- Tejinder (10/5): Great secluded location and well rounded accommodation and facilities. - Fantastic location and nested well within the forest. Only 4 chalets so you could be all by yourself on a good day. Minutes away from the RAC resort if you would like to enjoy some of their activities as well. Nice little outdoor fireplace and BBQ. Overall very peaceful and quite and the chalet was comfortable. TV could be slightly larger and would recommend glad wrap and Alfoil in the kitchen but now I'm just being picky!

- Sampath (2/5): It's a waste of money. You can book RAC Karri Valley Resort for almost the same price. - It was close to RAC Karri Valley Resort. Heating Issues: The heating system was insufficient for the three rooms we booked, making our stay uncomfortable. Limited. As shown in the attached picture, heating was available only in living area but not in 3 bedrooms. This is winter and when we request portable heating for the rooms the staff refused to provide any very rudely. On-site Activities: I was disappointed to find that all the activities like canoeing were located at a nearby RAC Karri Valley resort, a near by accommodation rather than on-site. This was not made clear prior to our booking and significantly affected our experience. At check-in, we informed the staff that we have a child in addition to four adults. We paid an additional $206 at the reception before check-in. Despite booking a three-bedroom chalet, only two rooms were initially opened. The third room was only made available after we paid and informed the staff. Miscommunication with Booking.com: After we raised a complaint about the heating issue with Booking.com customer service, the accommodation staff incorrectly informed booking.com that we had breached the conditions by adding an extra child after the booking. This was not the case, as we had disclosed this at check-in and paid the required extra fee. No WiFi : It's very tricky that they mentioned WiFi is available in public areas. The public area is their reception desk which is hundreds meteres away from the chalets. Chalets have no WiFi at all.
