La suite est très grande et ben mieux que les chambres mais tout le mobilier est vieillissent. Mais pour le prix c'est parfait. D'ailleurs je vais y revenir la semaine prochaine Petit dejeuner trop Vietnamien, il manque des bons croissants et delicatesses, pas de bonne confiture etc... et pour un Cappuccino il faut payer un supplément :-(

Le petite dejeuner était moyen, pas de croissants, pas de machine a cafe pour expresso ou Capuccino. Petit Dej pour Vietnamiens :-(

• To Nga (6/5): Nous avons attendu plus pour 5 etoiles. - La chambre est tres joli, emplacement est bien. Rooftop ferme deja de 21h meme si ca a ete marqué à 22h sur les panneaux. Le seul hotel avec la piscine ferme à 18h... (nous avons reste dans 5 hotels pendant notre voyage) Les personnels sont vraiment tres moins sympa, meme si avec les etrangers ou avec les viet. Il y a meme une personne a la reception, il a demande le passport de mon ami francais, il regardait puis passer à un autre client sans rien dire à mon ami (pas de clé, pas de "attendre svp")
• Steffen (9/5): Super - Die Suite war geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet, sauber. Der Roomservice funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war wie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Abfluss der Badewanne war undicht, so dass das Wasser nicht in der Wanne blieb. Der Schlauch in der Dusche war leider auch undicht, so dass nur die Regendusche genutzt werden konnte.

Some men proudly and openly smoked at the table during early breakfast of October 22nd, and the servers totally ignored it (or would not dare to say anything)

• Andrew (2/5): - We were there for a wedding. It is a big hotel and the condition is not so clean. Check in and out desk were not friendly . The buffer with lot of kids , some of them sneezing and coughing, they even touching foods with their hands . The ice machine was broken and they told us came to the bar to get ice and they charged us for that ice . Not happy with it .

• 519lanp (2/5): Stay away - find a better hotel elsewhere - Definitely NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel. Absolutely avoid this hotel if you want a stress-free, relaxing stay. This was the worse hotel in our 4 week tour of Vietnam. 1) Our room smelled of smoke and we requested a room change. Wqs told no rooms available and that they would “spray” the room. When we said that was unacceptable, they somehow found us an available room. 2) Safe wasn’t working and discovered it wasn’t bolted down. Told the front desk and they sent two separate reps to confirm what we told them. They replaced the safe but didn’t bolt it down. We placed items in there, locked it, and marked the room DO NOT DISTURB. Upon our return from dinner, we found the safe open and our headphones missing. After frantically talking with management and requesting hotel videos, we learned it was miscommunication between hotel staff and management. They moved our safe to another room and brought the non-functioning one back to our room. Totally unacceptable. 3) Breakfast was a feeding frenzy as if guests were eating their last meal and staff couldn’t keep up. Dishes, utensils, food were all in low supply. 4) no AC in any of the common areas and/or they turned it off right as breakfast ended. 5) Super slow room service when requesting items and management did not say anything to guests who were smoking in the restaurant even with clearly posted no smoking signs. We informed our tour company of our experience and recommended they remove this hotel from their list. We appreciated the bellman and his friendly service.
• Thong (6/5): - I like the reception staffs are very nice and kind. I don't like the building is a little bit hot when we walked in and even in the hallway. In the morning when we came down to eat breakfast , the food seems like almost empty but nobody's trying to refill.

• GrandTour328560 (2/5): Stay away from here, it’s shocking - This hotel was booked as a five star option for our Mekong delta tour and wow what a disappointment it was. Our tour guide was trying to get us checked in and this was not under our name which really wasn’t a problem, but my goodness the cold and totally uninviting attitude of the receptionist was almost palpable and so offensive. There was no air conditioning in the lobby and the heat was insufferable. This is listed as a five star. So we went to our room and the luggage staff (an older man) showed kindness and for our entire evening this was our only experience of any staff who showed care. The room was at best a 2-3 star and the bathroom 1-2 star. The bathroom had a shower curtain that was about 2’ above ground making floor wet from shower, towels were an old tattered off white sorry excuse for acceptable and to add to this was a sink plug with rust covering it. We decided to just get on with the stay and made plans to go out and when we put passports etc in the safe, it was not secured to the wardrobe and easy to lift, showing two holes in wardrobe back where it must have been secured at one time. Went to reception about this and was met with coldness that would not be acceptable in any customer service let alone a hotel that prides itself to be 5 star. She said she would upgrade us after making a call to management so we moved to this room with the same problem with the safe. So again we explained we needed a room with a secure safe and not necessarily a bigger room or an upgrade. Third move in the heat of the hotel with not one word of an apology or acknowledgment of this huge inconvenience but dismissive attitude. Breakfast was like a cattle mart and not one iota of help to find a seat or help finding stuff. Called reception this morning for help with luggage but no answer so when we arrived at reception a staff called “Thinh” saw us struggling and ran over to us to help, he was kind and so helpful and deserving of a work environment that is actually five star. Our second last night in Vietnam and I van safely say this hotel was dreadful.

• Tmai10903 (6/5): Solid stay - Not luxurious but a nice stay for families. We booked three rooms and really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, and the staff made sure to accommodate the vegetarians in our party. Rooftop bar was ok, not a whole lot to see, and strangely pricey. Inconvenient that the elevator doesn't go all the way up to the rooftop. Room could use a makeover, the bed was worn and fixtures unreliable. View from the room was odd, overlooking what appears to be an abandoned housing development. Staff were lovely and the location is a short walk away from Ninh Kieu wharf.
