- Виолета (6/5): I wouldn't repeat it - The location, the clean room and the parking area. It was very noisy, everything could be heard from the rooms next to and above us. And the bedroom didn't have one common mattress, but two, and if you get in the middle you sink into the hole. Also the duvet cover was very short and someone kept unwrapping it. For this price there could have been breakfast included but instead there is a spa which is in another building.

- Fatma (4/5): - Staff was welcoming however in my room soap dispenser and fridge wasn’t working.They changed my room but still fridge wasn’t working and soap was keep dripping.My daughter ate bread and that bread crumps was on the floor our all stay.Toilet was not cleaning everyday we asked cleaning person if she can spray and clean it.I also saw couple of cockroaches in washroom,hope I didn’t bring it home . Breakfast was terrible.I heard from other peoples saying also nothing good to eat,vegetables and fruits were not fresh.It looked like from yesterday.When you taste tomato or cucumber you could taste onion too.I am sure they cut onion with same knife.For €10 you can eat better breakfast around hotel like pastry shop.Me and my daughter got so sick had to go to emergency in the middle of night and got 2 ivy.Don’t know where I got sick from but my experience with this hotel wasn’t so good.I wouldn’t go there anymore and recommend it to anyone.

- Marina (1/5): Would absolutely not recommend and will surely never come back! - Nothing was acceptable, apart from the location (if one wants to be close to the business areas). Rating vs. Reality: The hotel boasts a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it falls significantly short of that standard. It seems as if it may have earned its stars a couple of decades ago, but it has since lost its shine. The furniture is old and not maintained, as well as dirty. Cleanliness: Upon entering the hotel, the reception area left much to be desired. Dust accumulation in corners, oily floors, and dirty windows were disappointing first impressions. The elevator was also lacking in cleanliness and had a persistent food odor from the adjacent restaurant, which did not offer fresh or quality ingredients. Room Conditions: The hallways and rooms were a continuation of the cleanliness issue. Dirty and smelly carpets (smell of feet & sweat, everyday) seemed to be a recurring theme. In my room, I encountered an unsettling surprise: cockroaches (!!) in the bathroom. Spa Experience: The spa, a place that should be synonymous with hygiene and relaxation, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The use of outdoor shoes by the staff and the excessive nightclub-style lighting, complete with plastic plants, created an ambiance that felt more like a low-budget establishment. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was disappointing, with a limited selection that included hard-boiled eggs, questionable cheese, spring rolls (an unusual choice for breakfast), and fries. Additionally, guests had to walk to another building to access the breakfast area, which was an inconvenience. Nighttime Disturbances: One unfortunate aspect of my stay was the disruptive behavior of some guests during the night, which included loud and inappropriate activities in the neighbouring rooms that woke me up several times in the night. This issue significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay.

My second time staying here and all the staff are extremely helpful had a late checkin and early checkout no problem any issues I had they were always helpful to sort out . Normally in some hotels you get good staff and bad but here all the staff are very polite and always helpful . It's in a good location rooms very clean cleaners come every day . Come and leave biscuits water tea coffee . I never repeat where I stay here is the first hotel I have done so and would do again. Thank you Have nothing bad to say about the hotel but in the surrounding areas the local mall and cinema has closed down due to building apartments but a 15 minute walk the other way their are two massive malls so all is good

On the other hand, the breakfast was a complete disaster: the selection is very poor, the quality of the food is questionable. We went to have breakfast by 7:45 and barely could find anything available.

Juste des choses à vérifier à la réception concernant l’encadrement des clients souvent laissés se débrouiller comme ils le peuvent dans un Istanbul rempli de belle choses à découvrir et concernant les nombreux qui viennent pour faire de la chirurgie esthétique, il faut encore plus d’aide car ne sont plus à 100 % de leur capacité physiques mais sont là pour consommer encore plus à l’hôtel. Looked like they made it at 6am in the morning for 10am serving but bread/cheese and other items were great. The room itself was very nice and bathroom looked brand new. Our room seemed small but we didn't spend much time in the room in Istanbul. Overall for the price, I would stay there again and it's pretty close to 2 malls (walking distance).

- AnasIshtiaq (10/5): - Very good location , centre of the city with a mall , restaurants cafes and different shops next to it . Everything is easily accessible. The staff is very nice and friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Modern hotel with friendly staff - Friendly staff and a good modern hotel. Breakfast very good. Good range of options for dinner. Upper floors best to avoid street noise.
