• Wainhaus (1/5): Estafa - Nos estafaron. Llegamos a hacer el check in 19h. después de todo un día de viaje, habiendo hecho este reserva con casi un mes de antelación. Nos "atendió un hombre" que dijo que no tenía disponibilidad. Al decirle que teníamos reserva solo decía: no no no! (Todo con el traductor porque solo hablaba su idioma). Al pedirle que anulara nuestra reserva nos decia: no no no! Que la teníamos que anular nosotros... Hice el reclamo a booking.com y ellos me mandaron a reclamar a Agoda.. pero claro, para reclamar en Agoda necesito una reserva en Agoda... Y mi reserva es de booking.com.. Todo mal! Nos estafaron. Jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kaffe, Tee und kleine Snacks wie Toast mit Marmelade und Bananen täglich kostenlos verfügbar.

• Tim (9/5): - Perfect place for a short stopover when traveling from Bangkok to one of the islands. Great value for money, hard to beat for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was smooth and easy. Ideal for a one-night stay if you’re just passing through. Would definitely recommend.

Les réceptionnistes ne sont pas aimable du tout. Elles ne disent même pas bonjour. Les draps ne sont pas fournis et si on les demande, c'est compliqué pour eux de les donner. Ça n'était pas très propre.

• Kim (8/5): Prima verblijf op doorreis - Prima knus hotel voor een nachtje op doortocht. Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen in de ochtend een klein ontbijtje met thee of koffie, toast en een banaan. Leuke naar 2 leuke night markets geweest die de dame van de receptie adviseerde. De een traditioneel Thais en de ander modern met leuke stalletjes. Bij beide ook heerlijk gegeten
• Stephanie v (8/5): Affordable central location - Affordable accommodation at a very good location right in downtown. We were there for Songkran and were right in the action. Airconditioning, private bathroom, beds were ok, balcony, water bottles every day, big TV screen of smart tv. What isn't advertised but what was nice to have included: free simple breakfast with coffee, tea, bananas and toast. One night we had no sleep at all as kids were running through the hotel corridors screaming and bouncing balls against the doors, even as late as 3am. This could have been monitored and cut short. I notified staff, but got no response or feedback in the moment nor afterwards.

Breakfast was available (coffee, toast and bananas) which was a nice touch. We were only there for one night but it was a nice base for Surat Thani. A couple of ants near the bathroom and staircase outside our room needs decorating as it is a little bit run down looking.

• Lorna (10/5): Quiet, spotless room in near the centre with great staff - I loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind & helpful. The room was spotless plus hot shower, free water everyday, coffee & toast available in reception every morning. The hotel was quiet (I had a balcony overlooking a Frangipani tree!). Location is good (5 min walk to Ace Gym, 14 min walk to the night market, 30 min walk to The Riverside - drinks and dinner by the river). If I come back to Surat Thani I will definitely stay here. The wifi was generally fast but occasionally dropped out (might have been my room?).

Fueron muy amorosos de guardar nuestras maletas mientras estábamos en la isla. El personal si bien era muy amable, era muy difícil comunicarse, ya que saben muy poquito inglés

При заселении мы выбрали время, оплатили, получили квитанцию. На следующий день нас вовремя забрала маршрутка и отвезла в офис к автобусу на пирс. Все это стоило всего 300 бат. Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый старались помочь по всем вопросам. Сам номер производит неоднозначное впечатление. Большой новый телевизор с пультом-указкой и смарт ТВ и уютный рабочий уголок как в европейском бизнес-отеле, но часть мебели старая. Дверь в номер новая из дерева, но дверь в ванную ободранная, как будто поставили б/у. Кроме того, она высотой 170 см, а мы высокие, поэтому бились головой, пока не привыкли нагибаться автоматически. Кровати удобные, но постельное белье синтетическое. В целом, на одну ночь, конечно же, вполне хорошо, чтобы переночевать с дороги и дождаться парома на острова. Пододеяльники не предусмотрены, поэтому просили их дополнительно.. Расположение в тихом проулке, рядом 7/11, много ресторанов и кофеен, в 8 минутах ходьбы большой торговый центр с фудкортом. На ресепшне стоит термопот с кипятком, круглосуточно есть стаканы и чай. Утром сервируют небольшой завтрак - можно поджарить тост со спредом и джемом, бананы.

• Anna (10/5): A wonderful stay, the best budget choice! - What a wonderful place to stay! We had the most peaceful relaxing visit here. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious with the most comfortable bed for the best sleep we've had in Thailand! The linen and towels were impeccably clean and smelled so nice - I even asked where to find their laundry detergent to make the laudry smell so good. :) The hard-working friendly cleaning lady did a fantastic job to keep everything clean, and she spoke excellent English. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly, and large TV worked fine for accessing news channels (in English) via hotel's provided account. The front desk ladies and a gentleman who works night hours were friendly and welcoming. Complimentarily simple morning snack (toast, jam, bananas) and coffee/coco were available for self-service from 7a.m., and in our case of early morning departure we were invited before 7a.m. - thank you! Walking to excellent night market and local bus station was totally manageable, and finding the hotel's location was easy and straightforward. And, all of these great benefits at the budget affordable hotel price under $20 per night! I have no hesitation giving solid 10 out of 10 for this place based on our experience, and would return to this very hotel if we travel again to the friendly real city of Surat Thani. A minor issue - the AC wall unit had a little dripping on the floor.
