- Verified traveler (4/5): Caution - night club noise, smoke - Hotel overall fine. Ppl smoking in other rooms so smoke also filled our room. Mosquitos appearing randomly in the room at nite very annoying. There’s a night club on the 7th floor of hotel which makes it impossible to sleep. We would have moved hotels after first night but had already paid in full.

- 怡君 (10/5): - 除了入住第二天wife 很常發生問題還有吃早餐時因為人太多被一個餐廳阿姨很兇的說借過以外，其他都很好！
- YI HSUAN (10/5): - 非常棒的住宿地點，吃喝玩樂都在附近。除了早班服務人員很狀況外，其餘服務人員及房務員都很有禮貌親切有禮。下次還會再來入住
- TU (8/5): - 住宿時剛好遇到團客，實在是吵到不行，過了十二點還在吵，主要住房的底部門縫過大，所以噪音很容易進入。 整體環境不錯也夠整潔，只是床架會輕微搖晃，以及枕頭套的保潔包會因為頭部轉動有很大異音。 鄰近車站及夜市走路都可以到，很方便的一間旅館。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 住宿優缺點 - 優點:環境乾淨，大廳明亮，設備完善，距離夜市騎乘腳踏車5分鐘。 缺點:附設停車場太少，隔音設備不佳，酒客住宿會大呼小叫影響休息品質。

- Kuan Che (4/5): - 入住RM1302，第一晚打開水龍頭/沖洗馬桶後，瓷磚地面立即濕滑，淋浴僅供應低溫水，大熱天可勉強使用。隔日向櫃檯反應，方知在使用前需先通知 ” 請加熱 “ 才得改善，但地面濕滑3晚無法解決，必須穿拖鞋入內避免滑倒。另外，第一次早餐時，尷尬的拿錯全部混在一起，長短不齊/規格不一的黑色筷子勉強使用。第二次用餐時需張大眼睛，精挑細選才能找到規格一致的筷子，第三次用餐完畢，原本好意的向餐廳主管建議，但卻換來不愉快的爭執，不歡而散立即退房，留下不太舒服的住宿經驗。

- Verified traveler (4/5): 床鋪未清洗乾淨，全家人癢到睡不著 - 床單看起來乾淨，晚上睡覺時一家四口都癢到睡不著，爸爸還養到抓破皮。隔天早上到櫃台反應，並沒有要求退費只是希望告知飯店，竟得到以下回復：我們是以消毒水殺菌，可能是因為太敏感而造成的搔癢。請「太敏感」的旅客盡量不要入住此飯店。

- nanalimz (6/5): Alright - The lift broke down when we were there. We could use the lift when we check-in, around 2pm-3pm. However, in the night, we were not able to use the lift to our room. They assisted us to another lift, which is located at the shopping mall. As we stayed on the 12th floor, and the lift only serves us to the 8th floor, we had to climb 4 stories high. The rest was fine, breakfast is just alright.
