- Lowela Joy (5/5): It was just so-so. I'll think twice before staying here again. - Breakfast has a variety of options. Water pressure and heater are working. I dont even get the purpose of having an online check-in when in fact when we arrived at the hotel lobby, the line for check-in was too long! It took us 1hr+ (mind you we were in the priority lane already since we were with an infant). And when I got to the counter, the staff informed me that the rooms were not yet ready and are still being cleaned. Imagine, we were already in line for 1hr+, check-in is at 2pm, it is past 2:30 pm. Though she initiated looking for the first room to be available but she came back to me advising that the room was cleaned already but is still waiting for a supervisor to inspect it first. Key card isnt functioning, I past my floor, went back to the GF and had to reverify it to the lobby again. One of the staff bumped me in the bfast area and didnt even recognize what he's done. Very disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety of choices for all palates. Lobby and event venue airconditioning were poor. It felt warm and stuffy at the lobby and at the second floor event spaces.

The hotel lobby looks so chaotic and waiting time to get an elevator is too long. Too loud and noisy that time. I hope they will be more organize in the lobby area. Make it presentable how it looks like, as this the very first thing the guest will see if they will stay in the hotel. First impression lasts.

- Romina (9/5): Great family staycation hub! - The proximity to Mall and the Coliseum makes it a wonderful place to stay. The location is in the heart of Quezon City. The concierge is great (Jasmine was very accommodating)! The have a great selection at the breakfast buffet (adobo is a must try!). Cocktails at the pool bar tasted amazing! Holidays are difficult and they can't catch up with the influx of guests. My rooms were turned over 430pm and 4pm (good thing we had 3 rooms reserved). Pool tends to be very full and kids with floaters use the adult pool as well. Best if they can add a pool since the Garden has limited use.

- Dycoco (9/5): Excellent Family Getaway! - We really enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby establishments. The facilities were excellent, our kids especially loved the pool, and it was a great way for them to relax and have fun. We also appreciated that the gym is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for guests with different schedules. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. As for the breakfast buffet, although the dining area can get quite crowded during peak hours, the food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. None. Overall, we had a very pleasant and satisfying stay.

W pobliżu centrum handlowe oraz streetfood Jedynym minusem był pokój od strony basenu, gdzie wieczorem było dość głośno (impreza z głośną muzyką). Pomimo tego, że było to 11 piętro nie dało się spać. Jeśli masz duże przestawienie czasowe poproś obsługę o pokój z drugiej strony.

- RINA (10/5): とてもよかった！ - I had something to do at the next facility, but I thought it was a little far away, but it was right next to me." I will stay at this hotel again next time. The room is so clean. The area around the water is also clean. There were no bathtubs and pajamas, but there was no problem. I don't think there are any Japanese who don't like this place. I couldn't go to the fitness and swimming pool because I didn't have time, but I definitely want to use it next time. Breakfast buffet is available in a wide variety. You can enjoy Filipino food. I'm glad that my TV has Netflix and YouTube and two others built in. All the staff are polite, gentle and awesome! Anyway, it's awesome! 部屋が少し寒い。暖房がつかなかった。切っても寒い。

One of the great hotels to stay. The pool is not heated it would be nice if the pool can keep a temperaturr where kids will not shiever or get cold after getting off the pool.

The room is clean and the ac is so cool and the view outside is ok. We were expecting that we could watch videos on youtube but unfortunately there's no app on the tv. If there are two occupants, there should be two laundry bags available so there will be no hassle calling up the service desk to provide for extra piece.
