Natasha (10/5): Was Relaxing, beautiful and peaceful - The location was beautiful as well as the facilities. It felt like a home away from home, the staff were really accommodating and welcoming. Loved being able to sit on the porch and drink the complimentary champagne and eat dinner. It was the perfect surprise staycation for my partners birthday and he loved it. The beach huts will now be my new favourite staycation and getaway. Nil anything abt property that didn’t like

Katrina (9/5): Cosy stay in cute beach hut - We stayed for just one night as a stopover before heading to Kangaroo Island. This place was perfect for that. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. It's only five minutes walk down to the beach.

Michelle (7/5): Lovely, but extra costs are excessive - It’s beautiful, clean, calm and perfect for a getaway. Had a magnificent stay but super disappointed with the additional costs that made an overnight stay for two adults and one seven month year old to be $396! I accepted an additional $25 for a cot, although it is a bit excessive. But we asked for a later check out until 11am, as the baby was sleeping and it would have been super helpful to the mum and baby’s routine for the day to have an extra hour. This was another $25, which I paid as I just wanted the getaway to be special and easy for my daughter and her baby. I dont blame the lady at reception as she would have just been following the requirement put in place by the owners. This really is price gouging at its worst. At most it should have been just over $17, if you work out the hourly rate for a 2pm check in and 10am checkout. I think some kindness and gesture of goodwill to allow an extra hour for checkout in this cost of living situation would have gone a long way toward our thorough enjoyment of the stay. This extra cost put a very bad taste in our mouth. It’s not like the cleaners were put out as we were at the end - when we left at 11am, they weren’t even three huts in with their cleaning. Something they should consider for the future.

Stunningly beautiful gardens which are clearly lovingly attended. Short walk to the beach. Superb independent restaurant on site. So peaceful, slept really well. Would love to return and would highly recommend. Plenty to do and see in neighbouring towns. Complementary wine and chocolates in the fridge were a lovely welcoming touch Nothing you could possibly dislike

Alice (9/5): A unique and fun experience like a little slice of England in South Australia - The property is so fun, a truly unique stay. We loved the different beach huts and playing lawn bowls on the little village green. Other than the restaurant in site, we really struggled to find anywhere to eat nearby. Everything seems to close very early. Unfortunately there was a noise in our room all nice (something banging) that meant it wasn’t a great nights sleep but it was a windy night and maybe whatever it was couldn’t be secured.

Die Häuser sind schon von außen sehr hübsch und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage in Strandnähe ist genau, was wir gesucht hatten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und behilflich. Wir würden wiederkommen. 😊 The Beach Huts in Middleton are exceptional accommodation, and therefore highly recommended. The houses are very pretty from the outside and well furnished. The location near the beach is exactly what we were looking for. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. We would come back. 😊 ./.
