• Colin (2/5): Lovely stay but the apartment needs money spent on it - I love the location I come 3 times a year and always stay here The gates to the complex no longer lock, the security lights on the outside path didn’t work the plug sockets were hanging off the wall held by the wire there was a hole in my door were the spy glass should have been when I pulled the bed apart as I dropped my phone there was toe nails there and then as I pushed the bed back a set of soiled underwear appeared this tells me the apartment wasn’t cleaned very well

• Ivo (8/5): Fijne plek voor overnachting. - 1 nacht overnacht voordat in hotel terecht konden. Vlakbij strand winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Leuk voor paar dagen. Met gezin te lang voor hele vakantie. Het barretje bij het zwembad was dicht, jammer. Ook het zwembadwater was niet geheel schoon.

• Lauren (10/5): Amazing location and great apartment - Amazing location, really easy check in at 9pm and easy access to our apartment. Lovely clean apartment with so much space and all the facilities you need. The only problem we had was the weak wifi signal

• Nickola Smyth (6/5): - Brilliant location Have stayed here a few times but unfortunately I think standards have dropped , Apartments could do with a good deep clean and refurb , reception only opens now on certain days , had to keep chasing cleaners to get towels Shower door was hanging off and shower trays could do with replacing , curtains are smelly in rooms For the price there charging for rooms they should really be cleaned properly

• Barbara (6/5): Basic hotel facilities for short stay only - Locality to central activities The onsite facilities were not open ever day, resulting in lack of enjoyment and social interaction. Cleaning was minimal, and towel allocation was lacking for 3 guests. No safety lighting outside the room door , torch was needed to locate key hole. No interaction from any staff.
• Valerie (2/5): The guy on reception is so arrogant and rude with no people skills or understanding of peoples needs reception closest3. - The best thing about this property was Juan pool bar and the cleaning lady. The apt is dark and dismal with access from the back of the complex after climbing Mount Everest of 100 steps the down 15 more steps to gain entry. The balcony is horrible with little or no sun and looking onto other bedrooms which we could see into as they were so close. The shower was only a dribble and ran hot and cold. . A constant tribe of cockroaches every day came to visit. The tv with no English channels not even sky news. A constant smell in the apt. NEVER TO RETURN

• Raquel (5/5): No recomendable - Ubicación, cerca centro comercial, playa 10 min caminando Limpieza nefasta, apartamentos sin mejora desde los años 90 que ya visitaba, la poca disposición del recepcionista a la entrada de entrega de llaves y a la salida, 10 minutos antes de las 11h según sus indicaciones de salida, booking indicaba 12h se personó en la puerta del apartamento,a recordar abandonar , teníamos 2 apartamentos reservamos y el otro su entrega fue a las 10h a la Sra limpieza, las formas no correctas,a las 11h en punto ya estábamos fuera, dudo volver a visitar Montecarlo yo ni mis conocidos una lastima

• Sharon (8/5): We had a good holiday with everything we needed on our doorstep not the best if you have mobility issues - Value for money, Spacious, near restaurants, shops, entertainment, pool, pool bar, helpful staff Steps, stairs and more steps. Bungalow it is not. Was relatively clean but maybe just a bit more attention. Still had rubbish in the bin. Dusty corners. No air con or fan had to be hired. Was offered an upgrade to apartment with balcony for £65. All apartments had a full balcony. Noise from bars was loud. Couple of days no reception or pool bar.
• Margaret (6/5): Pleasant - The pool bar is great but closed 2 days of the week we were there. Juan is brilliant We arrived Tuesday night. Apartment keys were in a lock box. No problem with that. Reception did not open any day until Saturday evening. We couldn't get a kettle, toaster, safe etc. On Sunday , we got a call from a very irate lady saying we had not handed in our passports. I asked her how we were supposed to do this through a locked door. In the end , I e mailed them to her. When trying to put our luggage somewhere on the Tuesday of our departure, it was a nightmare. Reception was closed again. The cleaning lady , who was helpful to be fair, had to ring someone else to find out what to do. We managed to leave our luggage there as they guaranteed reception would be opened from 12 to 6. This was later changed to 12 to 5 No air conditioning, especially in the bedroom was a disaster
