来気持ちが良く、他のマッサージもリーズナブルでとても良かったです。WIFIは使えましたがポケトークは使えませんでした。 レストランは海辺にあり敷地が広い為に少し歩きました。メニューは豊富ではないがリーズナブルで、おいしく頂けました。ホテルの周りにはショツピングをする所がありません。ホテルにはレンタサイクルが有り近くのローカルマーケットに行くことができます。ダイビング、シュノーケリングに最適な美しい所です。但し、クタ、飛行場から遠い所なので行き帰りには時間に余裕を持って計画を立てて下さい。 また是非訪れたいホテルです。

The manager Gary and his staff went above and beyond to resolve this as best they could by giving us a couples massage and a free nights dinner for two and then even refunded us the first nights accom in the end. Its a nice boutique accom located quite close to the national park for any bird watchers out there.

- Caitlin (4/5): POOR WAY OVERPRICED FOOD - We stayed at 10 different places in Bali some 5 star some backpacker. We found this the most expensive food and not very good at all. The services in general we were suprised at the prices even compared to the 5 star. The pools and rooms are nice, but food was not. The rooms including the exterior hot tub the tub is hot for ONLY 1 night, then it's cold and you can't get it warm again. The driver to our next destinations was really good and pointed stuff out to us as we went along.

The grounds were beautifully designed and landscaped. The hot springs and pool were fantastic and had great views. Restaurant food was mediocre.

I arrived unexpectedly early, but staff made sure my room was ready within a couple of minutes. Restaurant and spa staff were also exemplary. They look wonderful in their traditional clothing. The grounds are beautifully kept, and there are multiple places for a hot springs bathe, if you do not have your own hot spring water pool. A library and well stocked gift shop are in the vicinity of the restaurant. Mimpi can arrange a driver if required.
- Harsha (8/5): Mimpi review - A beautiful hotel in a quiet location surrounded by mangroves and just near the harbour. The hotel has beautifully kept grounds and a lovely sunsets can be seen from the restaurant. Hot springs were a treat. Breakfast was a la carte , which I personally prefer, as everything is freshly prepared.
- Ingrid (8/5): Homely resort; lovely staff; great diving! - A lovely quiet spot away from the rat race. About 5 hours drive from the airport, but well worth it! Awesome swimming pools of different temperatures including several fabulous 'hot springs'. Fantastic snorkelling and scuba diving, even for beginners. Super friendly and helpful resort and snorkelling/diving staff. Nice restaurant with a beautiful view across the water. Amazing spa treatments! Room was a little dated, but comfortable and clean, and the partially outdoor bathroom was interesting and fun. Eco friendly resort. We will definitely go back again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): This is Not a 4.5 star Hotel.... - We stayed here because this was rated 4.5 star hotel....NOT ... nice villas and nice rooms with the open air bathrooms are not good when it rains... which it did and tiles got really slippery... rest is so far away by the water ..... food, western and Balinese is just okay....for the area it is a nice hotel... compared to UBUD and other parts of Bali no way is this a 4.5 hotel...staff is nice,
- Daniel (2/5): Bad value for money, and other worse experience - Extremely horrible experience. The price does not justify for the value that is offered. Hotel room and balcony is extremely dirty and dusty. One quick look under the bed and you will find a collection of garbage and a very thick dust. To make it worst the hotel decided to launch an all around pesticide sprays all over the properties (garden and all ) without giving any notice to the guest. I was on a shower when the man with a pesticide sprag walk on the garden on the back and I got all the pesticide came into the bathroom I had to abruptly stop my bath and went inside my bedroom. (the room comes with an open bathroom design). When I confronted the reception about this matter, they are not even educated enough about the effect of the actions they did in relation to the health disturbance of the guess. I certainly do not expect to inhale ANY pesticides on my stay in that hotel (which can cause cancer and other I'll effects to human body )
- William (10/5): - The stay was great!The staff is most attentive, the room was great, got upgraded to a Villa after a few days.Diving and the spa were both extraordinary.I would stay there again anytime I am in the area.
- Marcus (10/5): Nice Accommodations in Quiet Area - Stayed here to scuba dive off Menjangan Island. Area is very quiet, I think people pretty much only stay here to scuba. When first driving up to resort it seemed odd that it was located off very poorly maintained dirt road. Overall though, resort very nice - multiple pools, restaurant and service very good.
