Un petit bémol sur la vue du n33 Fenêtre à ne pas ouvrir donnant sur colonne de conduits des restaurants dégageant des odeurs de graisse. - Emma Liliendal (1/5): Ubehageligt og beskidt - Beliggenhed Vi var 4 piger, der havde booket et værelse sammen, og oplevelsen var desværre langt under forventning. Sovesofaen var direkte ulækker, i stykker og med tydelige brandmærker. Der lå endda en gammel trøje på den, som man kun kan gætte på, hvor længe havde ligget der. Lagenerne var beskidte, med pletter og der var endda skrevet på dem. Personalet var meget svære at kommunikere med, og vi brugte stort set hele vores første dag på at forsøge at få løst problemet. Efter flere timer kom de med en “ny” seng, som var så ubehagelig at sove på, at det næsten var ubrugeligt. De nægtede desuden at refundere noget som helst og var generelt ikke samarbejdsvillige. Der var også tydelige tegn på fugt i rummet, flere steder var beskadiget, og der stod en affugter midt i stuen, hvilket siger en del. Vi bad om nye håndklæder og toiletpapir, men det blev først leveret dagen efter, da de havde “glemt det”. Væggene var ekstremt lydtætte (man kunne høre alt), og en af lamperne blinkede konstant, når den var tændt. Den eneste positive ting ved opholdet var beliggenheden – ellers var det en virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Alt i alt spildte vi både tid og energi på at diskutere frem og tilbage med personalet, uden at få en reel løsning. Kan på ingen måde anbefales.
- Gianluca Signorino (6/5): Mi aspettavo molto di più - Posizione ottima, super centrale, comodo anche a metro e con ogni tipo di negozio vicino. La finestra era descritta come interno cortile, invece dava su una grossa griglia da cui uscivano forti odori di cibo tutto il giorno. L'appartamento, nonostante sia stato ristrutturato presenta diversi segni di usura. Anche il palazzo è in condizioni appena sufficienti.

- MARIO (9/5): Muito bem localizado! - Gostamos muito da localização (perto de tudo que queríamos), inclusive, na mesma rua existem vários restaurantes, cafés, lojas, etc. Também ficamos satisfeitos com a atenção e gentileza que recebemos da Sra Sandra (recepção do check-in), e demais funcionários da equipe, que sempre se colocam à disposição para tirar nossas dúvidas e solucionar algum problema. Como aconteceu no caso do ar condicionado, pois ao chegarmos no apt o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Ao comunicar tal problema à equipe, trataram de instalar um ar condicionado portátil que foi muito eficiente durante nossa estada. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar e também indicaremos para nossos amigos.

- Daniel (9/5): Estación buena, gente muy amable y muy respetuosa - Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la ubicación al lado del centro, y muchas cosas al lado de donde nos hospedamos, y luego la gente era muy amable y nos permitieron salir más tarde y todo El alojamiento estaba bien, pero estuvimos la noche del 23 al 24 en otro apartamento, supuestamente era para 3 y el día 24 al 26 era de 4 personas, pues era más grande el apartamento de 3 personas que el de 4, y luego en el de 4 personas la zona de cocina era muy pequeña con respecto al otro, las sartenes eran de juguete, y luego el baño pasaba lo mismo era más grande el de 3 que el de 4, pero bueno el personas muy majo y muy amables todos

- DAVID (6/5): Despite all the faults we enjoyed our stay in Madrid. - Location Lack of kitchen items - chopping board/breadboard, scissors, etc. The plug-in air conditioner wasn’t connected to the hole in the wall so it wouldn’t have worked. The kettle element was coated with a thick layer of blackened limescale. Lack of soundproofing - The doorbell ringtone constantly sounded even at 5am with young folk returning from a night out.

- Marisa (8/5): Centralissimo globalmente una bella esperienza - Posizione eccezionale/ palazzo elegante in centro/ appartamento piccolo ma con arredi moderni e nuov/ i staff disponibile anche se non in presenza Il sistema di ingresso completamente telematico è poco chiaro e veramente complesso anche per i giovani eravamo in diversi davanti alla porta senza capire come entrare Manca qualche gancio o attaccapanni o appoggio per i vestiti e le cose sia in camera che in bagno..Mancavano articoli da toilette ,magari un mini sapone sul lavabo o uno shampoo e solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica, per chi arriva di sera tardi e sta pochi giorni sono utili se no sii deve andare a fare spesa....
- Ana (7/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy coqueto - El apartamento es muy cuco, muy bien ubicado y la atencion por el anfitrion muy buena. Entramos más tarde de la hora por el servicio de limpieza a las 14:30 h y teníamos el teatro a las 15:00 h por lo que no pudimos llegar a la hora de inicio y perdimos el tour VIP que teníamos de los Miserables. También las camas, las dos individuales genial, pero el sofá cama es muy endeble y se clavan los muelles. La manivela de la puerta de entrada del apartamento está para reparar.

Dalle foto mi aspettavo altro invece l’ho trovato sporco e messo male.. muri sporchi , divano imbrattato, muffa in bagno, porte marce.. riscaldamento non funzionante, ho dovuto dormire con 3 coperte. Non è per niente insonorizzato , si sente qualsiasi cosa. La reception si trova a 500 metri dall’appartamento, quindi per lasciare i bagagli devi farti il pezzo a piedi.

- Katherine (9/5): Lovely stay at this place as it is in the perfect location and felt safe to stay in. - There were clear directions for how to access the apartment, and they were easy to follow. However, it definitely took patience to figure it out on our first try because there were three separate doors that needed to be unlocked. We liked that we felt very safe and secure, so it definitely is a good thing. Nothing bad! Just took the time to figure out the doors, and thankfully, there was another tenant who was able to help us out.

- Vanesa (9/5): Ubicación perfecta para hacer compras o recorrer lugares de interés. - La ubicación es excelente a metros de callao y gran vía, el estudio muy lindo, bastante descuidado, si bien estaba limpio los muebles, puerta de baño, mesada del baño horrible, estan feos de mantenimiento. La atención del personal muy buena. El acceso por app es práctico. Habia mucha juventud intensa con los ruidos en el edificio. Pero en general todo muy bien. Estuve 2 noches en fin de semana. Quizá durante la semana es mas tranquilo. Los ruidos de la calle no se sienten para nada. Detalles de los muebles, baño, mesa y sillón bastante manchado.

El apartamento en general está bien para descansar y tenerlo todo cerca . El baño es un poco agobiante, es muy pequeño y para 5 personas más. El sillón cama es muy incómodo y está muy sucio. La verdad es que daba asco sentarse.

Lo único que en la habitación 33 abría que arreglar el grifo de la ducha ya que no se mantiene y tampoco puedes subirlo porque no soporta el peso, es lo único y es algo mínimo para el resto
- Pérez Cabrera (4/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación Había mucho ruido dentro de la habitación por el motor de la calefacción, dimos parte pero no pudieron hacer nada. En el edificio habían fiestas todas las noches, mucho ruido, mucha música y gente hablando y gritando hasta altas horas de la madrugada. El timbre suena a todas horas porque tienen centralizado el timbre de cada habitación del apartamento. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

- Julia (2/5): - Noisy, in a block of student accommodation. Tiered and in need of a makeover. An ever present vibration noise meant sleep would have been impossible. We left and to be fair, our complaint was handled very quickly and with the desired outcome.
- Camila (9/5): - Alquilamos un apartamento de 3/4 personas para 2, para mayor comodidad. Y fue excelente, igual que la foto que había visto al reservar, estaba limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para que no nos falte nada en nuestra estadía (mantas, nevera, secador de pelo, herbidor). La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene ventanas a patios interiores así que no entra luz , sabía que sería así pero hay q tenerlo en cuenta que será un poco oscuro

- IKEHARA (6/5): - チェックインカウンターの人が気さくで、マドリードの美味しいお店を色々教えてくれた 夜中2時に一階の中庭で若者が大騒ぎして眠れなかった チェックアウトは11時なのに、10時50分に部屋に入れなくなった 荷物が部屋の中にあるため、チェックインカウンターに行ってカギを解除してもらったりホテルを往復して大変だった
- Valencia (9/5): Madrid biennnnn - La ubicación excelente , la cama super bien cómoda, grande para dos, limpia. El apartaestudio era pequeño pero con todo lo necesario En cuánto al ruido..... muchísimo porque se hospedan como estudiantes se reúnen en alguna habitación con amigos y ponen música duro y mucho ruido y se supone que esto está prohibido y hasta altas horas de la noche
