- Olena (10/5): - Мы были в дороге 16 часов, необходимо было отдохнуть и отель с пометкой «звукоизоляция комнат» был решающий, нам необходимо было выспаться чтобы продолжить свой путь. И каково же было наше удивление что отель три звезды по ощущениям был как 5 звезд! Роскошные завтраки, белоснежная постель, удобные подушки и матрац, всё чисто. Мы очень счастливы, что дали нам отдохнуть и вкусно поесть 🫶А сразу за отелем нам открылся второй сюрприз-старый город. Локация у отеля-отличная и прогулка скрасила наш отдых ещё больше. Вы-молодцы;)

- Oleg RUS (8/5): A great solution for a weekend tourist trip. - Excellent location, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff and underground public parking nearby. It's a bit noisy after 11:00 PM due to the large number of bars nearby. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom.

- Susan (9/5): Comfortable friendly contemporary hotel in a great location - Location a little hidden in a small square off Heumarkt, but they give clear directions, and it’s really central in the old town, close to the river, we were easily able to walk everywhere. Great selection of food at breakfast, room very clean and well fitted, new, contemporary. Helpful staff, 24 hour reception, apparently. Nothing, we loved it.

- Heike (10/5): Schönes Hotel in super Lage - absolut empfehlenswert. - Das Hotel hat eine super zentrale Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, kompetent und absolut hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und vielfälltig.

- Inken (10/5): Super Lage- jederzeit wieder - Super Lage ( fussläufig zum Bhf, Musicaltheater, Rhein, Altstadt, Maritim), sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Parkermässigung im Parkhaus am Heumarkt ( statt 32 € 15 € für einen Tag), leckeres Frühstück ( es gab auch Lachs und Bircher Müsli), es wurde auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit noch nachgelegt Die Badaufteilung mit der Dusche zwischen Zimmer und Toilette ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig und nur eine Glastür zwischen Bad und Zimmer ist für ein Paar kein Problem aber für zusammen reisende Freundinnen ggf schon, der Frühstücksbereich liegt offen direkt hinter der Rezeption und kann schonmal etwas beengt werden und es gibt nur einen Kaffeeautomaten

- Dorine (8/5): Goede ligging, fijne kamer op 1 dingetje na - De ligging, fijne bedden. Ruime kamer. De deur van de badkamer in de familiekamer is van glas. Hier komt in de ochtend heel veel licht doorheen. Deze is ook nog eens naast het bed.

De hoofdkussens waren naar onze smaak te zacht. Er was geen alternatief. ‘S avonds enigszins gehorig, maar dat hoort bij de binnenstad.

- Svensson (9/5): A pleasant stay in a good location. - It's a very central area close to the Dom and Rhine river. The staff is very friendly! During the evening we happened to get the Wellness area to ourselves, which was welcoming and relaxing and highly appreciated. Dog-friendly! The breakfast could have had a little bit larger offering, but I really appreciated the allergy information.
- Norman (10/5): Sehr gut - Wie immer top Sauberkeit. Ich finde es hygienischer, wenn das Waschbecken und die Toilette in einem Raum sind. Bei uns war das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer. Gibt auch sicher Gäste, die stört es nicht.
- A (8/5): Stadtnahes Hotel für Kurztrips geeignet - Das Hotel liegt schön zentral und die Stadt ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbufett vielfältig. Leider ist der Abstand zwischen Wand und Bett auf einer Seite des Bettes sehr schmal, so dass man nicht gut aus dem Bett aufstehen kann ohne den Partner zu wecken. Mir war das Kissen etwas zu hart und die Decken waren uns beiden etwas zu dick. Für mehrere Nächte ist ein größeres Zimmer empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist perfekt - in 2 Minuten beim Rhein und beim Heumarkt. Da das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist, gibt es viele Kneipen und Lokale, die bis spät in die Nacht Musik machen. Wenn man die Fenster schließt, kann man aber gut schlafen.

Location was absolutely incredible: delicious food and a beautiful square just steps away, and very close to landmarks. Room was clean and tidy, and staff was very friendly. The shower was annoying because it's one of those ones without a proper door, and the way the bathroom is set up the water gets everywhere.

- Thotti (10/5): Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, insbesondere für kurze Aufenthalte in Köln. Die Lage ist 1A. - Die 24h-Rezeption mit frisch gezapftem Kölsch war toll. So konnten wir mit Freunden den Abend im Hotel ausklingen lassen. Auch das Frühstück war prima und man hat eine große Auswahl. Zudem kann man sich an dem Kaffeeautomaten die Kaffeespezialität ziehen, die man möchte. Auch die Lage zur Altstadt ist perfekt.
