- Bundilla (9/5): Great located hotel. - Probably the best location in Cologne. Waking up at the foot steps of the cathedral. The staff were very friendly. Bed linen and towels were dated. Bed sheets felts almost plastic like and the towels old. They need to be updated.

- Berger (9/5): - Sehr gute, ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dom. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Moderne Ausstattung. Unangenehm laut waren die automatisch schliessenden Zimmer- und Korridortüren

Angenehmer Raum fürs Frühstück, prima, dass man auch am Abend noch ein Getränk bekommen kann. Besonders hier Lage. Zimmer ( zum Innenhof, Ostseite) wirklich leise. Vorhänge sind so dicht, dass die Sonne uns nicht wecken konnte. Einzig die Größe der Dusche erhält ein kleines Minus, die ist recht eng.

- Kathleen M O'Sullivan (9/5): Fabulous Location ! - The Location is fabulous! Near the cathedral, restaurants, train station, water, shops etc. We walked from the train station. There are about 7or 8 steps into this hotel but the staff are very helpful with bringing up the cases. The breakfast is excellent with a selection of hot & cold dishes, I did not like the entrance steps as we had 2 large suitcases and are in our late 60's. The staff helped us to take the cases down when we were leaving but my husband had to lift them up when we arrived. Please ask the reception staff to help if needed as they are very help[full

- Betul Taskent (8/5): - Konumunu çok sevdik, yatağı rahattı. Katedral manzarası güzeldi. Keşke yatak başı tam tersi yerleşimde olsaydı. Nevresimler lekeliydi, havlular eskimişti. Yatağın altında boş kutu içecek vardı, temizlik sırasında kontrol edilmeliydi.
- Imtiaz (10/5): Had a pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again the next time I am here for the exhib - The location and especially the attitude of the staff in particular Fräulein Laura. She was kind enough to offer me an upgraded room ahead of check-in time, which gave me the opportunity to relax after my transatlantic flight from Toronto. It is staff like these that make the overall experience even more memorable and enjoyable. No complaints.

- Małgorzata (8/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt - Ładny widok z okna i blisko centrum. Pokój raczej duży, wygodne łóżko, szafa, klimatyzacja, biurko i fotelik, lodówka, łazienka średniej wielkości. Ogólnie czysto. Wystrój standardowy. Bardzo, bardzo słabe WiFi . Miejsce do palenia zaraz przed wejściem do budynku co powoduje, że wejście i wyjście do hotelu jest wyjątkowo niekomfortowe.

Très bonnes prestations, belle chambre, petit déjeuner copieux et bien fourni. J'ai déjà séjourné dans cet établissement dans le passé, et reviendrai avec plaisir.

The staff was great, so polite and helpful with all my requests - great people in reception desk. Breakfast was very good and varied - impossible not to find something for each taste. I loved everything about this hotel and I will definitely return!

Matrassen waren voorzien van plastic hoes, dat is zeer vervelend want leidt tot enorme warmte en zweten. Dekbedden waren ook synthetisch dus je ligt dat in soort regenpak. Stikheet! Midden in de nacht wakker en receptie moeten bellen. We kregen extra lakens want dekens (katoen of wol) waren er niet. Receptionist deed wel zijn best. Verder goed geslapen.

- Peter (7/5): Ganz Gut. Wir werden das nächste Mal aber ein anderes Hotel buchen. - Das Zimmer war hintenraus. Schlechte Sicht aber dafür Ruhig. Frühstücksraum waren die Tische (Stühle) zu eng gestellt. Abends in der Bar (Theke)nichts los. Also ging es aufs Zimmer. Kein Parkplatz am Hotel und im Parkhaus gegenüber zu voll, es war Sonntag. Fast eine Stunde Wartezeit.

Location for sightseeing everything around the Cathedral is fantastic and all in walking distance! rooms were available early and comfortable. Customer service was top notch. Being able to see the Cathedral at night is a breathtaking experience. Only surprise was we had expected beds together and we received 2 twin bed.

O hotel era muito bom, fomos muito bem atendidos, café da manhã bem variado e gostoso. O quarto era confortável, e atendia a nossa expectativa. Elevador grande, o que é difícil ver pela Europa. Perto do hotel tem muito comercio e ótimos restaurantes. Adoramos Colônia e nossa estadia. Voltaríamos com certeza!

- Daisy (10/5): Absolutamente recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de trenes, al frente de la catedral, cerca de comercios y zonas turísticas para ir a pie, y es una zona muy segura. El desayuno extraordinario y las habitaciones comodísimas.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Blick zum Dom war phantastisch. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer. Und der Roboter Marie (von uns als Heinzelmännchen 2.0 bezeichnet) war ein Hingucker im Frühstücksraum.
