claudio (6/5): - Posizione fantastica, fronte lago con accesso diretto Mancano molte cose, la cucina ha giusto piatti posate e 3 pentole... non ci sono presine, non ci sono tovaglie, non c'è una macchina per il caffè, non ci hanno fornito di sacchi per fare la differenziata, non c'è una scopa, non c'è un fono... potrei continuare Insomma si prende un appartamento con angolo cottura per poter essere indipendenti, sono cose che costano 2 3 euro... anche un fono da campeggio va piu che bene.. vuol dire mettere l'ospite a proprio agio

Robert (7/5): Bella la location, ma un po' troppo vuoto - Bella la posizione a pochi metri dal lago e una bella vista dal balcone e parcheggio comodo L'appartamento non era totalmente pulito per terra, abbiamo trovato un sacchetto della spazzatura dei vecchi ospiti nascosto in balcone, la cucina vuota se non per posate, piatti, bicchieri e pentole varie ma niente olio, sale, pepe, caffè, Scottex. In bagno non erano presenti nemmeno un prodotto da utilizzare in per lavarsi se non due saponette per le mani. Le bocchette delle serrature di ogni porta della casa sono appoggiate e quindi cadono appena si sfiorano le porte che bisogna spingere bene per chiuderle. Poca insonorizzazione se non nulla, sentivamo le famiglie e i bambini degli appartamenti vicini di prima mattina con schiamazzi

Kerstin (6/5): Hat Potential, braucht aber etwas Liebe - An sich schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment in gepflegter Anlage mit schönem Pool in bester Lage, direkt an der Uferpromenade und kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Shops, bequme Matratze Viele Kleinigkeiten, die einem Gast gegenüber äußerst unhöflich sind. Wir hatten zwei Apartments nebeneinander, beide waren in ähnlichem Zustand: Apt 1 zwei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, fleckige Toilettenbrille, zwei defekte Nachttischlampen, Verdunklungsgardiene hing halb aus der Schiene, abgefallene Fliesen Balkon, verrosteter Wäscheständer, unappetitliche Fugen in der Küche, Mobiliar nicht nur altmodisch, sondern eindeutig abgewohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig. Apt 2: drei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, Dichtung an der Spüle defekt - es fließt mehr Wasser daneben, Mobiliar wie in Apt 1

Iversen (5/5): - Store fine leiligheter. Fint bassengområde med solsenger. God beliggenhet. Renholdet var ikke helt på topp, kjeks på gulvet og maur som kom inn. de var heller ikke godt nok vasket på rundt toalettet, luktet. Jeg sa i fra om kjeksene på gulvet og maurene , de sa at noen skulle komme å vaske,men ingen kom.

Predojević (4/5): Beautiful surroundings, but a poor apartment - The location of the apartment is the only excellent thing about this accommodation. We also didn’t see the host, but it was easy to arrange everything with him. The key was left in a lockbox, and even though we arrived quite late, we had no problems at all The gas stove was leaking, and we were scared. We kept checking with a lighter for a long time to see if it was leaking somewhere, because there was a strong smell every time we turned it on. The bed sheets were new but unwashed and smelled like plastic. In addition, the kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked even some basic items.
Alexb (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a great location right by the lake, but everything is in very poor condition. There are no mosquito nets, lots of insects, and the windows are hard to open and get stuck. The surrounding area is very dirty and neglected.
Hollie (8/5): Lovely views, greats owners, location a bit quiet. - The property had a good location, overlooking the lake, stunning views. The area around the property was a little quiet but close enough to walk up to Sirmione, within the hour. The beds were very comfortable and the smart tv was good so we could connect to Netflix. The owners communication was great, very quick responses. We wanted a property with a full kitchen so we could make dinners and eat overlooking the lake but the kitchen was lacking a bit, the utensils were not up to scratch, only one very blunt knife, no scissors, no chopping board, no tea towel, no kettle (we had to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea). It wasn’t terrible but could have had more equipment to make the stay a bit more comfortable.

Martin (8/5): Great place for visiting Sirmione - The place has (most) everything you need: the pool is clean and the lake is right outside the gate. The main street with the restaurants is a 3 minute walk away. Everything is a bit dated: the furniture is "out of style" and the sidewalks could use a simple power wash.

Leila (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The location was perfect. The view of the lake magnificent. The communication from the owner was exceptional. Sirmione is one of our favorite places in Italy to just relax and soak up sun and beautiful views. Great for families. Will definitely recommend this place. Better pillows are needed.
Kortelainen (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and clean apartment. Location is perfect. There is so few kitchen equipment, for example: no wineglasses.
Tetiana (6/5): Exelent Residence next to a noisy construction site. - The apparent was very nice, clean with rather well equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with a public garden view. The residence stuff was easy to reach via e-mail and booking.com chat. The location is beautiful and used to be very quiet in former years (we spent our May-June vacations in this area during many years). What we did not like were three construction sites in the area and all the noise associated with them. The worst of all was the construction site directly adjacent to the Residence Virgilio. The guest of the Residence could enjoy the cacophony of drills, saws, concrete mixers, hummers et cetera from 6:30 to 17-18:00 every day! The residence stuff did not warn us about the construction work nearby. Instead of relaxing at the spacious balcony or by swimming pool we had to leave the Residence early morning and keep away until very evening every day. In addition, the construction vehicles occupied a large part of the public parking space near the Residence during the day.
Denisa (9/5): Superb - Great location, appartment was clean, washing machine was very useful. There were dishes and kitchen had very good equipment. Ants in the bed in the living room, but not too much and just a little soap for 4 people for 2 days. Instead of this, everything was fine.
Nikola (6/5): Construction site is 10m from the terrace, insect problems. Good location, free parking, spacious. - Good location, great view from balcony, spacious, free parking. Quite old accommodation. The owner "forgot" to say that the construction site is 10m from the terrace. It is impossible to sit on the terrace because of the noise and dust, which is a shame considering the view. Plus, there is a big problem with ants, the owner gave us a spray to spray against ants in the bathroom. The question is why guests have to spray, couldn't it have been done earlier.
Peter (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation is close to the beach and shops. The accommodation had bought a new fridge but the old one was left there and turned off and was leaking water. So we had to mop the floor during our holiday. The owner did not respond to a request to fix the problem. The beds are very soft.

Cut down the plants on the balcony that’s blockning the wonderful view. The outsidepart of the AC is on the balcony. You cant sit there with the ac inside turned on, to noisy.
Jane (7/5): We enjoyed our holiday, despite this being the worst, and most expensive apartment we have ever stayed in around the lov - The Apt was in a super position, right on the lake, and enclosed with locked gates. We had a ground floor, with view of the lake…..nice. The pool was good, and the air con in the Apt was very good, and quiet. The Apt was also spacious, and the bed comfortable. The kitchen utensils were terrible, 4 forks and spoons, and 4 steak knives! The saucepans were all huge, and had bowed bases, so wobbled on the gas. The gas would not light with the self starters on 3 of the burners, so we bought a lighter. The frying pan was disgusting, so we bought a new one to use, and unfortunately forgot to pack it, so they have gained a decent frying pan. There were 4 thick water tumblers only, no wine glasses, no beer glasses! The shower was really bad, the water took ages to warm up, then changed rapidly, and often from hot to stone cold. We thought the microwave was broken, but discovered it was the socket that didn’t work at all, so we moved it. No toaster. There was a washing machine in a cupboard on the patio, but no iron or board, and no hairdryer or shower gel, which was no big deal, but unusual. Also the WiFi was just awful, we couldn’t do anything on line, and the TV was Italian only. There was no personal contact,except by what’s app, and generally the whole place needs a bit of TLC. It looks very shabby, especially around the pool area. It was definitely not worth the 2,000. Euros we had to pay, and we wouldn’t recommend it.
Roman (10/5): Very good place - Great location, beautiful and quiet place just on lake shore, view around, good pool, the room is clean and specious, appliances work properly. Good connection with owner(by WhatsApp ). The parking is free and always accessible No room service!!, no soap and shampoo supply, not enough cleaning tools. The garbage beans located little bit out of residence scope (about 100 m)
