- Floris (8/5): Perfect origin point to explore Tokyo - Excellent location, clean and quiet room. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast selection is large with both continental and Japanese options and of good quality. The beds are large enough for European standards and there is room enough for your luggage. The connection to Shinagawa station is very easy. This was our second stay at Mystays Gotanda Station, the first was ten years earlier and there will probably be a third time! The bathroom is very small and showering standing up is a challenge.

- Michael (8/5): - I asked for a quiet room away from the train station, and we were given this. So we had a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient a couple of minutes to the train station that took us everywhere we wanted to visit in Toyko. It was also close to shops and had a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel and a restaurant in the hotel as well. I would have loved a view of some sort, but getting a quiet, clean and comfortable room close to amenities more than made up for missing out on that.

Durch die Nähe an der Haltestelle ist die Unterkunft extrem laut, man hört die Durchsagen und die vorbeifahrenden Züge auch nachts. Das Zimmer ist selbst für Tokio Verhältnisse sehr klein.

- S (8/5): Very affordable, attentive staff, excellent location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. - All staff, from reception to cleaning, are very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is a very short 4 minute walk from door to station platform. The room is a bit dated, but clean and functional, which is all that matters. Staff can help with requests, from getting a taxi to storing bags before and after check-in/check-out. English friendly. No problem with the smell of the room, BUT if you open your windows for a bit of fresh air, expect your room to be overwhelmed with the smell of food from the restaurants nearby (which may be a good or bad thing). Overall, not a big deal.

- Kotatsu (9/5): - 今回2泊宿泊させて頂きましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。五反田エリアの真ん中にあって、飲食店街も近くとても便利です。 駅近立地のためか、提携駐車場など車へのサポートがあまりないため、ホテル到着時にはかなり困りました。（自分で近くの安い駐車場をウロウロ探して停めました）
- 豊田 (4/5): - 夜勤スタッフさんの対応はこちらの事情でお願いした事も対応して頂き丁寧で良かったです。 清掃面 特に浴場の黒カビ 赤カビの多さにびっくりしました。 子供達もいたので、水回りは特に気になりました。

- TAKAHIKO (10/5): 快適 - 立地がとても良くて便利でした。 エアコンが冷房に切り替えできなくて、お風呂上がり部屋がジメジメしました。

- Junko (8/5): 有難う - スーツケースを預ける為に早く着いたら部屋の掃除が終了しているとの事で早くチェックインさせてくれて助かりました スタッフが気持ちよく設備の不具合に対応してくれた チェックインの際に笑顔があると満点
- miki kong (5/5): - 작년에 방문후 좋은기억에 이번에 재방문함. 작년과 달리 청소옵션이 생기고 물도 유료임. 로비에 짐보관으로 쉴곳도 없음 작년에비해 전체적으로 실망임
