- Gary (10/5): Perfect! If only we had stayed longer! - Everything! I can’t rate this hotel high enough. The location is perfect, being right on the Alter Markt. The room was fantastic. Immaculate with a view of the Dom from all windows on the North side. The bed was also very comfy. From the start of our stay to the end, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Very informative of places to go, helpful and generally very nice people. Nothing. No issues with the property.

- Han-Chien (10/5): - The location is perfect! Our window faced the city center, which was a wonderful way to soak in the local atmosphere. It's so close to various attractions and museums that we were able to visit everything on foot. We truly enjoyed our stay!

- Sonia (9/5): In bester Lage - Sehr gute Lage, sauber, nahe vom Bahnhoh mitten in der schönen Altstdt. Der Dom, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut, doch finde ich über 18€ p.P. doch etwas zu teuer. Nur Kartenzahlung möglich.

The water sensor in the sinks. The water sensor should be set for a longer period of time. The is NOT enough time to rinse your face.

Para mi no son las calles mas lindas y hay bastante ruido, pero es cómodo. La habitación es un poco chica pero cómoda y muy limpia. Muy buen desayuno, buena variedad de panes.

- Can Bahattin (10/5): Mükemmel - Konum mükemmel, Katedrala çok yakın. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi. Tam şehir merkezinde olduğu için heryere ulaşım çok rahat. Personel oldukça ilgili ve yardıma açıktı. Otel geneli ve oda oldukça temizdi. Yatak çok rahat ve manzara müthişti. Rezervasyon yaptığım odada sorun olduğu için ücret farkı talep etmeden beni suit odaya aldılar. Tüm personele ve otel yönetimine teşekkür ederim.

- Charlie (9/5): Great hotel, location and staff! - + Best location possible, right on the edge of the town square and a couple minutes walk down to the water. + Lovely friendly staff, spoke great English. + Lovely place to also have a drink in the inside / outside bar. + Nice clean room - Very small room. Not too much of an issue, just if you want a little bit of floor space you may need somewhere else.

- Anne-Kathrin (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr zentral gelegen. - Wir haben eine Nacht im CityClass Hotel übernachtet und hatten das große Glück ein Upgrade zu bekommen und sind in der Dom Suite gelandet. Der Ausblick macht dem Namen alle Ehren…Es ist wirklich wunderschön! Das Zimmer ist groß, schön und sauber. Ohrenstöpsel sollte man bei der sehr zentralen Lage nicht vergessen.

I had a shower on arrival and found the shower gel was completely empty. The room was uncomfortably hot and affected our sleep. This was without any heating on. The pillow provided was very uncomfortable and further affected our sleep on the first night. We did then ask for a different pillow and this was provided.

Sehr zentrale Lage gute Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außergewöhnlich schönes Zimmer. Leicht modriger Geruch im Flur. Klimaanlage konnte nicht individuell verstellt werden.

- plbujo (10/5): 5* Service On A Budget - Fantastic location. In the room we stayed in, you could see the Cathedral from the window. The hotel is located conveniently near the train station (less than a 10 minute walk). There are several cafes, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Our room was relatively small with two single beds, however we pushed them together and we had more floor space in general. The room was unbelievably clean with a wardrobe and hangers. The bathroom was spacious and extremely clean too. Just be aware that it gets quite warm at night and the air con is not the best! The amenities were as you'd expect from the price of the hotel - a kettle, glasses, mugs, tea, coffee & sugar. A nice touch was the mini fridge in the rooms so our snacks were kept cool and the free bottles of water waiting for you on arrival. There was a hairdryer and safe available also. The breakfast was a fantastic range with cereals, meats & cheeses, pastries & cakes and hot foods. The service is super quick when you get your morning coffee and all the food tasted brilliant! We booked through a holiday provider, however when working out the cost - this was great value for money and quite cheap! We paid about 3 EUR of tax for each night we stayed. If you book this hotel, please be warned that it is located near some bars which means you may hear footfall throughout the night. However, it really isn't as bad as you'd think and it barely impacted my sleep! The staff were so friendly, from the reception desk to the cleaners - big shout out to the cleaner for being so patient with me whilst I practised my German! If we came back to Cologne, we would come back here without a second thought!

- tellana1 (10/5): Wonderful Stay at great price point - Pros: --killer location right on one of the Christmas markets and less than 5 minutes to another. --despite this still quiet --some rooms have wonderful cathedral views --elevator --epic breakfast --good beds No cons, really. Just don't book the smallest room class unless you are a pair of newlyweds or something because it was very tight. Upgrading would be worth it! Our party also booked the junior suite and it was HUGE! One caveat on that room is that it does have an internal staircase so make sure everyone can do steps comfortably if you book it. The rest were accessible by elevator.
