- Patrycja (4/5): - The hotel’s location is perfect, and the staff genuinely tried to be professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a big disappointment. First of all, the rooms practically have no real windows. The glass is covered with a dark film, so no natural sunlight comes inside, and it’s impossible to open the windows. There is supposedly air conditioning in the room, but guests cannot control it themselves — you have to ask the reception to turn it on or off. As a result, the room feels like an aquarium, with almost no fresh air at all. The housekeeping staff also did not clean the rooms properly. In addition, the rooms are extremely noisy — you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, including the toilet. Overall, despite the excellent location, the stay was far below expectations

- Rébecca (8/5): - L'emplacement était idéal car nous avons pu faire une partie de nos visites à pied. Également il y a deux stations de métros à moins de 10 minutes a pieds. Enfin la chambre était bien grande ce qui est pratique pour faire des valises en voyage. Il y a une fontaine à eau dans le couloir et le personnel distribue aussi des bouteilles d'eau quotidiennement. Plusieurs produits sont mis à disposition : savon, shampoing, crème pour le corps, brosse a dents et dentifrice, rasoir, ... Le personnel du soir à l'accueil n'est pas très agréable. Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé

- TAKAKO (4/5): 毎回ここでも良いと思っていましたが 夜間のスタッフの対応の不親切さなどを考えると次回は他のホテルを検討しようと思います - とても気に入っていて3回目の宿泊です サウナがあるので旅の疲れを取るのにもとても良く ここのところの渡韓では毎回お世話になっています 古いホテルですが、いつもお掃除が行き届いていて、部屋も広く快適でしたが、今回は予約が埋まっていたためいつもと違うタイプの部屋しか空いておらずやむを得ず取った部屋のタイプでしたが まずコンセントタップと空調の汚れが酷かったのと 水回りが洗面所の流れも悪かったり トイレのウォシュレットから水漏れがありズボンの裾を捲らないと濡れてしまう状態でした。

- Татьяна (10/5): Отличное расположение, номер и сервис - Ежедневная уборка в номерах. Номер просторный и каждый день докладывали новые туалетные принадлежности и меняли полотенца. Отель находится через дорогу от "русского района", что стало неожиданностью приятной для нас. Горничные говорили на русском языке, администраторы - на английском . Заселение прошло быстро, на стойке всегда был алминистратор Рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны, торговые центры. До метро ближайшего идти 5 минут Мы сходили один раз в сауну. Она была включена в стоимость номера. Для человека, кто первый раз в корейской сауне там не хватает англоговорящего администратора. Женщина администратор была нервной и пыталась мне что то объяснить на корейском. Всё надписи внутри только на корейском, английского нет вообще. Это очень неудобно. Обучите, пожалуйста, администратора базовым фразам на английском. Окна в номере были, но они в несколько слоёв стекол (вилимо от ветра)и там сделано какое то мутное стекло, то есть улицу через него не видно, но солнечный свет проходит.

- Wessel (4/5): why? - I really liked the location close to the train station and ddp 저는 한국에 살고 있지만 아직 한국어가 많이 능숙하지 않습니다. 친구를 만나기 위해 이 호텔에 하룻밤 묵게 되었고, 원래 예약했던 다른 호텔이 여행 하루 전에 예약을 취소해서 이곳을 대신 예약했습니다. 가격과 위치, 리뷰도 좋아 보여서 선택했습니다. 처음 체크인할 때는 문제가 없었습니다. 저는 서울을 돌아다닐 예정이어서 객실 열쇠를 프런트에 맡겨두었습니다. 저녁에 돌아와서 한국어로 열쇠를 요청했는데, “열쇠”라는 단어만 몰라서 그 단어만 영어로 말했습니다. 게다가 감기에 걸려 있어서 크게 말하기도 어려웠습니다. 하지만 직원은 짜증난 듯이 한숨을 쉬며 “아이씨”라고 말했고, 이후 “한국어 못하면 영어 해”라고 말했습니다. 저는 한국어로 대화를 하려고 노력하고 있었기 때문에 이런 반응이 매우 불쾌하게 느껴졌습니다. 이 경험 때문에 다시 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶지 않습니다. I live in Korea, but my Korean is still not very good. I stayed at this hotel for one night because a friend came to visit Korea and we wanted to meet in Seoul. My original hotel cancelled my reservation the day before the trip, so I booked this one instead. The price, location, and reviews all seemed good. When I checked in, everything seemed fine. Since I wanted to walk around Seoul, I left my room key at the front desk because it had a very large keychain attached. In the evening when I came back, I asked for my key in Korean. The only word I didn’t know was “key,” so I said that one word in English. I also had a cold and couldn’t speak very loudly. The receptionist reacted quite rudely. While I was trying to explain in broken Korean that I had left my key there, he sighed in an annoyed way and said “아이씨.” After giving me the key, he said in Korean, “If you can’t speak Korean, speak English” (한국어 못하면 영어 해), even though our whole conversation had already been in Korean. I know my Korean is not perfect, but I am trying my best. Because of this experience, I would unfortunately not choose this hotel again.
- Andrea (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig. Es gab kuschelige Daunenbetten. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sie haben eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, wenn man die Koffer noch dort lassen möchte.

- SHU MEI (7/5): - 1.飯店靠「東大門歷史文化公園站」2&5&4線地鐵共構，5號出口最近（只有樓梯）、四號有電梯，飯店往後走還有3號線「東大入口」要去景福宮、安國很方便。 2.飯店有微波爐，4樓有飲水機，飯店附近有7-11、GU；DDP附近也有egg drop吐司、Isaac吐司、olive young 3.如果你有買kkday或是klook行程，也很適合住在DDP附近，DDP也是一個巴士接駁點 1.晚班偶爾有個櫃檯阿伯很兇！會質疑你從哪裡來？為什麼不會講英文、韓文！；明明跟其他櫃檯工作人員都可以溝通，唯獨就那個阿伯聽不懂我們在講什麼！到底是誰的問題？ 2.房間門是喇叭鎖，每次離開飯店都要寄放鑰匙！很麻煩！ 3.是很舊的飯店了！浴室都會飄來臭味！不曉得是水管還是馬桶的 4.打掃阿姨很freestyle，一下子沒給水，一下子被子沒有換，還有備品補一半的！

- HARUMA (10/5): 最高！あけおめ~ - 東大門歴史文化公園駅から歩ける距離 目の前ではないけど横断歩道渡ってすぐだよーん 4番出口はエレベーター有り 5番出口は階段しかないけど一番近い でもまあほぼ変わらん オススメです 一番近いコンビニはセブイレ、少し行ったところにCUとGSあります、駅の近くの公衆トイレがめっちゃ綺麗 近くが栄えてるからわりとずっと遊べる フロントのおっちゃん達日本語喋ってくれるしフレンドリーですん 鍵がカードじゃなく鍵なので出る時返します 帰ってきたらフロントに部屋番言って鍵もらいます スーツケース預かってくれます サウナ入りに本国の人達もよく来てたり良い場所 なにより立地とコスパが良い 結構いつも売り切れ スーツケース充分広げれる 浴槽あり、歯ブラシとかもあるよんシャントリボディソープも！ 水圧ちょい弱い トイレットペーパー流せますよん 全身鏡ある部屋とない部屋ある 運 ハンガー3つ 各階にウォーターサーバーと電子レンジある お湯もある オンドル無し ドライヤーちょい弱い いつも水2本くれる まじで立地が良い カードじゃないから鍵いちいち返さなあかん 髪の毛落ちてること多い 部屋によってはなんか音が鳴ることがある オンドルがない 水圧が弱い 声は聞こえる 上の階とかドタドタ音も聞こえる 鍵の受け渡しがめんどい

- CHIZUKO (10/5): 安定のリラックス - 定宿にしているので、フロントの方といつも楽しく韓国語でお話しています。 建物は古いですが、清掃がゆきとどき、部屋が広く、お風呂も広くのんびりできます。 どこへ観光に行くにもロケーションが良いです。 特にないです。

- KIKUKO (7/5): 最新ホテルで無いので、安らげました。 - 無料で使えるサウナがあった、部屋が広い、部屋にも浴槽があった事がよかった。便利な場所にありながら、裏通りで小さな街のような場所で安らぎます。 古いホテルなので、昔からの古い匂いがする事が気になる方もいるかもしれませんが、私的には部屋広さと無料で使用できるサウナかあるので、又泊まりたいと思います。

- jinhee (5/5): - 너무 낡아서 오래된 가정집 분위기, 다른 거에 우선해서 리뉴얼된 객실을 강력 추천 했어야 함. 옆방의 외국인이 늦게 들어와 소음이 벽이 없는 듯 전해져서 수면에 방해를 받음
