• Michael (10/5): Probably THE best B&B experience we’ve ever had. If ever in Sorrento again, we must stay at Surriento Suites! - Everything!!! I can’t imagine anything more our hostess, Pamela, could have done to make this a more perfect stay. Also, our incredible view from our room window was unbeatable. We overlooked the port and had a direct view of Mt Vesuvius! We have nothing negative to say.

• Randall (10/5): Beautiful room, beautiful view, well appointed room - The room was large and well stocked with everything you could need. It was a little distance from the main town. There was an elevator you could take for a small fee otherwise quite a few stairs.

Close to the ferry and just a short walk (straight uphill) to town. Pamela was amazing. We feel like we were visiting a friend within seconds of meeting her.

The location is perfect, the room is well stocked with everything you need or want, the views were amazing, and the pastries were to die for. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our first trip to Italy so amazing! Location was perfect. You could get on and off the ferry with ease, dip your feet in the ocean and take a nice stroll to dinner or downtown.

Very cozy room for family with a separate big bathroom on a different floor (our son was thrilled 😄). Fantastic breakfast space with an amazing view and very big choice of products for breakfast. Very nice lovely couple of owners - helped us a lot, and lady baked just fantastically delicious cakes every morning!❤️

Our host, Pamela, couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful, she gave us so many great tips on how to spend our time and really helped make our trip special. The apartment itself is gorgeous, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and immaculate. The location is unbeatable right on the pier if you’re planning boat tours or swimming, and only a couple of minutes walk to the main street. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough.

There were snacks, fresh fruit and drinks in the room in abundance for your choosing. All complimentary! The room was super quiet and we never once heard any noise coming from other rooms. The only noise we heard at night were the ocean waves lapping at the shore. The view of the harbor and cliff face from our room was awe-inspiring. We researched the room before we booked it, so we were aware of the accessibility to Sorrento up top. We climbed the stairs up every day and loved the exercise. But, don’t worry—-if you’re not into a daily workout, then take the shuttle bus to the top for a tiny fee. It’s parked literally 1-minute away. Excellent place and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation!! We loved everything.

The fresh baked cakes each day was something that were sooo - The location was just as we hoped, the room was big for the two of us, the view was amazing, the host went above and beyond. The pantry that the host stocked was ridiculously good. There was nothing to not like.

We will always remember this trip! - I loved the location of the property, the view, and all the extra thought Pamela put into the amenities she provided. Pamela was so kind and welcoming. She thought of every little thing a visitor might need. The treat of the day was a nice touch, and we enjoyed trying all sorts of Italian treats. Th ONLY negative would be the stairs to get to the town (the lift wasn’t working when we were there) but they were worth it for the view and peaceful area.

Upon arrival, she had stacked the fridge with a range of meats and cheeses and provided snacks and drinks for the stay. The place was in a perfect location right near the port, with a gorgeous view and central to everything. The place itself was clean, comfortable and exactly like the pictures, such a beautiful apartment. As a group of 4 girls we felt very safe! Pamela also baked us a cake everyday which were so delicious, and she was so lovely and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. Will be back 100%!! Thank you Pamela Nothing!

A generous breakfast and plenty of snacks were provided, along with a coffee machine, tea bags, an iron and steam iron, and full bathroom amenities — not to mention the amazing freshly baked cakes delivered every day. It truly felt like a home away from home: spacious, comfortable, and offering beautiful views. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the ferry. Nothing.

I’ve already recommended to friends - Excellent hosts, who showed us everything, answered all of our questions, helped us out in numerous ways, and had the suite stocked with every imaginable amenity. Excellent location, on the beach, 1 minute to the Capri ferry, next to an excellent restaurant, bar, and amenity shop. Gorgeous view out our window to the cliffs of Sorrento, the bay of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius. The hosts cleaned the room and refreshed the food and water daily. Waking to the sounds of waves lapping and seagulls crying outside our window while drinking Italian coffee and eating one of the lovely homemade cakes and treats Pamela (the host) brought us daily—it simply couldn’t be better. In a word, it was fantastic! This wasn’t an issue for us, but …if you have mobility issues or have small children in strollers, I’d suggest staying at a hotel on top of the cliffs by the main upper area. This location requires many steps (181 from beach/marina, where it is located to top of cliffs) or a 100 meter Or so walk to the cliff side elevator to reach the main shopping area of town. We found the exercise exhilarating and a great way to burn off the pizza and pasta we ate!

Breakfast and lunch food provided was incredible. Host baked fresh pastries everyday and they were delicious. Bathroom down a flight of steps but we got used to that.
• Monica Saylor (10/5): Perfect spot as a home base to the entire region - Sorrento can be touristic. But this is the PERFECT home base. You are right at the dock so it is easy to go anywhere and everywhere from here. Just hop on a ferry! Aside from the location our hosts were AMAZING! They were so flexible and attentive. We had everything we could ever need and more. Just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things. Nothing for us. Might be challenging if you have mobility issues but not bad.

• Evangelia (10/5): Amazing location + view, exceptional host, a must stay while in Sorrento - Pamela is an incredible host. She is welcoming, proactive with communication, and extremely thoughtful and kind. She contacted us a few days before the stay to ensure we knew what mode of transportation to take (ferry is easiest), and met us as the marina to help with our bags and show us around. She baked fresh local pastries daily for us to try, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to make breakfast. She was easily accessible by phone for any questions or concerns. LOCATION: right on the water, incredible view, quiet and relaxing, very easy walk to elevator or stairs to access the city center. Super great access to all the beach clubs! Very safe and secure. FACILITIES: spacious room, comfortable bed, and so many courtesy items provided including beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash (shower has great water pressure too). WiFi works well. Kitchenette included espresso maker + pods, milk frother, panini press, and a generous amount of teas, fruits, and snacks. You won’t be hungry! Room was cleaned daily. Safe located in closet for any valuables that need storing. HOST: again, Pamela was amazing. She noted it was my birthday at check in and surprised us with an incredible thoughtful and kind gesture. It made my birthday so special! She truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Sorrento was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend this property, and cannot wait to return in the future.

• Carmina (10/5): I would give Surriento Suites 10 stars if I could! - I recently stayed at a delightful Surriento Suites in Sorrento and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, easy to contact, offering great local tips on where to eat, where to eat, and the best times to visit nearby spots like Positano, Capri, and Amalfi. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a cozy Mediterranean charm and a sea view. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main square, in Marina Grande. Despite being so central, the B&B was quiet and peaceful at night. If you’re looking for a more personal and authentic experience in Sorrento, I can’t recommend this place enough!

• justine (10/5): excellent stay in a great location - this was a great location, right in marina picolla so if you are doing excursions to capri/positano it’s the perfect place. you can take the stairs or elevator up to the main area of sorrento and walk into town. the owner is so sweet and bakes fresh pastries daily. my husband forgot his bag and she immediately messaged me and sent it out to us back in NJ. slow wifi 2 flights of stairs to get back up in the room - wasn’t bad for us but just keep in mind based on your mobility!

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Simply the best! Great location in the heart of Sorrento by the beach and boats. We walked 1 minute from our room to a secluded beach with tranquil warm water with castle fortification back drop and boats on the other side. We were feet from the ferries which made it easy to get to Capri and Positano. It’s a hike up lots of steps to Sorrento town, but we did it every day and it was our way of burning off all the calories we ate each day. The hostess Pamela is a gem! You can’t find a nicer person. She is the gold standard in hostesses. She generously supplied the room with piles of Italian snacks, olives, tons of cheese cold cuts and bread. Yogurts, waffles, pancakes and cookies. Pamela also made fresh cakes every morning, each one was amazingly delicious. Any time we need more of the foods/snacks she replaced them immediately. You will not find a better hostess, place and accommodation in Sorrento. First rate, 5 stars! We loved every minute here. We were so sad to leave, but will return again. Thanks again for everything Pamela! going home!!

The breakfast was Over the top with Fresh fruit, waffles, pastries, juice,milk, multiple coffee selections, snacks, meat, cheeses, yogurt. A LONGER STAY :)
• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved our stay here, host Pamela has set the gold standard in hospitality. The suite was sparkling clean, very comfortable (the most comfortable bed of our trip) and many extras like fruit, delicious cakes, coffee, tea, biscuits etc. Brilliant location by harbour and there is a grocers, cafe and a couple of cafes just around the corner, or use lift or steps for fast access to the upper town. Nothing, it was all great.
• Heidi (9/5): Perfect - we loved the location and Pamela was an amazing host! - Great host - Pamela was So responsive. - would text back answers within minutes. The included breakfast was all in your room - provided everything that you could imagine food wise and for your stay.. She made us a delicious cake everyday which was a bonus. Speaks perfect English and gave us great information upon arrival. Very accommodating! The room was great, but could be quirky for some - bathroom down a flight of stairs. Didn't bother us at all, but could for some in the middle of the night

• Annie (10/5): Outstanding location with a super friendly Host that exceeded all our expectations. - We do a lot of international travel. Pamela the host was most amazing host we have ever had. She insisted on carrying our suitcases and spent an hour with us providing guidance on local attractions and best transport options. The breakfast offerings were beyond believable - she provided so much food and then baked a fresh cake for us every day. AMAZING👌 Also responding to any Qs we had during our stay. I could only rate her hosting as 110%👌 Nothing really - only to be aware as described in the description that the very large bathroom facility is down some steps on the floor below.
• Laraine (10/5): Perfect Stay - Communication with Pamela was fantastic from the start. She gave hints and tips on how to get to the apartment rather than tacking the stairs! Everything was thought of during our stay. The extensive food options, homemade limoncello, daily homemade cakes, phone chargers and toiletries! Every day the room was cleaned and it was spotless each day for our arrival. On arrival Pamela was so friendly and welcoming showing us around the area. There is a lift into Sorrento which we took advantage of, the marina for boat trips and ferry's and nice restaurants too. We even left some gifts in the room and Pamela took the time to post them to us! I was blown away by Pamela's hospitality and have been recommending her apartments to all my family and friends. Such a lovely stay! Nothing.

• Deborah (10/5): Magnificent in every aspect of our stay - This is a genuine review even though you might think it is fake because there is nothing to fault with this property. It totally exceeded our expectations and Pamela was the perfect hostess. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries or problems we had were solved by Pamela. The location was perfect - not far from the Sorrento restaurants and shopping area and not far from the dock and a short walk to the train station. If you need help with organising a tour then Pamela will also help with that. The variety of food that was provided to our room was outstanding and topped up every day. On top of that Pamela BAKES!!! Fresh cake every day. It's unbelievable. If you don't book this property you won't know understand how much you are missing out on when you stay at other properties. Pamela is a gem - thank you so much I can't think of anything Pamela could have improved on. This property is outstanding.

• Carosell (10/5): Perfect Sorrento accomodation - Pamela and Alessio made sure everything is perfect! Upon arrival she spent a lot of time orienting us to Sorrento and their apartment. The location is perfect! Quiet with the soothing sound of the ocean waves. Pamela made us the most delicious cakes! The apartment is well stocked with assortment of breakfast even lunch treats. Everything is clean. Bed is comfortable. The apartment is a good size. There’s only the 2 of us but can easily accommodate 4 people. We can’t say enough great things about this place! Home away from home! Super comfortable! Everything is perfect! Nothing we did not like.

We were jet lagged so appreciated a midnight snack. Amazing view from the room Location - right next to the ferries Nothing all. Will come back to Sorrento to just stay here again
• Oisín (10/5): Exceptional - Without a doubt, it was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Pamela was an amazing host. She baked the most delicious cakes fresh each day and made sure that we had every imaginable thing we needed. We have never experienced such amazing hospitality. We will certainly be back! The accommodation itself was so convenient and close to everything, I couldn't recommend enough.

Kitchen filled with everything from juices to snacks cheese and meats . Pamela even carried my big heavy suitcase up the stairs for me . She greeted us at the harbor too. No complaints

• Nicki29 (10/5): Paradise in Sorrento - My husband and I recently stayed with Pamela for four nights. We had the most amazing time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Pamela is a wonderful hostess and exceeded our expectations with the exceptional cakes she baked for us daily and the breakfast provided. The location for us was ideal as everything we needed was right on our doorstep. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you could possibly need. Pamela helped us with anything with needed and provided us with all the information for our outings. I highly recommend Sorriento Suites to anyone holidaying in Sorrento. We certainly will return.
• Samuel (10/5): There is no reason to look anywhere else if you are staying in Sorrento - Everything. This was single handedly the best booking.com stay i have ever had (and it isn’t close). The hosts are amazing, welcoming, and unbelievably kind. The room itself was phenomenal and in a perfect location to experience Sorrento. 10/10 above and beyond. Not even one complaint!

• Anna (10/5): Beautiful, quiet, spacious and a gracious host at Surriento Suites. Loved our stay here and highly recommend! - It was a very clean and spacious room and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lots of options for breakfast and also provided us some bottled water which was super helpful for our day excursions. One of the best places we have ever stayed! It was also peaceful and quiet so we could leave windows open and listen to the waves. The only downside is because it is near the water, there are a lot of steps to take (or the lift which isn’t free) to get to city center. However, that wasn’t a deterrent for us. Knowing this I would absolutely stay there again if I were to return to Sorrento.

Pamela was super helpful and easy to communicate with. And ske baked a cake for us each day. Very difficult to say anything negative about this place.

She met us near the apartment and then took the time telling us about the area and how to get to other parts of the Amalfi coast, as well as taking the stairs or elevator up to the streets of Sorento. As a bonus, each day she delivered some homemade cakes!
• Eva (10/5): The best stay in a 3-week vacation in Italy, staying in six cities! We would come back again! - We loved everything about this property!! Our suite was spacious, beautiful & clean. The views from our suite & the marina activity were enjoyable to watch throughout the day & evening. Pam, our host was so gracious to meet us, help with our luggage & share all the details of the area & Sorrento, but her specialty was spoiling us daily with her delicious baked treats! We found ourselves excited each day to get back to our suite & see what Pam had made for us that day. Surriento Suites was a four-night stay for us to rest from an already long two weeks in Italy, see Pompeii & ferry out to Capri. We could not have asked for a better place to rest & enjoy this area. Great location to all the activities in Sorrento yet quiet & tucked away at the end of the Marina. We cannot complain about anything regarding the suites, but the building can get busy at certain hours & be a bit noisier than expected if you are a light sleeper.
